Notwithstanding some minor glitches, the stay was absolutely perfect. The staff did everything possible to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of parking possibilities, the beds were comfy, and the staff was helpful in some of the issues that emerged during our stay. Will come back in the summer to try the spa facilities as well.
Great place. Room was real big and clean. Pool is amazing and the restaurant is great. Parking in front. All services and staff is highly service oriented. I recommend this nice, modern place.
Was staying here by business purposes. Very clean, service is polite and available, rooms are full of neccesities like towels, lotions, soap etc. Fully recomend.
We went there for a girls wellness day, we enjoyed outside jacuzzi and pool, it was clean and nice. There is also an inside pool and jacuzzi and sauna.
Great rooms! Very clean with lots of towels, toilet paper, shampoos etc. Good service aswell! We had a great view of the pool and the city.

Great place to stay for families, couples and business people! We visited for a couple of days with kids and friends and had the best experience ever! The staff were professional and attentive to our needs. Several times they quickly adjusted the menu, and as a vegan eating mostly raw food, I could have a mono-lunch with watermelon in the morning and get freshly squeezed juices instead of an alcoholic...
Extremely friendly staff, Christina and other girls at the front desk, Goddess in wellness with golden hands, Mohammedo, Nicola, Amol, Tony and everyone else in the restaurant and other services whose names we may not remember ❤️ We will definitely come again from- for them and the facilities of the hotel (wonderful pools, great massage, great food, always someone willing to help, food suggestions...

Even for a drink or two in the salon or next to a swimming pool it is nice and coazy. Very polite staff I must say.
Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and superb meals. Very good value. It loses a star because it is in the the middle of nowhere and there did not seem to be any reasonably accessible public transport to the nearby town of Split.
I stayed here with Saga holiday, it's a luxurious hotel, beautiful rooms, great swimming pools. Food is not the best but is ok.

Everything is as it is described, a beautiful house, a great garden and a beautiful view of Split. The pool is just like in the pictures, just great.
We were there with our dog (Rhodesian Ridgeback) who was able to move around freely and really felt very comfortable.
The owner was very friendly.

The whole Hostel follow good standards of cleaning. Although there's no kitchen all areas are confortable, with good light and distribution with a calm vibe. Especially grateful with Matia and Ivan service, they went above and beyond to help me when I needed. I Will never forget their generosity. I highly recommend this Hostel!

This is the nicest hostel i've ever been on. We arrived after a 27h trip and we was greated the best possible way. Due to everything close by was closed for the evening he helped us to order pizza and have us beer.
Great people, great staff. The rooms are kept tidy and you'll surely meet new people there. The AC can be quite tricky so you won't be needing any blankets

The kindness of the owner is unmatched! Very clean and comfortable room. Convenient parking and with the bus you arrive in a moment in the center. The only problem encountered was the following: our room had a window which, however, overlooked a corridor, so there was always the need to keep the air conditioning on or otherwise it was really too hot. And another negative note was the limited space...
Excellent reception by Ms. Rosa, who despite a problem with room reservations (due to a wrong booking by the booking department) worked to solve it, simply very good. The rooms are not large but they have everything you need, they are clean and tidy which is what you need. Good location for visiting the city, the public transport stop is 100 meters away
We've been welcomed so nicely and the guesthouse/room was so lovely and comfy. I recommend it without hesitation! To Mrs Rosa and to her Grandson, I wish you the very best and if I ever come back around, I'll come again.

Great experience, fine apartment and the owners are two wonderful persons, we will come back for sure in future! Beach is just 10-15 minutes far by feet, there is a supermarket near 5 minutes. Only a small problem but very IMPORTANT: the hotel is at number 57, a taxi stopped us at the number 54 on the opposite side, thinking that our hotel was just near... unfortunately the hotel was 1 km far because...
They are sooooo kind. But location is not that good. I have to take a taxi everytime. Market is the only thing nearby.

Don't get scared of the location, at least you have peace at night, which might not be the case in the city center :)
Top class hotel in such a bad locality. But anyway, I have to put 5 stars. All absolutelly clean, professional staff, modern equipment. Parking right in front of the hotel.
Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Split is 25 minute walk at all brisk pace but this is a good base out of the busy split. Uber taxi is very cheap.

We didn’t find any available room in vicinity, but they had one, and it was much better then expected. Hotel has 2 stars but the room was updated, so it worth higher rating. Also breakfast had a variety selection. Clean, AC worked great, nice view and very friendly staff.
Quick check in, friendly staff speaking perfect English also as the other languages.Generous hot and continental breakfast. Simple room wit the AC. Air conditioning worked well and without any noise. Calm, clean. Close to the beach. A bit far from the city centre, approx 30 min bus ride ,no 14 and 15.But coast only 11,kuna ( 1,60€approx.).
This place is about 12 minute drive outside of Split. It is a basic Hotel that fills basic needs. It is austere, but very clean, huge & we'll run. A really good night stay for the price you pay. And has more than ample parking and is close to my two favorite restaurants Stobrec. Epetium & Nikola. 2 must eat at places! No matter where you stay!

This is an overage hotel a few km's away from the centre of Split and it had direct view to the Adria see from my room. This was the cheapest hotel I got from booking for my group. The staff was fantastic and really helpful,if I will ever come back I will because of them,not for the conditions of the hotel.
The bed is average,the elevator seems like from 2 World War( 2 of my group members got stocked...
Much better than two stars category. Rooms are completely renovated with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and small but comfortable bathroom. The bus station is next to the hotel, driving to the center of the city takes 15 minutes. Staff kind and helpful. Warm recommendation!
