Skyros Ammos Hotel

A great vacation staying experience! The hosts are very polite, friendly and willing to address any need. The breakfast had an extended variety with different options every day. Amazing view from the balcony in room 10. The hotel is placed in a walking distance from the beach and the surrounding is very quiet and relaxing. A worth booking option!

Beautiful comfortable room with sea views. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very attentive. Pool side relaxing was ideal. A few steps from Magazia beach and delicious eateries.

This is a fine establishment, quiet and relaxing. Hosts are friendly and helpful. A special shout-out for Katarina, Vasiliki and Fey who made our stay at the hotel particularly enjoyable. We loved our room and view from the balcony (spectacular sunrises and moonrises). Good breakfast. We loved the variety of local pastry and other dishes but would perhaps suggest a greater selection of cold meat and cheese platters, perhaps even some pancakes for breakfast? Very close to the sandy beach and Skyros village. We hope to return to this hotel in not so distant future. Thank you for your hospitality and also for being there when my young one fell ill for one day :)

We would like to thank Matina and all the team at Skyros Ammos Hotel for a wonderful stay! The hotel is situated at a perfect location, only a few steps from Molos beach and a few minutes from the town by car. The staff is very kind and professional. We will return soon!

We had an excellent stay at Ammos hotel. It's aesthetically very beautiful, comfortable rooms and a has lovely pool area. The breakfast was one of the best i've experienced i Greece with fresh, high quality products and many options.
Furthermore, the location is perfect, both the Chora and the beaches of Magazia and Molos are easily reachable on foot.
Last but not least, the staff is very kind and attentive.

Excellent hotel, the welcome was fantastic, rooms are well appointed and comfortable, A/C works well, breakfast by the pool is plentiful and delicious, Vasiliki is an absolute delight attentive and a pleasure to talk with, in fact all the staff were lovely, it's a truly lovely place.
I will definitely be visiting again.

My friend and I absolutely loved the Ammos Hotel. Staff are wonderful and so accommodating. They helped us with booking taxis, seeing Skyrian horses and confirming a couple hiking sites (Byzantine castle, Mount Olympos).

The room and bedroom were just the right size. Housekeeping came in every day. There’s a spa robe and slippers in the closet too. Our room had a great outdoor balcony that allowed us to watch the sunrise every morning. The balcony has a hanging drying rack built in which was convenient.

We enjoyed having breakfast next to the pool every morning. There was always toast, nut butters, cereal, pastries, eggs, Greek yogurt, and fruit.

We stayed in this hotel 🏨 3 days in September and I did big mistake to book 1 floor with sea view (I had no idea it would be 1 floor). It was sea view only if you sitting outside and very dark inside, no balcony and table and two chairs outside. Thank God it was September and not so much visitors so we able to switch for 2 floor with small price addition. The staff was always helpful and nice! They showed us two rooms with sea view available and we choose 18 (I think is the best one -). Before we were at 12 (1 floor). I liked they hotel is near restaurants and the beach (5 min walk). The room was bright, big and cleaned. Also it is 20 min walk from the capital village. Be aware they have no parking so you have to find it around but we always did ( sometimes you just need to walk after). The coffee (cappuccino) is not free and it will cost you 4,5 euro for breakfast. I was really surprised to be honest because in other hotels in Greece it was free and they would bring it to you to your table. I did not like breakfast at all. And no matter when you come (8-00 or later) the water for tea and eggs and coffee would be cold or just a bit warm. That’s why I put 4 stars. Also they have pool and I did not see any pool station with the towels. This hotel not on 1 line of the sea and not all rooms face it. I really appreciate people work there but service and breakfast could be better on my opinion. Plus charge 4,5 euro for a coffee it is ridiculous. It is not that we have no money but it was not so nice also. We live in USA temporarily but we lived in Europe as well and they do not charge you those kind of money for a cup of coffee. I suppose this hotel oriented on USA citizens :))) it is small cute hotel but next time I will choose more expensive villa on the sea on the 1 line:) with the breakfast I use to have.

Chic modern hotel within Magazia village, a picturesque location. Walking distance to the castle and monastery and to the nearby restaurants and bars in Magazia. Perched above a lovely sand beach a minute walk away.

Well kept modern rooms with all the amenities. Great breakfast selection by the pool with local produce.

Friendly owners and staff made our stay enjoyable.
