Notwithstanding some minor glitches, the stay was absolutely perfect. The staff did everything possible to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of parking possibilities, the beds were comfy, and the staff was helpful in some of the issues that emerged during our stay. Will come back in the summer to try the spa facilities as well.

The hotel is still a bit far away from the Old Town of Split, but it is quite convenient for self-driving people. This hotel can overlook Split in the distance. The parking lot is large and the hotel breakfast is average, but in terms of accommodation, the hotel has all aspects It still meets the basic standards of four stars, right?

The whole Hostel follow good standards of cleaning. Although there's no kitchen all areas are confortable, with good light and distribution with a calm vibe. Especially grateful with Matia and Ivan service, they went above and beyond to help me when I needed. I Will never forget their generosity. I highly recommend this Hostel!

This is the nicest hostel i've ever been on. We arrived after a 27h trip and we was greated the best possible way. Due to everything close by was closed for the evening he helped us to order pizza and have us beer.

Excellent reception by Ms. Rosa, who despite a problem with room reservations (due to a wrong booking by the booking department) worked to solve it, simply very good. The rooms are not large but they have everything you need, they are clean and tidy which is what you need. Good location for visiting the city, the public transport stop is 100 meters away

The receptionist was great and quickly sorted an issue with my booking The big problem is the noise in the room. All night, every 15m some machine started working and was so noisy that we can feel the vibrations. For sure others rooms feel it too but in my room 205 was really bad

It was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep. The motor or mechanism of the ceiling air conditioner was making an infernal noise. Yet, all the control knobs on the wall unit were in the off position!!!! I therefore request a refund for my night's sleep and the tourist tax. Sincerely, Yann MICHEL

It was far from downtown due to parking issues. There was no elevator..But they helped me move it.. The mart was just 5 minutes away, which was nice.

This place is about 12 minute drive outside of Split. It is a basic Hotel that fills basic needs. It is austere, but very clean, huge & we'll run. A really good night stay for the price you pay. And has more than ample parking and is close to my two favorite restaurants Stobrec. Epetium & Nikola. 2 must eat at places! No matter where you stay!

Genuinely not sure if myself and the other reviewers stayed at the same place as this hotel was FANTASTIC. Staff- incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a huge building project all along the front of this hotel & beyond. We have a Seaview room but also the whole of the construction site. Nice experience, even if only for 1 night. Our room was spacious and had a big bathroom too, with both shower and bathtub. Cleanliness was okay. Absolutely amazing. Went here with my wife for our honeymoon in the beginning of September. The staff were great and the hotel was a great value, from the view to the amenities. This hotel was good, but it’s new - you’ll see on Google earth that there is no hotel in the picture! So they did have some teething problems as this summer was their first proper summer since covid. The staff is an amazing asset to the hotel. Some of the best service I had in this world. Especially Ivana from reception who goes above and beyond for her guests. This was a family operation run by Mladen, his wife, Milena, and 2 daughters Marija and Magdalena (sorry if I’ve got the spelling wrong!). We arrived quite late for our stay due to delayed flights but we were welcomed by two very sweet and accommodating people (hospitality). They gave us advice and were very kind. Great location. There is a parking open space area in front of the cinema/joker shopping center. We paid 6 euro for 25hours parking, don’t get fooled by “tourist parking” it’s more expensive. It might be a 5 stars hotel in Croatia, but where I’m from this is a 4 stars hotel, sorry. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable enough, but our view was not so pretty. Hotel is an easy 15 minutes walk to the Riva which is great. Our breakfast buffet was acceptable.

Rooms are nice, could use some rainfall showers. The spa area is peaceful and relaxing. Short 10-15 min walk down the main road to old Split. Mall & Casino around the hotel. Restaurant in the hotel is great if you don't decide to walk to split. Staff is very approachable and willingness to share what to do around Split.

This is no longer a hotel, its a student's hostel. Centrally located in Split Croatia with all basic facilities that you find in a European hostel. Common kitchens for every four rooms. Two people per room. Very good facility Walking distance from colleges and all shopping requirements.

Simple, acceptable for a few days. Purity is not their strength. Breakfast was not healthy or varied to me. But I'm picky, I only eat light healthy food. It's good for a long weekend with little need.
