It’s very basic but good for the value . Owners are very friendly even with not so good English communication is easy . The see is just 1 min walk.
Spacious and clean apartment with amazing view from the living room, the bedroom and even the bathroom. Extremely nice and polite owners. The whole area is pretty calm and perfect for a relaxed holiday.

ok place..if u like a great uphill walk every time u go out...so its €6 in a taxi...gets xspensive wen its 2 or 3 times a day..walk downs ok...but taxi up just to buy a news paper..mmmmmm

Extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed in another villa but went there for dinner and cocktails. Lovely
Charming little resort on the highs of Tsilivi. They offer Greek nights with bbq on Monday and Thursdays, better to book in advance for this. They have several rooms and 2 lovely villas for rent during the summer. A swimming pool and bar there as well. The view from there is a must see and the hosts a delight.
The most amazing place. The views , the Hospitality, the BBQ nights but above all - The Owners. So welcoming. We stayed for the first time last year and back again 9 months after.
Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay. Renting a car through the hotel is very easy and convenient. This way we could explore the whole island. The location of the hotel is also great, restaurant and supermarkets just around the corner and just some minutes from the beach! The rooms were very clean and exceeded our expectations. Lastly, Victor (hotel manager) is great and will help you with literally everything...
Excellent place to stay, in the center but quiet, close to local restaurants and Tsilivi beach. The room is spacious, clean, modern. Our host Victor was always kind, he made sure that our stay is comfortable and pleasant. Parking place and the possibility to rent a car.
Very nice building and perfect room. Large, nice furnitures, very comfortable bed. The room has also a balcony, which is nice and useful. Abaton is placed in the center of Tsilivi, 5’ from the beach, in a quite road. The owner is always available to solve your needs…
Beautiful stay on a stunning island. The location was centered but quiet, near restaurants and a sandy beach. The room was spacious, modern, clean and with a quiet AC. Viktor, the host, was very friendly and made sure that we had all that we needed. The car rental was very easy as it is directly with Viktor

The location of the hotel is good. Near the main street, but not too far from the see.
Lovely hotel in a great location in the centre.
Rooms are really nice
Shower does need more pressure and the bathtub is very small.
Air con is a little overpriced to others .
Some the drinks at the pool bar are ok priced some are over priced.
Pool is not really suitable for young kids but older ones will be ok.
Didn't try any the food at the hotel so not able to comment on it.

Lovely hotel well placed for restaurants and bars. Kept lovely and clean by cleaning ladies. Continental breakfast overpriced at 8 euro was only downside as full English breakfast outside 6 euro or less. Could also do without barman using foul language not very professional or necessary.
Friendly and helpful staff.... apartment spacious and clean.....cleaned every day....would recommend this hotel to anyone..... wonderful 10 day stay... wonderful!!

The beach and bars are just at the bottom of the road and in every other direction there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
We have been coming here since 2015 and have just returned from our 13th week at the Alamis Apartments.
The rooms are clean and regularly serviced with fresh towels...

We're in a studio. Although it's quite old fashioned, it's very neat, the beds are very comfortable and the AC is top. The wifi is almost non existent. The parking is for 4 cars and you need to book it separately. You can park on the street. The swimming pool is enough for the capacity of the hotel. The beach is about 100m away. Kind and polite staff.

A warm welcome as always. Love it here so much. So good to kick back and relax. Lovely view over the pool, you can't beat the location. The room comfy and clean, we were so well looked after. Had a problem with the safe, it was sorted with a new safe in 2 hours!
There is a lovely pool and restaurant serving great poolside snacks, drinks and full menu. Very friendly staff and welcome to the pool if using their facilities.
Very friendly with good prices. They speak english, you can ask anything, you get help. Rooms are enough big if you don't want to stay all the day in it. The beach and the central isn't far from here and the grill is in the next door so you can eat special food and drink very good wine at Dionisios, just some steps away. The pool and the room was always clean, so thank you Yannis! It was a nice week...
Good: the food, the staff, the pools (also for babies). The apartments are clean and big enough the balcony as well, however the bathrooms are old and there is no place to hang up the shower (a bit annoying).
There are hairdryer, and towels (smaller and bigger for each) in the app.
Yannis (the owner) really friendly and helpful person! He is the best!😊
Bad: the airport is around 14 kms but the plains...
Nice place, furniture is ok, just a little bit used. Hot water is not always available. Staff is really nice, everything is clean. The pool is perfect, they also have a kids pool and a jacuzzi. Loud music can be heard from the other places around, but it's quiet after midnight. Its a child friendly place, don't book if you hate kids. The taverna is the best place to eat in Tsilivi!

Lovely lady accommodating and welcoming. Every thing you need for a s/c holiday. Close to other apartments with pools (as no pool but didnt bother us . We knew when booking ) and restaurants tavernas. And slap bang next to the beach and just 50 yds to the main strip . Although had no trouble with noise

Ours was with a wrap around balcony that was accessible from both bedrooms and the kitchen. The prices includes safe and air conditioning in the two bedrooms and kitchen.

As we like the layout of number one apartment she has had a special ramp fitted so we can get our disabled Grandauters buggy up the 3 steps.
