I’ve been to many hotels in Skyros but this one was by far the best!!! I have no words for the experience this hotel gave me!

It's really nice with big, comfortable rooms with balcony. The rooms are bungalows. There is a swimming pool, café, a chapel and the beach in front of it. Outside there is q little farm with the typical horses of Skyros (pony). The food in the restaurant is buffet but there are only 5-6 dishes and also you have unlimited drinks of water, beer, wine and soft drinks.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was very helpful with the guests. It’s very close to the magazia beach. The breakfast was very nice as well. Although the owner was very rude both with guests and his staff. Someone in his position should know what does hospitality means and being gentle. I have stayed here many times and always get a friendly welcome. The hotel, pool and gardens are beautiful and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants although it’s a steep climb up into the main town. We had a lovely and relaxing 11 night stay in the Perigiali Hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A good selection of food at breakfast time. Our 11 days as a family passed as a breeze, thanks to the meticulous attention of the Perigiali's staff, the infinity pool and gorgeous breakfast! The hotel offers 27 comfortable rooms, and a perfect ratio of private / public areas.

We booked 4 nights and stayed 11 with a bit of room juggling. We stayed in 3 different rooms that all had spectacular views, comfortable beds and lots of space. Breakfast was fine and importantly they had bougatsa which was constantly replenished. Maria and Takis were very friendly and helpful and Maria was always around to help. It was a good place to spend 12 nights, with big and clean rooms, perfect pool, next to the beach (not really appropriate for bathing in my opinion, but there are a lot of beaches to visit) ...still, there is a need for improvement regarding the breakfast (quite the same for the whole period) and maybe the internet speed (most probably is the provider). Otherwise, I'll recommend it without any doubt...

What a fabulous welcome we had whilst staying at this hotel. We had a problem with our flight and Katerina was exceptionally and went out of her way to help sort out our transport to the ferry port and onwards. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely on the beach and lots of amenities close by.

I loved the position in front of the magazia beach, just few step, In 15 min on foot there is the center of skyro, is a walk with stairs and few light but not dangerous... The room are too simply, maybe need some refurbishment , with fridge and air conditioning that were too noisy for me. Location - location - location! It’s on the beach, with excellent sea view and with proximity to Chora (15’ walking distance, a bit steep). Place looks dated and could use an upgrade. Rooms/services are decent but nothing special. Save for the location it would be worth 3 stars.

This is one of the most comfortable, relaxing hotels at which I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The rooms are well equipped and finished to a high standard, customer service is excellent, & the breakfast makes you feel very special.

After our wandering on the island of Skyros, we reached this oasis! The location is amazing and the study of the luxurious space is perfect! Unique accommodation experience in Skyros. Comfortable spaces suitable for families with children. The emphasis on detail differentiates this accommodation and upgrades the service on the island. Ferogia has the perfect location of them all. Magazia is a great sandy beach with the best point of view to the most picturesque feature of the Skyros - the village on the hill under the rock. There are good food and drink places around the corner and the village centre is 20 minute walk away (albeit uphill but that is the whole fun). My favourite place in Skiros! The rooms are great, but even greater are the people running Ferogia. See you all next summer (I hope).

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Hora of the island. Great pool and pool bar, cozy rooms (traditional Skyrian style rooms with elevated, wooden bedrooms are also available) and nice breakfast with traditional products (xinotyri , fried bread pita, homemade pies and marmalades, local eggs etc). Very kind and friendly staff.

When we went to the rooms it was great until we saw a cockroach on the floor,we managed to kill it but that's not okay,also do NOT use the hair dryer because when everyone that used it on the room had to cut a piece of their hair because our hair got stuck on the back of the hair dryer. Otherwise the breakfast was awesome and the staff too.

The staff was very kind, smiley, and welcoming, the room was exceptional, and always clean! Concerning the food, the breakfast was excellent with traditional food, the lunch we didn't try, and the dinner was delicious! The Chef indeed was a real Chef! The pool was always very clean! Suite was fantastic, very clean and spacious with bathrobes which were plush and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. A/C in the room was excellent, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking and ensuring a comfortable sleep. All in all I had a luxurious stay with excellent amenities, I will repeated.

Mediocre infrastructure, fine for staying overnight. Managers were not as much polite as expected. There were ants and other insects in our rooms when we first entered. Drinks from the bar were overpriced and the mojito was bad. Would be better to hire a professional bartender. Overall, breakfast was good enough and the pool was refreshing during the hot afternoon.

It was an amazing stay at Melikari Hotel. The Hotel is runned by a Family which is just amazing - they are very nice and take care of any "problem" or wish you got. The Pool is great, it got a depth from 0,7m to 3m which i didnt expect to be honest. Only the beds are a bit hard, but that was not an issue for me as i like it that way - other guests said that it was a bit to hard - but not uncomfortable...
