The owner is correct and kind, but the accommodation does not deserve the figure we paid, 170 euros per day. The accommodation is comfortable and nice, but seems very poorly maintained. There aren't enough dishes and utensils in the kitchen, everything is broken, different cups and glasses, and there aren't enough of them. Cutlery is only basic, there is not a single sharp knife for example, so if...

We have just returned from a week's holiday at Echinades (25/6/22). It's a totally peaceful and relaxing venue set in a rural location surrounded by wooded mountains offering stunning views. We love Echinades! It has everything we want. A small villa with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and air-conditioning. It also has a lovely pool 7mx4m. We love its situation. Very quiet and very rural. A good 20 minutes walk to the tavernas in Vasiliki. The villa is serviced every couple of days. A very relaxing holiday.

The villa is located on a hill just above Gialos beach. The villa has absolutely all the amenities you can think of. Sunbeds located on the lower terrace with a view of the beach. Outdoor table under the pergola for six. There is a barbecue and a sink in the yard. As well as a shower if you want to take a smooth freshness in the yard. Amazing villas with great view, infinity swimming pool, lots of open spaces/citing areas for morning coffee, nice dinner or chilling by the pool. Highly recommended. Host was great!

Amazing vacation we had at Dream View Villas! - the pool/villa was clean - the view was incredible I would recommend the host to improve his communication skills. We also had some issues with the AC, but overall everything was amazing.

What a great place to enjoy your vacation! It is located in an excellent location, just 5 minutes' walk from Nydri. The service was impeccable, the rooms spacious, clean and equipped with all amenities! I would describe it, really, as ideal for any family. I would like to have 10 stars, I highly recommend it!

Wow, is all I can say. The villa was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for Marina. We had an amazing time, villa was close to all amenities, but far enough way to be peaceful. Very good location, near the port, you can go by foot, about 8-10 minutes. The villa was as described, very clean, it was cleaned every 3 days. The owner was very helpful, had provided us with 3 pages of recommendations for visiting and dining. The pool was great an the water was perfect. Would recommend 10 of 10.

Beautiful, spacious outdoor area makes this property. Lots of seating around the pool, plus Bbq and outdoor dining for 6 plus. Attractive gardens and lovely views. Property has 3 balconies, one from each bedroom and a dining area. Good parking and good location just outside Agios Nikitas. Owner very helpful.

Stunning location, great pool and area for outdoor dining. The hosts were extremely helpful, even giving me their illy coffee. Very spacious and clean. The owners reccomended 'Exanthia-Rachi' for dinner. Not often am i speechless but the views are unbelievable. It is like you are eating in the sky. I would highly reccomend Ionian villas Lefkas again. If i could give it six stars, i would.

We had so much space and it was so comfortable, new, and clean. We had a private swimming pool that was fantastic. The outside area was a huge garden with slate paved patio. The view across the road is breathtaking. Kris goes out of his way to make sure you are well informed and comfortable. We loved it.

The maisonette Erato was above the town of agios nikitas. There a 4 villas on the site, all with their own small pool. Our villa looked larger than the rest. 3 minute drive to main road where you need to park to get to village, as cars are not allowed. You need transport as road is up hill narrow and winding through forest area. There are Many restaurants in the village. A lovely beach and boat trips...

Without doubt one of my favourite spots I stayed in a long time. Upon arrival was warmly welcomed by the most welcoming host. Everything was to the highest standard and the location was just perfect! Vey clean, with an amazing view, private pool and so quite! Dimitris is a perfect host, very helpful, kind and always smiling. We enjoyed our stay in Villa Athina...totally recommend it!

Beautiful spot, peaceful, isolated, but also just a few minutes away from Ayios Nikitas by car. Our villa had a fantastic view and we really appreciated the pool. Dimitris is a great host, very helpful and with the best "local" tips!

Very nice cottages Some have a private pool. Well equiped for a relaxed holiday. Very quiet location with a view on the Ionian Sea. Excellent service. The small village of Agios Nikitas is just 1 km away. 3 minutes by car. The west coast is not so crowded as the east coast of Lefkada.

We found it by accident, but we enjoyed it very much. Quiet, relaxing, clean and walking distance to agios nikitas. Friendly staff and excellent service. Very nice pool area.

As all the other reviews have said, Homer's View is an extremely special place. We stayed last week - two families, one in each house - and the accommodation, location and service couldn't have been better. It's the little touches that set a holiday property above others we've stayed in: pool towels provided, bins changed every day, Aki even helped carry our bags up the stairs. Zoe was marvellous too...

Beautiful complex, with a number of beautiful 'villas'. Each with its own pool. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer. Safe. Moderate bathrooms, 1 of which is very small. Faulty showers. Beds very hard. Access road extremely steep, difficult to park the car. No one was waiting for us on arrival, I had to call first. Problems solved quickly and fairly adequately...

Fantastic. Brilliant villa, large pool, space to park, and a superb location. On a hillside with views to the hills, and to the sea. Only 15 minutes drive from Lefkada town, which has lots of supermarkets and restaurants. We will return!

Luxurious villas, superb location, great views. The villas offer all you need for a great holiday. Large private pool, fully equipped kitchen. Good beds. Great terrace with sunbeds and enough shade. Owners are really helpful. Place gets cleaned almost every day which feels like being in a hotel. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Villa Apollo. The views are fantastic and the villa is a lovely mix of rustic and modern styles, and very clean. The pool was also great and was cleaned throughout our stay! It is a lovely walk down into Fiskardo past Foki Beach, and you can easily get a taxi back up on the hill at the end of your evening. We had a wonderful week at the beautiful Villa Apollo. Clean, and well equipped with stunning views and a lovely pool. We loved exploring this part of the island, and can recommend Foki Beach and taverna at the bottom of the hill. We also enjoyed evenings in Fiskardo, and longer day trips out to Assos and Sami. We had a wonderful week at Villa Apollo. Everything was as fabulous as the photos promise (including the view) and the service from host, Mimi was excellent. It is a 5-10’ car journey from Fiscardo town and the beautiful Foki Bay which was one of our favourite swimming spots. My only regret was not staying another week!

Unbelievably beautiful setting and the villa was 5 star. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean, the pool and views beautiful, and the location was excellent - 10 min drive to charming Fiskardo, which is the nicest village on the island. Mimi, the host was the best host I have ever encountered; I think it never took her more than 5 mins to respond to any of our questions...
