Upon check in we went to our room and realized that we were in a standard double room. Single beds . When my brother who booked the room went to the desk to ask about the fact that we booked and payed for a triple room they doubled down on the deceit and had the audacity to say they removed a bed for us...... I just completed my tenth trip to Greece and I know what a triple room looks and feels like. Had they actually had a third bed in this room it would have been jammed wall to wall. I had to put my suitcase in the main aisleway just to open it up and leave it there. You might want to bring your own plunger as the toilet is more for looks than effect. They do however offer a shuttle to and from the port. Shuttle driver was friendly as was the bar maid and the waiter at breakfast was also friendly and accommodating. Just don't be deceived by the older lady who works the front desk and speaks perfect English !!! Also they had an amazing photographer for their website........ Because NOPE

We stayed back in June here, extremely rude and unprofessional management. We got yelled at for using pool as they thought we brought sand from the beach which we had just arrived at hotel 40 minutes prior. I wanted to check out but no availability on the Island and since it was just 3 nights, we tolerated this unprofessional behaviour. I will never go back nor recommend ☹️

Booking a room at this hotel is a total waste of money. Rooms displayed at booking are not representative at all. Relatively new rooms were displayed but our room was nowhere near that level. It was very small, the air condition was set at the worst possible position within the room and if you dare sleeping with the a/c turned on you will get a cold. I was unable to sleep and therefore I quitted the hotel next morning

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It was an awful experience , the breakfast was expired , I got sick , I spent my vacation in bed and on top of that I couldn’t sleep the nights because it was very noisy . I didn’t use the pool and didn’t intend to because it was extremely dirty .

Easily the weirdest breakfast experience I've ever had in any hotel ever. It's like an elementary school cafeteria, u gotta see it to believe it.

TAX SCAM ALERT : This place is a tax fraud. We got the bill from this place and it absolutely did not add up to the amount we paid.

ABSOLUTELY avoid this place. The breakfast is a joke! Rooms are smelly and damp.
