Location, location, location! Room with see view two meters from the water

The location is perfect, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff is amazing from the receptionist, Maria, to the young lady, Nectaria, at the breakfast room and the nice cleaners.

Everything is perfect, comfortable room spotlessly clean!!!! The hotel staff are all polite and friendly!!! I have recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose it again!!!! Maria (receptionist) you are the best!!! Thank you!!!

Lovely hotel, rooms with sea view is a must if you can. Good breakfast, really good pool bar food, we ate and had drinks here many times and good service, Lovely staff, helpful, very clean. We were a family of 6 with 4 bedrooms, can highly recommend. Well done all.

I was in a hotel with 3 children! The hotel staff is really friendly and helps you feel really welcoming. The location is not on the beach, but it has an amazing view, which is worth it. Clean and well equipped room with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. Lots of choices at breakfast where food was hot and replenished quickly. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the free car park is a bonus in a busy resort like Tolo. The town is a dream...lots of good restaurants and little shops to wander around. The hotel pool is clean and not too busy even in August. We loved our week here

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. We had a view at the pool, sadly not at the see, but it's okay, since we booked a room just like that. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was very polite, helpful, spoke english well. The breakfast had a large variety and was mostly delicious.

Wonderful hotel with pleasant and smiling staff to serve us and suggest us the best places in Tolo ..! .Wonderful breakfast and rich with a breath from the sea ... In the room on the top floor the toilet had no ventilation, the sink did not work, the TV did not work properly, the price of 85 €. Junior sea view suites have an amazing view of the sea. Tolo might be a bit too populated for some but this hotel is very welcoming and I love the view of the junior suites. Clean hotel.

Great clean rooms that look recently renovated. Daily change of towels. Parking was behind. A small walk on sand to reach to fronte entrance. Very pet friendly and my pet was loved by all staff (mine was quiet as a lamb) Amazing view right next to the sea. Breakfast wasnt bad. Free loungers and umbrellas in front.

Only the staff and the breakfast was polite and decent. It's a good cheap choice with the sea right at the door of the hotel. However, because of that there's sand everywhere in the building.

I believe that nicer hotel than minoa haven't been heard before it a great place for families and couple who enjoys living on the sea

Good position near the beach and the city centre,but be careful for the indication on the road, it's a little hidden. Rooms are new with a beautiful view, breakfast is very good and the personnel is very kind. Very recommended for an holiday in Tolo.

Room number 114. Small room, small balcony overlooking the busy noisy street. Couldn't sleep easy at night. Comfortable bed but small. Small bathroom. Amenities available. Breakfast was quite a nice thing. Clean hotel but old furnished.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is clean and very polite.The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures, but once you get used to it, it's a great central location, clean rooms, and great buffet breakfast. They have parking available in the dme building.

We are not staying at the hotel however we keep on coming back to the rooftop bar on top of this hotel. Views are amazing, drinks are great and reasonable, and the decor is very new and trendy. Best place in Tolon for a drink at any time of day!

Great hotel, nice spacey clean rooms, seaside view is great, AC in all rooms. The food is great typical home made cuisine served as a buffet, very fast and you can jump back to sea or lay on the beach. The beach is just outside of the hotel some 4 meter wide. The hotel provides free sunbeds which are in ok condition. The only strange thing is the "reservation" system. It is completely bonkers, there...

Very helpful and nice staff, well, there's practically just one guy who can almost anything - working till midnight, getting up around 5 AM. Btw, "mama" Sophia's cuisine is fabulous. Unfortunately, the hotel had to be sold and has a new owner at the moment...

A very good choice. Great looking rooms, very clean. There is an elevator. Pool is a bonus, I never use it because the beach is so close. Friendly staff. Great. I recomend to anybody.

The Best place to stay in Tolo with a great atmosphere and unique treatment from the owners and their staff. Everything was fabulous, from the room till the breakfast. Swimming Pool was always clean and enjoyable. Everything was great . For sure we will be back soon. Thank you Ritsas

Recently renovated rooms , very clean with a decent breakfast.The beach is very close appx 50m. And if you have small children you will appreciate the pool while you are drinking your afternoon coffee. On the downside, the mattress was not good and all our friends agreed (I am not a princess) To sum up, value for money choice

A family run hotel, friendly and welcoming. Right next to the sandy beach of Tolo. Breakfast was a highlight with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh eggs.

Initially had a beer using a table directly on the beach, after a swim we moved upstairs for some lunch. Charming waiting staff,!excellent Greek salad shared €7 and delicious moussaka €8, large bottle of Alpha €3.5. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel. The staff were all incredible. The beach is very clean and the rooms have everything one can need. The best value for money room in terms of amenities and location I have stayed in. This is quite a small hotel with direct beach access. The beach is one of the best in all of the Argolis with fine white sand and clear blue water, well sheltered and mostly very calm. The hotel has a large parasol area for residents and guests to enjoy a full hotel service. There is lots of choice locally since this is a well known tourist destination popular with families and couples alike.

This is a very fine hotel at the beach in Tolo. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful in all matters. There is a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere which we enjoyed a lot during our stay.

Excellent small hotel overlooking Tolo Harbour with some sea view rooms. Very clean and well run with limited buffet breakfast, ideal for our needs and good filter coffee. Tolo is a lovely small resort near Napflion on the Peloponnese ideal for exploring Ancient Greek sites and relaxing on the beach if too hot.

Not the newest hotel or the best breakfast. But the staffs nice and did a good job with our messy room. We even broke something but the manager was friendly and let it go.

We spent 10 days here. Everything was nice except the rooms - too small. Everything is small - the room, the bathroom and a terrace. Stuff is very polite, they clean room daily and change the bed sheets and towels. Location is perfect - sandy beach is just across the street.

Lovely 'little' family-run hotel in Tolo! Found it originally because of the high restaurant ratings (which are very accurate), but returned with my wife for a getaway weekend without kids. That being said, this makes for a great family vacation spot as well as the wonderful Tolo beach is right across the quiet main road.

I 've been here for about two weeks. The hotel is very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is just over the street. Many water sport possibilities. Many cultural sights are in short distance. The enclosed restaurant is very good and also visited by the locals. I can recommend this place.

The hotel is more beautiful than what I had seen on maps, they have also made changes to the space. I am attaching some photos below. As for the room, it had a lot of space, of course for a triple room it had 2 single beds and 1 bed. In general it was clean, the only things I would change are the mattresses (which were not comfortable), the sheets (very thin and old) and I would put some mosquito nets...

Perfect Location. We enjoyed our stay the whole time. They are extremly friendly to their guests and even more to kids. We had our room straight towards the sea, which is just a few meters from the room. Can absolutely recommend this location.

The owners are warm people and always gave solutions to our requests. The price we got was competitive and the room was decent for a pair. The only thing that could be bothering from time to time was some noise from other rooms or the corridor during the late hours. The overall experience was pretty good🏝️😁👍

One of my favourite beaches in the area. If you are passionate about divind, there it is! This is right place to do it. Also if you like jumping into the water from the cliffs, again this is the place.
