Lovely friendly atmosphere, great staff , clean rooms and great position right on a beach which is lovely for snorkelling. Wonderful breakfast and chef ! Quiet village- couple of tavernas and mini market .Regular bus to harbour. Next bay St Nicholas walkable with several places for snorkelling en route. Recommend for a peaceful holiday .

Absolutely fantastic - made all the more so by the welcoming, friendly and ever smiling staff. I have stayed in 10 different hotels on 5 different Greek islands, but I have to say that Pedi Beach Hotel beats the rest hands down. Such a beautiful location-opposite the sea. Had some lovely evenings on the sun terrace listening to the lapping of the waves. Rooms are comfortable, staff helpful. The food is nice with a few choices. We were in a room overlooking the hills, plenty of noise from “wildlife” such as cockerels and goats but it all adds to the experience. 4 days wasn't long enough for this great hotel. We were made to feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were kind and helpful. Symi is beautiful. Taxi boat to coves outside the door. Also local bus stops there. Ferry from Rhodes takes an hour. You can do other islands too from here. Day trips from the port. Nice shops and restaurants near the port too. Would definitely go back...

Stayed for 6 nights and we loved our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location 2 minutes from the harbour, restaurants and taxi boats. Carlo and Daniel go above and beyond with your stay and recommend all the great things to do on the island. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are made every day. Definitely stay here.

This hotel has a European aesthetic while blending in perfectly with the character of the island. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it for anyone visiting Symi. It is also in close proximity to the port. Great experience!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with tastefully and meticulously decorated suites overlooking breath-taking views. Fabulous team led by the lovely Frances and Andrew, who made us feel so welcome and provided everything we could want, including mouth-watering dishes, beautifully presented. Cannot recommend the Old Markets enough.

Probably the best boutique hotel on Symi & the perfect place to spend your holiday. Vaporetta ,the restaurant, has excellent dishes & the Italian owner is a great guy!

I LOVED the Aliki Hotel, where I spent several nights in June 2015. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Symi! Located at the water's edge, with excellent dining available, and a stunning roof terrace. The hotel is charming and the staff is very accommodating!!

Outstanding boutique hotel right on the water in one of the prettiest harbours you could imagine. Family run with friendly personal touch. Best recommendation is that about 80% of guests appear to be repeat visitors.

Amazing views over the bay. Clean. Well positioned in Symi town to remain peaceful but close to the action. All the basic hotel essentials needed for a mini break.

Food was ok, service was ok, toilet not quite as ok. Didn't stop here so can't comment on accommodation.

Peaceful and beautiful seaside hamlet. Water taxi leaves from taverna Metapontis. Beach is organized. Two beaches, one before the taverna with a cantina. Both lovely for swimming, and both pebbled.

Opera House hotel and Symi is the ideal spot for a relaxing escape, with a peaceful location and beautiful grounds, just four minutes from the harbour. The family run hotel provides excellent service and outstanding hospitality, Our stay is enhanced by the attentive staff and immaculate cleanliness of the hotel.

We have just had two nights here. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were friendly throughout. The room was a little basic, but very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a good selection of hot and cold food on the breakfast buffet. The location was in a quiet part of town but within a few minutes walk to the harbour area. Would recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at The Opera House Hotel, Symi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area with very comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast plentiful and something to suit all. Junior Suite very nice with lovely views. Can’t fault anything and hope to return one day.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Lovely traditional hotel - very clean and simple. Wonderful views over the harbour. Owners Fiona and Michaelis are most welcoming.

This is the best place to stay in Symi. Magnificent views, large rooms, friendly hosts. Near bus stop to the upper village, near restaurants and shops. Also you avoid the tourist crowds of the harbor, which, however, is an easy stroll down.

Absolutely lovely. Stayed at this traditional Greek lodging house lots of times with Frank and family. Super friendly, spotlessly clean and, if you have the breakfast, it's one of the best views on the Island and the food is first class. Although I love the location do be aware that it is on a hill, and that going anywhere from Taxiarchis involves both steep up and down.

Family owned and super tranquil. My balcony looked down over Pedi Beach. Frank was kind enough to pick me up and drop me back at the port. Make sure to buy your return ticket. I didn't understand it but Frank said the agency wouldn't allow him to drop me off - then l showed him my ticket. Probably some bureaucratic thing. Excellent breakfast!

Rooms are nicer than many basic Greek apartments, and included a double bed, which is unusual. Our youngest daughter birthday was very well celebrated they made a cake with candles and sing Creek birthday song all together The areas island how you imagine Greece it would be for 1000f years ago. Freshly renovated rooms and bathrooms. The view over Pedi Bay - not the island main harbour - is lovely and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful (except for the occasional goat or poultry). The family that runs it goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. A relaxing place of quiet beauty.

Fantastic gem of a place! The lovely host (Nikos?) met us off the ferry and walked us to the property, he gave us some great tips about where to visit in the area. The apartments are situated in a brilliant location but would’ve proved difficult to locate ourselves. A few minutes walk from the harbour. Booked the Symi center rooms away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby quayside. Rooms are very clean if a bit dated, but perfect for a short stay. AC was indeed a blessing. The room we had was decorated with a strange nautical theme. All in all we would definitely use this place again

This is a nice and cosy place to stay in Symi. It is located at the centre of Symi town. The room was very clean and the owner was extremely polite and very professional (a combination that you can't find easily nowadays).

Met off the ferry and guided the short distance to the Symi centre. More rooms than a hotel, but wonderful location just behind the harbour, minutes from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and bakery. Simple room with air conditioning, kettle, fridge and bathroom. Small terrace outside, ideal for your coffee and pastry breakfast. Great value. Highly recommended!

We were located on the ground floor which was so convenient for everything. There was a small shaded seating area outside which was lovely for breakfast which we prepared in the small kitchen. The place has an amazing location, it is super clean and comfortable and the customer service was amazing. We enjoyed breakfast on the suny terrace. Staff was extremely helpful and kept our bags until our boat arrived. We definitely recommend Anastasia Hotel! 

The most personal and kind welcome in my living memory. A family run hotel with hot showers, clean, air-conditioned rooms, fridges, kettles and peace. Please sample their local bespoke super foods that taste as good as they help. The location is a minute from Symi's harbour.

Only stated for one night as I came to Symi earlier than originally planned. Liked the spacious and cool room with a comfy bed and nice spotless white bed linen. Staff at the reception and in the cafe is friendly and courteous. Thank you for a perfect start of my time in Symi.

The best location for a hotel on the island. Really helpful and a informative reception. Clean and freshly renovated rooms. We had a nice view from our room and the overall experience was great. Even though it is extremely budget friendly, you could get either a decent room or an attic room or even a semi basement room. They could inform in advance for sure. Some stairs to reach it and super central location. None of the rooms had a view but some were looking in the garden. Kind reception. They could have more room to hang clothes and some rooms didn’t have mosquito repellents.

Location right at the port; strong WiFi; balcony with sea view; spacious bathroom with a well-separated shower booth; helpful owner who answered the phone right away and helped me find the place; there is no front desk but possible to leave luggage safety as the front door is locked and you'll be given the code to open it; electronic kettle in room; shared kitchen.

Good space. Clean rooms. Good service and centrally located on the harbour. But the noise from the bar downstairs made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Nice accommodation in the heart of Symi. Comfortable beds nice little balcony but too small! Nice home. The only downside is that the apartment is not far from the lively bars and restaurants. Off season it's summer, it can be noisy.

What a lovely place to stay! Elena picked us up and showed us the Appartement which is very close to the habour. The room was nice and cleaned every day. Around it are nice little restaurants and it’s really enjoyable to drink a glass of wine on the little balcony. If you have the choice, go for the bigger room as the smallest one is really tiny for two people and two suitcases. However, it worked...

Perfect for air conditioned bliss, comfy bed and 180 degree view of Symi harbour from its large terrace. STUNNING. Also one of the apartments with the least steps (check lots of others have hundreds of steps), despite this top floor having a spiral staircase to access it. Kitchen, fridge, bathroom and small shower, but, but, but, the terrace and views are WORTH IT… so happy with this place.

Decided on a small break away from our all inclusive in Rhodes as we have been to symi on day trips and wanted to see more. I must say we were not disappointed a very friendly accommodation clean and views were out standing from the family room we were allocated well worth a visit and we will go back.

Captain suites is located in the centre of Symi and has perfect views across the bar making it an ideal location to stop and have a relaxing drink. The staff are super friendly and efficient. I would recommend this restaurant for something to eat or drink.

From Tilos island we took the early Blue Star Ferry to Symi island. It was the first visit to both of these two Greek islands for both of us. From where the ferry stopped, it was a relatively short walk to Captain 's Suites. The friendly lady staff let us checked in early which was most appreciated by us. The most amazing place I have ever stayed. If you’re thinking about it all I can advise you is to.. just book it!! The people are beautiful, the view is incredible and they serve the best Greek yogurt I have ever tasted for breakfast. A man named Yannis especially when above and beyond to welcome myself and my group of friends. We would come back in a heart beat.

Stayed in a 2 floor maisonette. Brilliant. 5 minutes from the town centre and port but very quiet. Superb breakfast. Has the only swimming pool in town. Family run with excellent staff.

Very nice place, they only serve breakfast. Breakfast is okay, but I would prefere real bacon on the morningmenu.

Beautiful grounds and gardens with comfortable seating and a covered swimming pool. The maisonettes are well furnished, nicely decorated, and quiet. There is an outdoor restaurant and bar serving good drinks. We came for a family vacation but it would be a good honeymoon spot as well. Sophisticated without being stuffy.

Me and my wife stayed at Nautilus for two nights, it was worth every cent! Clean and spacious rooms and a majestic views of Symi! They picked us up from the port which was a very nice service, We will definitely be back again when visiting Symi. Recommended for anyone!

The hotel is very well managed by the owner and her family. Very hospitable with good advice on how to spend your days in the island. Very clean, nice location if you rent a bike or car as it is up in the hill. The rooms are big and daily serviced and with attention to detail

We Stayed in a apartment with bedroom and a kitchen area( with equipment for preparing meals ) with a sofa..and a balcony with unlimited view to Pedi beach and Ano Chora. The location is great a short walk from the waterfront. The hotel garden is beautiful with plenty of space to relax. The rooms are very old school it feels a bit like the 80's but the beds were comfortable and it served its purpose. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were in the 4 people sharing the room and even though there is AC it only manages to cool down the main space (which sleeps two)...

Stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had a lovely large room with terrace (and hammock) shaded by bougainvillea in full bloom. Bed, shower & air con all very good. Plus it’s just yards from the harbour but quiet at night. Wouldn’t mind staying here again if and when we come back to Symi (which is also jolly nice).

Excellent location, cozy atmosphere enough rooms for four persons, everything you need for your stays at the location. They lost one star because of the air conditioning. There were only one in two space room and this one was front of the double bed direct to your face!

Great hotel address in Symi, perfectly located close to the harbor. The rooms were clean and fully equipped, and the rooftop with the jacuzzi is just a must ! Kudos to the adorable cat ! (a bit too much in need of attention though ^^)

The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the the port and plenty of amenities. Communication was 10/10. The room was excellent, as described and shown on the description. bathroom great, much better than others on the island. Lovely terrace with hot tubs. The cleaning lady deserves an extra mention. Lovely place, close to everything, relatively cheap and all comforts you might need. A nice little balcony, if you get one of the two rooms on the first floor. Wifi works as a charm! There is also a nice terrace with great view, where you can enjoy your evening or morning. There is a jacuzzi there but we did not use it.

The acoustics of the rooms are very bad. You can hear everything from outside and you can hear everything from any other room like you are there.

We had a great stay here. The rooms are simple and reasonably priced and there's a terrace to use when the sun is not too hot. The owners were very helpful.
