The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees. View from the rooftop is beautiful too.

Nice location, nice room, bed a little small but overall good

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When I checked into the room, the front desk also called to ask if I was satisfied. They prepared a welcome letter and a small gift, which was very considerate. The hotel is near the statue of Father Gregory and is very close to the ancient city.

Love its location. It’s very convenient to walk to the Old Town and also has a convenience store just round the corner. Service by the reception was also top notch. He could see us through the camera while we were parking. And since it’s raining, he came out with umbrellas for us. Loved it!

Perfect location just next to the Old Town. Excellent service at the reception and restaurant for breakfast. Nice rooftop bar with good view of the red rooftops in the old town.

I booked a room for 3 people but I was given a very tiny room ever for 2 . Had to ask to be moved to a bigger room so the offered me a bigger room for additional fee per night . .

A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive

A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

Stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed the room which had a balcony overlooking the pool. It was a pretty walk to old town. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with directions.

T Hotel was lovely but a bit out of the way from town approx 20 mins walk and up some very steep banks. This hotel has free parking. The old lady will give you the choice of making breakfast. The hotel fruit is very fresh. The handsome guy at the front desk is very serious and enthusiastic. There is a warm feeling of home.

The location is right on the beach which is nice if you want that, but otherwise a bit far from the downtown, and taxis are very expensive here, so it would cost at least 25€ to get from hotel to town. We booked this hotel for a group of 21 girls visiting Split for a hen party and our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was a huge contributing factor to a successful hen party. I stayed at the end of August for a girls trip for my friends birthday. We had 2 x 2 Bed Suites which were fine for us. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. However, the word "luxury" should not be referred to at this property and also whoever graded the property as 4star clearly doesn't work in the travel industry! The "designer" pool was small, freezing cold and in the shade from 3pm onwards...

We had a lovely time at Boban Luxury Suites. We stayed 7 days. We were with our relatives including 2 young boys. The hotel offers good sizes rooms with good amenities and the pool is very nice. However the location is quite far from the main harbour area and my bedroom was next to a tennis court which was quite loud in the morning with people grunting and shouting

We did not stay there but only had coffee which is one of the best I've had in town. Great location with a view of the harbor and street scene, plus lots of charm inside.

I arrived injured & on crutches. Front desk receptionist welcomed me with a smile. A very tall man with with white hair (Mr E) brought me, a much needed ice pack for my knee without me even asking. This is no longer a hotel, its a student's hostel. Centrally located in Split Croatia with all basic facilities that you find in a European hostel. Common kitchens for every four rooms. Two people per room. Very good facility Walking distance from colleges and all shopping requirements.

We stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. Not bad. We stayed in the Select Sea View room. It should be a new room type. It's quite cozy. But the smell of new decoration is a bit strong.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. But the hotel's surroundings are too bad. There is an unfinished building nearby, and the view from the balcony affects the mood.

Great location. There is a parking open space area in front of the cinema/joker shopping center. We paid 6 euro for 25hours parking, don’t get fooled by “tourist parking” it’s more expensive. It might be a 5 stars hotel in Croatia, but where I’m from this is a 4 stars hotel, sorry. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable enough, but our view was not so pretty. Hotel is an easy 15 minutes walk to the Riva which is great. Our breakfast buffet was acceptable.

Large immaculate room and big bathroom with double sink... and very accommodating staff

Rooms are nice, could use some rainfall showers. The spa area is peaceful and relaxing. Short 10-15 min walk down the main road to old Split. Mall & Casino around the hotel. Restaurant in the hotel is great if you don't decide to walk to split. Staff is very approachable and willingness to share what to do around Split.

The style of the hotel is very vintage, the room and toilet are very big. Our room located next to the road, not too noisy at night time. We had no problem sleeping. It is in the edge of the old town, very easy to get to the center and main attractions. Only downside is the curtain at the door doesn’t really seem to be big enough to cover lights.

got a twins bed room , there were one bed with some bed bugs and bited me all over my body. so i had to book other hotel after first night.

RECEPTION It’s so early to harvest, maybe because it’s a holiday. It's in an alley, so parking is troublesome. The water heater was broken, so we arranged to go to another hotel that was closer to the attractions.

Weekend in Split Maja at reception was incredible She was extremely helpful with the check in, she gave us loads of recommendations, helped up with our ticket for parking which had become damp in the storm and even wished us well on our travels on the last night. We had a 2 day stop over in Split before our trip to zagreb and slovenia and decided to stay at Hotel Marul based on reviews..Its a small hotel with limited facilities. More like bed and breakfast. Staff at reception and breakfast was good. Location is very close to major tourist spots which is a plus. Rooms r small and very basic. No points there. Overall an ok experience

Had a great stay in Marvie. Excellent service from the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. Location is great - a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. Perfect! Communication with Mario was very good and he always replied in a few minutes. When we arrived he had "reserved" a parking spot for us. Mario is super friendly! Check-in was easy, the room is nice and big and lacks nothing. We had a huge bed and the bathroom was also big with a nice walk in shower. If again in Split we would definitely return and can recommend the CIP Rooms to everyone coming...

Mario was really friendly, Check In and Check Out were easy. There is free parking opposite to the location, If you catch a spot. Room is great (Pics are from Appartment 4) and also the Aircon is awesome.

The receptionist was great and quickly sorted an issue with my booking The big problem is the noise in the room. All night, every 15m some machine started working and was so noisy that we can feel the vibrations. For sure others rooms feel it too but in my room 205 was really bad

It was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep. The motor or mechanism of the ceiling air conditioner was making an infernal noise. Yet, all the control knobs on the wall unit were in the off position!!!! I therefore request a refund for my night's sleep and the tourist tax. Sincerely, Yann MICHEL

A beautiful hotel, moments from the harbour. It well kept and with great facilities in the lovely histrionic square. The square itself is very busy, however the room was lovely and quiet. I would definitely stay again should I return to Split.

I recently stayed at Hotel Corner in Split and overall had an amazing experience. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

We only stayed one night, which was enough. The pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice shower and bathroom, breakfast offerings were average/good. The cons: Service was average, it's a tough location to find and park to check-in, and the rooms are on a busy intersection so lots of traffic noise at night.

It is a 10-minute walk to the old town of Sprit. The breakfast was good and I was very satisfied. There is a ladder dryer in the bathroom, which is convenient for doing laundry. It is very helpful for a long trip. It is also easy to access the Statue of Nin, where the local tour meets up.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet and within walking distance to the harbor. The breakfast buffet was average with a selection of pastries, hot entrees fruit and beverages. The hotel has only one small elevator which required patience if you aren't able to use the stairs.

Lovely boutique hotel. Looking from the outside you think oh my god what sort of hotel is this! Once inside it is completely different from the outside. The rooms are quite big and cosy with plenty of space which was a bonus. The hotel was not far from the water to look around.
