Do not take a single room there! I had a single room (room 20) while my 2 friends had a double room (room 24 which is across the hall). I paid 150 euro for 5 nights while they paid 171 euro also for 5 nights. So for 4 euro per day extra they got a much larger room, a couch, a larger shower, a much larger balcony with view on the beach and the swimming pool (mine had view on the crappy backyard). Both...

This is a family type of hotel. Great for parents with small children. The rooms are updated to modern and clean. The staff is friendly and strict about COVID-19 measures- gloves, sanitizers, and masks in the breakfast area. Cons are that there may not be enough parking spaces. We had a wonderful time in Aretousa! The facility is excellent for kids who make the most of the swimming pool (as do adults!). The parking, amazing sea view, nice breakfast, cleanness of rooms and kindness of staff made our accommodation an unforgettable experience! Many thanks for everything!

Just had a fantastic stay here for one week. We had 3 rooms and a total of 6 people. Owner and surroundings are just sublime. Rooms where cleaned every day, ok breakfast and just a family hotel where they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The hotel is located in the center of Tolo, 30 meters from the sea. Very clean room, very kind and professional staff, excellent breakfast. The view from the balcony is truly fantastic. Not to be missed if you are visiting Mycenae and Epidaurus. We will definitely be back!

Lovely practical hotel lovely people nothing is too much trouble

The rooms were cramped, but the service was excelent and the employees are kind. For 75 euros you receive a parking spot in the Frini private parking close to the hotel and a beach chair. Breakfast is included and you get to choose your favourite from different kinds of food. There is also a small faucet near the entrance where you can wash the sand off of your feet.

After being let down by the Golden Moon hotel, managed to get a room on the top floor of the Frini Hotel. The double room cost 50 Euros a night which included a large balcony with sea view and a fabulous buffet breakfast. The staff all spoke good English were friendly and informative Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and only 20 meters from the beach!

Small hotel, directly in the beach and with a garden and little, calm street in the back. Close to shops and taverns - in the beach and in the main street. Maria at the reception is very friendly and helpful with recommondations.

The hotel is located directly on the beach. It has sunbeds and umbrella for free. The hosts were very nice and informative. The rooms were clean and well equiped with towers and shower gel. There is fridge and if you ask for cotlery they can provide for you. It is very convinient for vacation on the beach.

Great for what it is. A simple hotel in an amazing location, right on the beach. It is clean, with decent amenities, and very friendly as well as accommodating staff. Don't expect luxurious rooms, but you are there for the location, and you will mostly spend your time on the amazing beach, in the sea, or on the hotel patio...which is 2 meters from the beach. Try and get a sea-view room, its worth...

To begin with, I should write that Mrs. Maria was one of the best hosts, warm, friendly, kind and with a smile she always made you feel at home. The rooms are very clean, literally 5' from the sea, the balcony is ideal to have a coffee or a drink in the evening, a disadvantage was the mattress as it was hard and the springs had come out, so we didn't have a good sleep and the bathroom had no window...

Mediocre. Great view and clean rooms but no protection from the Sun and no provision for water filtering. Finally, there is no mosquito net on the window so be prepared for a vampiric night full of wonder unless you can stand the air conditioning unit which works fine.

Everything you need and at the quieter part of town right off the Marina Harbor. Gracious hostess provided homemade marmalade, bread and fruits, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

At the irene hotel, the hosts were very kind and tried to make our stay more pleasant... the room definitely needs renovation... it had problems... the stay was mediocre as last afternoon when we had visited the swimming pool of the neighboring hotel (Aretousa) etc. as it was not quiet time as the paper in the pool said, an elderly lady who worked there addressed my daughter in a rude manner to be...

They served us in the best possible way. A wonderful couple, smiling, friendly, helpful and how much more can I write... Thank you we had a great time.

Even if the building and furniture are old, this is a nice hotel, 1 min from the beach, friendly staff with a very good pool (big and always clean). However when we came, probably due to COVID-19, there was no bar/restaurant open at the hotel. We could take food and drinks from the places across the street and eat/drink at the pool 👌

VERY nice hotel about 50meters from the shore. Friendly and helpful owners. Clean rooms and variety of options for breakfast. Tolo is a quite village about 10 minutes from Nafplio. I would gladly return here.

Hotel is in a central spot of Tolo, 30m by the sea. Owners did their best to give us a comfortable stay and give us any needed information about the place. Beds in our room were really big and made our rest as good as it gets. Room was clean, we had many towels and had wi-fi services

From a two and a half star hotel it gives more than what you would expect. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is ok and everything is fresh. The owners are friendly and helpful all the time. Surely you can see here and there that it needs renovation, but for this amount of money it is a great deal.

Not a special hotel, but it has a nice large swimming pool. The rooms are old, yet clean but do smell like smoke. Also a lot of stairs in order to reach the room. The room was pretty loud as well. You can hear almost every sound that the neighbors make

Friendly staff, very clean place. Bungalovs are part of the hotel complex, placed among olive trees. They have sea view from terrace. Hotel is on the hill, above nice and not too crowded sandy beach, it takes 5 minutes to walk there. Road under hotel is frequent, and has to be crossed in order to go to the beach, but has no side walks, which makes it little risky specially at night.

Spotlessly clean rooms in a central part of Tolos just 100-150 meters from the beach. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The only negative I would like to point out is that the check out is early, at 11am.

The staff is extremely polite and helpful! They follow all covid protocols. Maybe the cleanest hotel we have ever been.

Completely new, the rooms are fairly large and appointed with modern features associated with higher end hotels. The front desk service is personal and welcoming. The breakfast, charged separately, is an almost overwhelming array of food. We would recommend this hotel to anyone except, perhaps, for those with younger children.

Definitely worth staying here, if you're in Tolo and are looking for a comfortable room close to the beach.

Had a nice stay here. Very kind owners and well situated. Everything was perfect except the cleaning was not very thorough and the breakfast had almost no fresh food. A complaining couple got fresh orange juice and baked eggs with ham. Was a bit weird.

Perfection!!! Magnificent view from the roof with one of the best pools I have ever visit. Rooms were clean and beautiful. The breakfast was incredible (you must try the omelette). I will visit it again in the future!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the owners couldn't be friendlier excellent value for money, the breakfast was fantastic and the location is literally 3 minutes walk from the center of Tolo. Best of all the attitude of the lady owner. Very friendly smiley and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would recommend it to my nan. Easily five stars.

A very simple 3 star hotel with lovely staff. Clean rooms, clean pool and a very tasty breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the sea and many restaurants. We were at the hotel for two days and enjoyed the cute pool.
