Location was absolutely perfect with the ferry right out front. Pool, bar and food were great! Staff was so helpful. This should be a 5 star hotel !

We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Olia in November. The hotel is conveniently located near Mykonos' new port, making it a great starting point for exploring the island. The easy access to the water taxi, which takes you to the old town port for just €2 per person, is a notable advantage.
The busy port does bring some noise from large cruise ships and local ferries, especially at night, but it did not detract from our overall experience.
The hotel is cozy, with spacious rooms, some offering lovely sea views. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, fridge, and air conditioning. While the bathroom could benefit from some updates, the overall comfort was appreciated. I was pleased with the prompt response from the staff when I requested a kettle, which was delivered quickly.
The hotel provides free WiFi access, though the speed is on the slower side, which may limit its use for activities like streaming or uploading photos.
The staff at Hotel Olia are very kind and helpful. A special thank you to the lady in the kitchen, who was always accommodating to our requests, even preparing scrambled eggs for us, which was not on the standard breakfast menu.
While the breakfast options were basic, they were sufficient to kickstart our day of island exploration. Overall, Hotel Olia offered a comfortable stay with a great location and friendly service. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos!

Our honeymoon stay at this hotel was very special! We were upgraded to the suite (room 28). The room was large in size, provided us with a spectacular balcony to enjoy the sunset and blue water views and allowed for us to spread out all of our possessions after being on the road for a while.
The bar/restaurant provided us with delicious wine, beer, breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. The pool was cold and refreshing at the end of October, and made for a fun and romantic experience when we hopped in.
The individual at the front desk, who I believe was George, was very kind in showing us to our room, telling us where to visit and how to get around. This hotel is not given the justice it deserves with its rating. It should be given all of the stars.
My husband and I are grateful to have stayed here, and enjoyed every bit of what this hotel and Mykonos had to offer us!

I highly recommend this hotel, it definitely shouldn’t be 3 stars!!! From the absolutely incredible location that has the most gorgeous views, incredibly amazing staff (special mention of the gentleman on reception he was super helpful) all the way to really lovely breakfast (only stayed 1 night). I stayed in a basic twin room and it was just enough for me, but if you prefer something fancier definitely go for the superior rooms which are still super reasonably priced. The hotel is right next to port so you can go anywhere - it’s so handy! There’s 24/7 little shop near to the hotel as well. Super super lovely place that has very good energy! I will be bringing my mum here next year for sure! Well done to the staff for really making the hotel 10/5 stars!!

Really good hotel, at Tourlos overlooking the new marina and new port.
5 mins walk from the sea bus stop to take you into Mykonos town only €2.
The onsite restaurant ' Meze on Port' offer good food and drinks that over look the pool and Mykonos bay.

We had a family suite at the very top of the property. Apart from the size, it did not correspond to a suite for 4 people. Rather, it was 1 large family room for 3 people. The fourth bed was a sofa into which a sheet was placed. So it was not even a sofa bed.
The big bed had an old mattress.
Furthermore, the wifi in the room was also very poor.
The mosquito curtains were also almost all rusted or broken.
The room was otherwise large, clean and with good air conditioning.
But not worthy of a (4-person) suite.

Beautiful clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is in-between the main town and the beach so you have options to walk to both. Buffet breakfast is delicious and had a great view of the docks. However the eggs are always cold.
Very close to the local bus and sea ferry which takes you into the main town
Check in takes a long time! You are given a very long summary about Santorini by reception even if you didn’t ask for it. Room was not ready yet which was fine, we would have wanted to just leave our bags, explore the island and come back later. Unfortunately we first had to spend an hour listening to reception give his presentation about the island. When we finally escaped, we tried swimming in the pool, however it is freezing due to the fresh ocean water that is being pumped into it.

The location and the hotel were absolutely stunning. Pictures don't do it justice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Walkable to the pet for both the ferries and the sea bus to go to the city center. Only con were the beds. I ended up sleeping on the much more comfortable couch. The staff informed me that they were new but they were essentially box springs not mattresses.

2 stars only because the A/C worked. Rooms felt reminiscent of a dusty jail cell, lacking any real decor or furnitures. Bed: rock hard, blankets and seat cushion were quite old and showed visible stains. Seeing other reviews, my wife and I (honeymooning) were also told our room was an 'upgrade' upon our check-in. If true, I don't wanna know what the standard one was like. Priceline also advertised a free shuttle service from port on booking, but the hotel said otherwise when I asked, I think that's very clearly bait-and-switch and will make a complaint about it.
Overall, felt the front desk service to be nice but ingenuine if not condescending, room dreary and overpriced (even for summer-time Mykonos), restaurant food quality pathetic, and couldn't really recommend to anyone. We ended up eating the cost of the last night to leave a full day early.
