Nice 4* hotel at the beach. Hotel is located about 20-30m from the beach, has its own swimming pool (10-12m), depth 1,5m + small one for little children. We had paid for breakfast and dinner (dinner is chosen during the breakfast from 3 meals). Drinks for the dinners are not included in dinner's price, so you need to pay for it separately. We quite liked the stay here.

Family lokal with great location

This family owned hotel is lovely, its totally in the coast! The lady on the reception was really kind and nice, and also the waiter in the restaurant! The food was faboulus, breakfast is also fine! Thank you once more!

There's a Active Cooling in rooms, ok good, roofed parking places, but rooms are small, and look to back of hotel is... At least bad.

I recommend you to check out this Hotel! I like the pool area, restaurant... Beach and center in close area, but still in calming place! Love it! Rooms are nice, very clean. Staff is friendly! Pool is clean and not very crowded! I will come back for sure!!

We chose this hotel for our last night in Croatia as Vodice is about a 50 minute drive from Zadar airport. Our Superior Double Room with Sea View was comfortable although on the small side. El hotel está muy bien situado, a unos 150m de la playa. Tiene ascensor para acceder a las habitaciones, las cuales son limpias y amplias, aunque no tienen buenas vistas (por lo menos las que nos tocaron). El personal es muy amable y con ganas de ayudar, y el desayuno que sirven es muy completo. Tiene una pequeña piscina aunque creo que por la proximidad vale la pena acercarse al mar

Room could be more cosy, breakfast without any warm dishes nor vegs, maybe it was pre-season period. Friendly staff.

One of the best hotels i ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and luxury. There's enough room for everything. The food was delicious and the staff is great.

Food is great. There isnt much variety through out the week, but the meals served are great. Rooms are newly renovated, except the bathroom which shows signs of old. Housekeeping services are great. Great value for money.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a tv, a mini fridge and the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer (if you have thick hair, bring your own as it's not very strong). Food is very tasty, there's good variety and staff is very fast, easily approachable and kind. It's overall one of the best three star hotels I've been to.

Well located hotel, with a very nice view of the sea. In low season a night costs 117 Euro, in high season once so much. Definitely too much. In low season it is also the most expensive hotel in town. Breakfast, in the older part of the hotel, varied. But instant coffee in this class of hotel is however a slight exaggeration. Quite good hotel. Rooms in the hotel are not very large but you have everything you need. Hotel has also new part called Olympia sky with bigger rooms, great view, modern furniture and big balconies. Free wi fi is all over the hotel. Food is ok. I like the big choice of sea or continental food but have been in hotels with better food for the same price. Hotel is just few meters from the beach location...

Had a great time here just before the busy season. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool (it's not heated but that's fine when you need to cool off). Very nice aparthotel near the beach and with own pool. Several food shops and hypermarkets nearby, with a nice walking distance to the city centre. Nice views from the balcony to the pool area and to the sea. Still quiet and peaceful in May 2018.

A wonderful spot! Situated on a car-free island, Fillip and his family and staff are perfect hosts. It is literally a one minute walk from where the transfer boat comes in. They will arrange boat and minibus transfers to the mainland - highly recommended because of the hot and lengthy public bus rides. We stayed in villa arausa and it was great. The room was nice renovated overall we had good time. The food however was not so good. Everyday was the same the food was blank and not salty at all. You don’t have much choice and if you’re not in the restaurant at 19.00 you will wait in the line for half an hour for sure. The staff is nice and friendly but the food is really bad.

The hotel is satisfactory it’s out dated and needs a refurb , I travelled with my friend so it didn’t affect our holiday but don’t go if you want a family holiday to keep kids occupied. The food is boring and bland, the only decent time to eat was breakfast, however the other restaurant on the sea front (part of the hotel) that you paid for food was lovely, the beds are rock hard and rooms very basic...

Hotel in itself and beachfront position is excellent. Food is excellent. Few tweaks on balcony wouldn't go amiss. Cleanliness and friendliness 100 per cent. Just read the small print guys......this is full board....not all inclusive as stated......you only get alcohol at lunch and dinner.....be warned!!

A really clean older hotel. Hard working friendly staff. Food good lots of choice and time to eat all inclusive alcohol men's wine and beer with food. Brilliant location. Great pool. No problem with getting sun beds. Better for older physically able people. Not a lot for young singles to do.

We were staying in Oliva for the second time and, similar to last year, everything was great. This is a good value for money accommodation with a lot of space, good equipment, very good location (3 minutes to the center and 10 minutes to the beach) and turtles (which my daughter appreciated a lot). Barbara was there to help us as needed.

This resort is a great choice. Very kind staff, huge suites, partially equipped with some kitchen pots and pants. If you plan on preparing a family dinner, forget it - go dine out. Arancini Residence is one of the best holiday accommodations I've had the pleasure of staying in. Don't be put off by the fact this is a new complex.
