We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Well deserved 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool, spacious and quiet houses, professional, polite and helpful staff, spot-on suggestions about restaurants, stores and sights on the island from the receptionists. Highly recommended to everyone, especially families. It was worth every cent and is my first and only option for the summers to come

Ideally located to explore this beautiful picture perfect . Stasd at Nissia are friendly and professional. They add that extra level of service to everything they do. The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. Well worth the price. I will definately return again

We had a lovely 3 days at this charming family run hotel. Highly recommend it. Breakfast was fantastic!

A beautiful small hotel run by Christiana and her team. Nothing too much trouble. Very clean everywhere and a nice pool for relaxing. Really nice breakfast and lovely pool area with bar and relaxing area. Approx 5 minute walk to centre with ample restaurants and bars. Room 22 overlooking pool has best balcony 👍

Lovely hotel with very helpful and thoughtful staff. Nice room, with a bottle of wine present, large towels, soap, shower gel and everything you need. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Christianna and her family make this place a special getaway on Spetses. They are very hospitable and kind. And had great recommendations. We originally planned to spend 2 nights and ended up staying 5. The hotel is well located, 1 block off the waterfront, from restaurants and shops. Truly a very nice place to stay. Close to everything, clean, quiet, well managed and very friendly. Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast. Omelette made after your choice and an impressive choice of home cooked jams and marmelades. Just lovely. We hope to be able to return soon.

We (two female friends from UK, late 20s) had 3 lovely nights here. The staff were delightful. We were given a lovely welcome and plenty of tips to explore the island. Very welcoming and friendly staff! Traveling with a 9 month old and everyone made it so easy! The room, and breakfast were wonderful and the staff was so attractive to all our needs. Good mornings, afternoons and goodnights were always heard . We will be coming back 100% and recommending to all our friends.

Could not be more accommodating. Very relaxed, stylish decor, within 10 mins of the old harbour and 20 mins of the main town. Experienced staff that are well informed on local excursions and restaurants.

The room was clean, very comfortable, the owner was amazing and their fur babies too. They have the infinity pool and they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Porto Heli!

The key-strength of this hotel is the location and the superb sea views. This was my 2nd time in the hotel and having a room with sea view made all the difference. The view from the balcony was breath-taking.

Incredible hotel on Spetses! Small but only in the number of rooms... the outdoor common areas are relaxing and inviting for everyone. The staff is attentive and there to ensure you are happy with everything. I would go back if I ever have the chance.

This was by far the best hotel we went to in Greece! The most caring and hospitable staff, the rooms were lovely, the grounds are lovely. The staff is super helpful and will even help you make dinner reservations!! Breakfast is a must. Loved it here

We cannot recommend Yayaki highly enough. It is the true gem of Spetses. The bedrooms are beautiful designed with every detail and comfort considered. The interiors and design of Yayaki as a whole is exemplary and truly beautiful. First visit to Spetses and we were delighted to discover this island staying at the fabulous Yayaki Hotel. Very cool vibes and comfortable place. I have stayed in some top tier hotels and villas but the experience at the Yayaki was just perfect. Karl, Hannah, George and Dimitri welcomed us and made our stay in Spetses better than we could have imagined. The room was so homey, and we had the most beautiful view every morning. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing food, cooked by Karl himself. Which just made the experience that much better...

Nice little room for our holidays,clean and tidy,cool also under the sun.the bathroom could be cleaner and also could benefit from a renovation.location is not bad as you can walk to the beach and it was only 15 minutes walking distance from the harbour (they also provide van service at request).only good things to say for the staff,all smiling and helpful and polite.good experience in general

Consider the 15 minutes walk from and to the port, especially with luggages. Personnel really friendly even if there was a miss communication with the guy who was supposed to pick us up and drive us to the port. No internet in the room but we could use the breakfast area all day to make use of the wifi. Rooms were super clean but really small, especially the bathroom.

Wonderful hotel completely renovated. It was a coup de coeur for us. All staff was very friendly and of very good advice during the whole stay.

Our stay at Klimis Hotel was amazing. Everything was nice and clean. Also, the man at the reception (i think Klimis was his name) was very helpfull with everything (directions,places to visit and even places to eat). It will definitely be my place to stay for my next visit!!!

What a location. Smack bang in the centre of spetses town. Easy to walk to beaches, ferry and buses. Real friendly staff, nice rooms, continental breakfast and what a view!!!!

Great hotel in the centre of spetses, Klimis (the owner’s son) is super friendly and shares great knowledge about the Island beaches, restaurants etc. rooms is clean and nice, price vs what you get is great. Would love to come back. Thank you Klimis

First of all, let me write the positive sides; The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the port and restaurants. The sea view from the room balconies is magnificent. Despite all this, I'm sorry to say, I will not stay again. Our room was small and uncomfortable. When I took a shower, water leaked into the entire bathroom.

Very convenient, super quite, the hosts Katarina and Pin were the best (we ALWAYS stay at rented houses and I have NEVER felt so loved and cared for. Katarina made sure that villa was cleaned, called all the best restaurants and recommended activities with kids.

We were in September 2019 guest. The rooms are typical of the country and clean. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating, even speaks German and likes to surprise with olives and other fruits. Lovely again!
