What can I say… The best hotel I have ever been! Room, food, staff, area of the hotel at the top level. I almost cried when I had to leave the hotel. One thing that could be better is english of the staff, sometimes was hard to understand them.

Just returned from the best holiday we've had in years food was very good lots of choices, bedroom very spacious and the bed was comfy. Loved staying here. The staff and managers are so professional and welcoming. The rooms are amazing with their own pools. Very stylish and clean. The only thing I would try to improve is the food in the all-inclusive restaurant. Especially the meat and fish could be done nicer. Often overcooked. One of the best hotels i ever visited. The food was GREAT. Rooms vere cleaned every day, staff was super friendly. I do not understand these negative reviews, dont let them affect your choice while picking a hotel in Tsivili. Only one thing i didnt like were small lunch boxes for our trips.

We stayed here in June and had a great vacation! I'm convinced this is one of the best hotels on the island - new, clean and with enough sun beds for all guests.
