Loved this hotel! Had our own swimming pool! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful too. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a separate swimming pool for everyone to use with a cafe and bar next to the pool. 👌

We stayed in the apartment with the pool and it was a lovely spot. The pool is great and the apartment was very clean. We rented a car to get around which was necessary because the location is quite remote, but that was what we wanted. It's a nice, quiet location.

Bathroom is really outdated, shower and toilet is one same place, the water from shower goes all over the place. I like this hotel very much. I live in a room with its own swimming pool. Walking out of the backyard is a large balcony and swimming pool. I can lie down all day. My children love it very much. The room is quite big. The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth. The driver who picked me up at the airport said that you must not drink the tap water, even if it is boiled, and the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

The staff at the reception is incredibly helpful, friendly and constructive, the rooms are clean, there is a balcony and everything you want in the room, A hearty buffet, a pleasant breakfast, free egg options, friendly staff, there is free parking and it is right in the center of the city, I recommend it.

Just had the most amazing week in this hotel. Slight issue with the air-con on the first day but sorted on the second day. We arrived too late to get it sorted out on the day of our arrival. We enjoyed a week at this hotel. My son loved the pools and the ham toasties! Staff were friendly, it was a short walk down to the beach and the tv had internet so we could watch something whilst taking a break out of the hot sun! From our room we had a view of the sun rising each morning which was lovely to sit and watch ☀️

We are back after 5 years.We were upgraded to Family Room ( it was spacious), cleaned every day, safe available free of charge .The lady from the reception extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same each day but didn’t bother us .Overall great stay !

Average 25m pool was nice, but should be open for longer hours. The air conditioner blew right on the bed. The breakfast was substandard compared with other 3 or 4 star hotels in Greece. Staff was friendly.

Convenient location, great service. I like that they provided slippers and bathrobes. Their breakfast buffet provided many food choices. The receptionists were helpful and enthusiastic when we asked for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony. The view was superb. The room was average and the facilities were quite old, but the location offset many of the shortcomings. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it is very relaxing to go out for a walk. I regret not bringing running...

The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door. You still have to use your own shower gel and shampoo, but I didn't use them despite looking at the facilities.

Pros: The location was perfect, as well as the pool and the views. Cons: The bathroom was too old and outdated, the beds were uncomfortable.

It's a quiet place, but there's a lot missing in the rooms. For example, they turn off the water at night, not even to wash your hands. It's inconvenient to climb up, there are two floors, and the bathrooms are very uncomfortable and leak water from the toilet.

Excellent location for moving around the island. The apartment was a little old but it made up for it with the view and the very scenic exterior... the hairdryer, iron and some small accessories are missing but otherwise good structure

The location is very nice (hillside location with sea view) and there are some cute corners on the grounds, but unfortunately it seems a bit old (cushions by the pool and the furniture on the balconies) and not very well maintained. My friend and I stayed here at the Serenity Luxury Boutique Hotel Agrilia and it was such a lovely hotel and great location! The room was lovely and clean, it also had the essentials you may need! As well as the pool being a lovely place to relax during the day and there is a bar in the reception which you can take refreshing drinks out in the sun! Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

Just a lovely family run Inn peacefull and not getting pestered by waiters for you to keep buying food and drinks. We love it. Best ever.
