The doors to the balcony had three sliding parts (glass door that locked, bug net door, shutter type door) which helped me feel secure and keep the bugs out. This is the best spot in lovely Kardamyli, with a front row view of the azure blue Messinian Gulf from a spacious modern room. The service was wonde4ful with complementary local products - bottle of wine, bottle of milk, olives, sun dried tomato paste and homemade cookies. The kitchenette was perfect for making eggs in the morning. The nespresso pods were always refilled.

Such a chilled out place right next to the sea for morning swims, views and sunsets. The pool area is immaculate and the awesome staff will bring complimentary watermelon and water to your table. There is a stocked bar with soft drinks, beers etc. Kardamyli itself is beautiful with some excellent places to eat near the harbour and further afield. Decent service, good wifi, this hotel has a great view of Kalamata air conditioning and a fan are available too. The problem is the rooms weren't that good themselves; nothing fascinating to be honest. Some outdoor chairs were unstable and the bathroom was horrible. It is ok to stay there for a few days but not any longer.

If you want a good room, with top tier WiFi, breakfast with variety, this isn't the place for you. If you want to stay within 2-5 min. walking distance of the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, bars, while having the sweetest staff you could imagine, you've come to the right place with this hotel.

Right in the middle of everything. Beach is across the street. Right in the middle of the beach boardwalk. Many restaurants around you to choose from. Close to pier( Marina). Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly.

Rooms are average with mini refrigerators. Their service and room attendants are excellent giving plenty of towels and cleaning rooms daily. There is a free breakfast buffet every morning. The locations is perfect for beach, and for eating. There’s plenty to do in the area.

Great place to stay! We stayed for a few nights at the end of December 2023. The view is amazing! Every day there were caring girls cleaning the rooms and this leaves a wonderful impression on the guests. The breakfast is with seasonal fruits, nice vegetables, there is everything you need. Oh this place is just wonderful! It is walking distance to restaurants and other food places. The staff are just so friendly and go over the top for you, will call you a taxi, recommend places, help you take your suitcases around. For a 2 star hotel, it is absolutely AMAZING. The Haikos Hotel, is our favourite hotel, not just in Kalamata but of all the hotels we have stayed anyway. It should be classified as higher star rated hotel. We got a nice room on the third floor overlooking the messinian golf. Our stay was really pleasant and staff was very helpful! Except from a few details such as that the window lock was not working and we had a narrow shower space this hotel’s experience was above a two star hotel and recommended.

For a 2* star hotel, it is clearly above this standard. The rooms are clean and the guest service is great. You feel welcome from the start and are given all the information you need. The rooms are clean and there is a small lift to the upper floors. The reception is manned 24 hours a day and what is of great use for guests with cars is that there is a certain number of parking spaces at the hotel...

We were due to join our friends' yacht for a week on 4 September but the captain's wife developed Covid-19 five days before this which meant we needed somewhere to stay for two nights. Just across the street is the central square, where there are many restaurants and bars. The road downstairs is being repaired, so you have to walk a few more steps to park, but you can park anywhere on the roadside for free. The room balcony is nice, great for coffee and breakfast
