I've been here for 2 days, so I will start only with initial thoughts on a 5-star experience. Stunning Hotel but would have expected to have cases lifted up the stairs on arrival to reception. Also, when checking in, I would have expected to have been shown to the room. So let's see what the next week brings 😏

We stayed at this hotel recently and it was highly recommended by friends, apparently because it is an establishment in Spetses. Our expectations were therefore high. However, we were put in one of the back side rooms of the main building which in our opinion was a very small and not a special room. Worth every penny. Traveling extensively around Greece and staying predominantly in 5 stars hotels, a disappointment is the usual feeling we have. Poseidonio is the exception. By far the prettiest hotel in Spetses. The building history and heritage and architecture are amazing and the location is perfect. However and it is a big however, the state of the rooms is unacceptable. The lack of maintenance is visible and concerning. We were two couples and in both rooms there was a problem with the air conditioning and the safe. The ac turns off alone and switches to heat mode...

Perfect place to stay when visiting spetses. The rooms are great with very comfy beds. The service was great and the staff were fantastic. It is a beautiful old building on the main port so it is easy to go anywhere. It’s located in the town so everything is just a quick walk or ride away. 100% recommend.

The key-strength of this hotel is the location and the superb sea views. This was my 2nd time in the hotel and having a room with sea view made all the difference. The view from the balcony was breath-taking.

Love this hotel. So typically Greek, but very high quality. Lovely breakfast, so many options, it's a great start to the day Odd number rooms gave pool views and get more sunshine on the verandah. One very minor quibble would be the space around the pool, but don't let that put you off Very well positioned for walking into town or to local beaches.

Family-run hotel owned by George and his family. He and the team are fantastic hosts. We very much enjoyed our two stays here and will be back for the third time. Armata is very well-located. Great breakfast. Very clean rooms and communal areas. It has the cleanest pool of any hotel I ever visited. Highly recommend it.

Villa Martha is one of the most beautiful accommodations you can get in the island. Inside is a small oasis on its own right. Every room is equipped with an AC and TV and they are very clean! Superior suites are very specious and they overlook the gardens. What makes it even more fantastic though are the owners Mr. Dimitris and Mrs. Vasiliki. Very welcoming and ready to accommodate your every need...

Whilst the room was a bit small, it was comfortable, clean and the AC was great, the breakfast was lovely and the owner could not do enough to help us. We were there for my god daughter's wedding and I forgot my tie, so Dimitius lent me one of hs Chinese Silk ties, luck really because not of the beautiful shops sold ties!

Charming pension style hotel, with very nice owners, vintage style rooms. Very clean. It's located close to old port, and bus stop is within few meters. Very nice location. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful place, relaxing and quiet athmosphere. Great people working there, always there to help. The garden is amazing, you can take a nap under an olive or lemon tree. Very nice with an open pool-"bar" where you can get coffee, snacks, etc. rooms are simply but with nice AC and comfortable beds. Highly recommended! We will be back :-)

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views. Very close to one of the island's beaches (Agios Mamas), restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the port. Despite our room being just above the square, there was no noise from the restaurants after midnight and in the mornings. Room was very clean...

Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet. The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors ... with the result that there is not good sound insulation. But you had a great view in the room, TV to stare at I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff!!! Although we have errounesly booked, via platform, a room without balcony, they did their best to change us a room with balcony and sea view!!!

Great hotel, friendly staff. Our room was kind of small, but very comfortable and cozy, always clean. It also had a TV. Only the toilet (especially the shower) was very small, but that's no issue. Amazing view from our balcony.

Two-nights' stay during lockdown but this refreshed room with the lovely balcony made my day every time I was looking at the sea and Spetses town rooftops. Hosting by George was fantastic

A very nice lady, owner of the villa! The room was very tidy, modern and spacious. A downside was that the bathroom is too small for 2 people. Good price, close to the beach in town.

Well that was a great weekend!!! Thanx to Matoula and Gioula we had the best time ever! The hotel is a small family-type one, very clean, freshly renovated. Our favourite hotel at Spetses! It is quietly located close at right side if the island, close to Kaiki beach. Better have a scooter to get in and out. Mario and his family are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean and modern and very quiet! The breakfast is one of the best i ever had! Huge variety of different pies and cakes every day!

A perfect place to stay! Clean, quiet, great location walkable to town and beaches, comfortable beds, large, clean pool and beautiful outdoor space. Beautiful and quaint spot! Micro, Andriana and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Everything was clean. The rooms are a little small, but beautiful. Breakfast was made to order and there was a wide assortment of local pies, desserts, fruit, bread. It is 10 minutes from the main port and it is so quiet. Cannot recommend this place enough! We are definitely going back!

Picturesque small hotel in a quite location just 10 minutes walk from Dapia. Rooms are not very spacecious, very clean though! Delicious breakfast is served in a beautiful garden area. The highlight is Mirco, the host. Super friendly and helpfull makes your stay even more comfortable and enjoying.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Well deserved 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool, spacious and quiet houses, professional, polite and helpful staff, spot-on suggestions about restaurants, stores and sights on the island from the receptionists. Highly recommended to everyone, especially families. It was worth every cent and is my first and only option for the summers to come

Ideally located to explore this beautiful picture perfect . Stasd at Nissia are friendly and professional. They add that extra level of service to everything they do. The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. Well worth the price. I will definately return again

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at 7 island hotel! Our room was nice and quiet and very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and absolutely loved the breakfast with homemade cakes that change everyday. Tonia and her family are super kind and helpful. They are always happy to help or give you a useful tip. I strongly recommend this hotel! When I’ll go back to Spetses, for sure I’ll go back to 7 island...

The week at 7 Islands Hotel was superb. There are many great aspects of our stay to comment on, but the main one is Antonia and her family run hotel. True hospitality at every turn. The bedrooms were comfortable, air conditioned and ours had a gorgeous patio with a view over the town and old port. Travelling with our two teenage kids it was also excellent value for the two rooms. The pool is perfect...

Christianna and her family make this place a special getaway on Spetses. They are very hospitable and kind. And had great recommendations. We originally planned to spend 2 nights and ended up staying 5. The hotel is well located, 1 block off the waterfront, from restaurants and shops. Truly a very nice place to stay. Close to everything, clean, quiet, well managed and very friendly. Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast. Omelette made after your choice and an impressive choice of home cooked jams and marmelades. Just lovely. We hope to be able to return soon.

We (two female friends from UK, late 20s) had 3 lovely nights here. The staff were delightful. We were given a lovely welcome and plenty of tips to explore the island. Very welcoming and friendly staff! Traveling with a 9 month old and everyone made it so easy! The room, and breakfast were wonderful and the staff was so attractive to all our needs. Could not be more accommodating. Very relaxed, stylish decor, within 10 mins of the old harbour and 20 mins of the main town. Experienced staff that are well informed on local excursions and restaurants.

This is the most wonderful place to stay it is in the heart of the town but tucked away in a quiet street. Effie is such a generous and welcoming host, and in the beautiful courtyard you can sit amongst the bourgainvilia and eat the most delicious breakfasts you could imagine. Great location! Easy to find and get to. The room was a great size and nicely furnished. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and absolutely stay there again. The hotel keeper Efi was incredibly nice and welcoming. She was exceptionally helpful and very friendly.

Everything about this place is great especially the host and owner of the establishment Eftychia. Well catered, clean and lovely courtyard where you can have quiet breakfast. Eftychia welcomed us with flowers as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. B nice thought. A must try is the breakfast prepared by the owner and her friendly staff. We slept well and left Spetses well rested.

Incredible hotel on Spetses! Small but only in the number of rooms... the outdoor common areas are relaxing and inviting for everyone. The staff is attentive and there to ensure you are happy with everything. I would go back if I ever have the chance.

This was by far the best hotel we went to in Greece! The most caring and hospitable staff, the rooms were lovely, the grounds are lovely. The staff is super helpful and will even help you make dinner reservations!! Breakfast is a must. Loved it here

We cannot recommend Yayaki highly enough. It is the true gem of Spetses. The bedrooms are beautiful designed with every detail and comfort considered. The interiors and design of Yayaki as a whole is exemplary and truly beautiful. Easy to understand the owners Karl and Hannah both worked in top hotels around the world when you see their vision that is Yayaki. The pool area is an oasis of relaxation...

First visit to Spetses and we were delighted to discover this island staying at the fabulous Yayaki Hotel. Very cool vibes and comfortable place. I have stayed in some top tier hotels and villas but the experience at the Yayaki was just perfect. Karl, Hannah, George and Dimitri welcomed us and made our stay in Spetses better than we could have imagined. The room was so homey, and we had the most beautiful view every morning. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing food, cooked by Karl himself. Which just made the experience that much better...

We had a lovely stay at Yayaki. Karl welcomed us himself and was very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was incredibly comfortable and beautifully designed. The breakfast was superb! Would love to stay again.

Nice little room for our holidays,clean and tidy,cool also under the sun.the bathroom could be cleaner and also could benefit from a renovation.location is not bad as you can walk to the beach and it was only 15 minutes walking distance from the harbour (they also provide van service at request).only good things to say for the staff,all smiling and helpful and polite.good experience in general

Consider the 15 minutes walk from and to the port, especially with luggages. Personnel really friendly even if there was a miss communication with the guy who was supposed to pick us up and drive us to the port. No internet in the room but we could use the breakfast area all day to make use of the wifi. Rooms were super clean but really small, especially the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay at Argonaftis Spetses. The property is walking distance from the port and town centre. The room had everything i needed, i.e heating, toiletries, blinds and a coffee machine. The host was welcoming, kind and helpful. Lovely balcony.

Excellent service and detailed rooms at 5-star hotel level. Everything seemed to be well designed and thought out at my little studio and I look forward to getting a room with a view next time.

Stayed a couple of days during summer vacations of August 2021. Very nice hotel, clean room and very nice balcony with a very nice view as well (2nd floor!). Bathroom quite small though. The value for money ratio is moderate as it could be enough better.

The "cleanliness is next to Godliness" must be the motto of the owner. Recently renovated, simple and understated as it should be for this island. Fairly priced (accommodation in Spetses is slightly expensive). Owner who cares for your experience. Recommended.
