The location of this hotel is just excellent. It is at the fringe of the most happening part of the town. But it is still very quiet and peaceful. Really a short walk to all the must sees. View from the rooftop is beautiful too.

Nice location, nice room, bed a little small but overall good

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. When I checked into the room, the front desk also called to ask if I was satisfied. They prepared a welcome letter and a small gift, which was very considerate. The hotel is near the statue of Father Gregory and is very close to the ancient city.

Love its location. It’s very convenient to walk to the Old Town and also has a convenience store just round the corner. Service by the reception was also top notch. He could see us through the camera while we were parking. And since it’s raining, he came out with umbrellas for us. Loved it!

Perfect location just next to the Old Town. Excellent service at the reception and restaurant for breakfast. Nice rooftop bar with good view of the red rooftops in the old town.

Lovely place at the fantastic location with the most friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms with beautiful views, large bathrooms, comfortable bed and fluffy bathrobes. Very welcoming staff at the front desk, restaurant and spa. My only complaint was the food and wine at the hotel’s restaurant, as I found it well below the quality of Split’s better food establishments, but this might be due to Covid...

I would like to write a separate review about the Di Spa salon. Every visit there is a great pleasure. The highest quality manicure and pedicure with perfect technique and coverage that I have received in Split over the past six months. Service at the highest level, pleasant atmosphere, sterile clean. Nice location 15-20minutes away from Split old town (up a few hills) and close to 2 of the nicest beaches in town, along with the national park above it. Fantastic hotel. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay. The room was immaculate and the views out of the windows across the water were almost unbelievable. If I wanted to explore split it was a short walk away, but was also far away enough that it was great to just relax by the pool and enjoy the silence.

Absolutely amazing. Went here with my wife for our honeymoon in the beginning of September. The staff were great and the hotel was a great value, from the view to the amenities. The gym was state of the art equipment too We had a lot of fun, and the sauna/spa service was a great value. Looking forward to our next visit here!

Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Great balcony size, quiet for bedtime, and overall very low noise level. The breakfast was amazing! I wish we had half board so we could’ve experienced dinner as well. Their spa facility is great too.

This hotel was good, but it’s new - you’ll see on Google earth that there is no hotel in the picture! So they did have some teething problems as this summer was their first proper summer since covid. My small but annoying bug bear was that there were always big queues for the coffee in the morning - I spoke to the manager and he was very nice, but clearly they were not prepared for 400 people coming...

The staff is an amazing asset to the hotel. Some of the best service I had in this world. Especially Ivana from reception who goes above and beyond for her guests. I’ve never met a friendlier person who was so engaged into the guests well being and satisfaction. Breakfast was also very taste and the selection is abundant without compromising quality. We came on the 1st of august to the 4th. Service on the reseption was great, location, the view was good and breakfast was fast and good too. BUT, very dirty for this reason I'm giving 3 stars. Good hotel. Met our expectations. The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, the breakfasts are plentiful. Not far from the old town. However, the place is not for a beach holiday. A narrow, inconvenient coastal strip within the city. A lot of people. In the off-season, taking a walk, wandering through the narrow streets of the old city, sitting in a kafan is a dream!

A little outside the old town, which was not a disadvantage at all. A walk on the sea makes time fly by. Soon you will be able to reach very beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the rich breakfast and the beautifully furnished room. There are also good restaurants nearby.

Very warm welcome on arrival. The garden suite is tip top. I will be back for the spa suite penthouse.

Split is a beautiful city. This hotel is a great site to tour the historic Palace. The staff is very professional and caring. The rooms are very modern, the breakfast though limited by the size of the hotel was very fresh and well prepared.

Amazing boutique hotel. We were in the annex and our room was quite spacious and really nice. The breakfasts were great and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel in the center of everything - we have stayed in both of their locations and enjoyed our time immensely. Every part of the service was impeccable (front desk, porters, the car to and from the airport, etc) and the breakfast just what we needed to get our day started.

Excellent and very personalised breakfast and everything cooked and prepared freshly. Great attention to detail throughout our stay. Although the hotel is in a pedestrianised area, travelling with a car was not a problem. The hotel has everything organised to arrange this smoothly and efficiently.

Best place to live if you want a beach view accomodation.

Nice new clean hotel with free parking. Breakfest is only thing that gives negative feedback, it was served to table and it was just a surprise what you get. But it is new place, so maybe it will change.

We did not stay there but only had coffee which is one of the best I've had in town. Great location with a view of the harbor and street scene, plus lots of charm inside.

I arrived injured & on crutches. Front desk receptionist welcomed me with a smile. A very tall man with with white hair (Mr E) brought me, a much needed ice pack for my knee without me even asking. The room was basic, but the hotel is adjacent to the old town and on the water. The staff was really helpful and there is parking.

This is no longer a hotel, its a student's hostel. Centrally located in Split Croatia with all basic facilities that you find in a European hostel. Common kitchens for every four rooms. Two people per room. Very good facility Walking distance from colleges and all shopping requirements.

Simple, acceptable for a few days. Purity is not their strength. Breakfast was not healthy or varied to me. But I'm picky, I only eat light healthy food. It's good for a long weekend with little need.

Great location. There is a parking open space area in front of the cinema/joker shopping center. We paid 6 euro for 25hours parking, don’t get fooled by “tourist parking” it’s more expensive. The service was great. In room dining was not delicious and the breakfast buffet was tiny. The service was great.

It might be a 5 stars hotel in Croatia, but where I’m from this is a 4 stars hotel, sorry. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable enough, but our view was not so pretty. Hotel is an easy 15 minutes walk to the Riva which is great. Our breakfast buffet was acceptable.

Large immaculate room and big bathroom with double sink... and very accommodating staff

Rooms are nice, could use some rainfall showers. The spa area is peaceful and relaxing. Short 10-15 min walk down the main road to old Split. Mall & Casino around the hotel. Restaurant in the hotel is great if you don't decide to walk to split. Staff is very approachable and willingness to share what to do around Split.

Best hotel in the city for sure. The have absolutely everything, the view, nice food, great service, spa, spacious rooms, all. They area bit expensive but you'll not regret a single dime.

Lovely place for breakfast buffet and views. Maybe the best in Split. The spa is spectacular.... DEFINITELY the best in Split. Possibly in all of Croatia. And this from a spa fan. Even if only to spend a day lounging with a day pass. I have yet to experience their spa treatments but will re-review once I do.

We only stayed for one night at the room, and as other reviewers have mentioned, the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location of this place is excellent, very close to the promenade and the palace. And most of all, it is right at the entrance of the stairs to Marjan Hill with the cafe and the best view of Split. The room is spacious and very comfortable and good service as well.

Very well appointed contemporary hotel just outside the Diocletian's palace. Breakfasts are good, they don't do any other meals. All the staff that we met were friendly, informative and very helpful. Would readily stay again. There is parking but see their website.

Great location with a view of the water. Wellness spa was booked up during the stay. Recommend possibly booking the spa ahead of time. However, there are other spas in the city as well. Try the banana split from room service. It was amazing.

We booked the hotel based on provided pictures and good ratings online. The Hotel was solid but in our opinion there was a gap in pricing and the actual delivery. One week in this hotel was awesome. The pool on the top of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast buffet was very tasty but order and pay for a good coffee. The ladies on the reception was helpful but some don't give some right information where to go or how long to go. But was fine we help yourself. Public transportation are not on time! 15min walk to the city centre.
