Well located hotel, with a very nice view of the sea. In low season a night costs 117 Euro, in high season once so much. Definitely too much. In low season it is also the most expensive hotel in town. Breakfast, in the older part of the hotel, varied. But instant coffee in this class of hotel is however a slight exaggeration. The way breakfasts are displayed is also not very impressive. A nice selection...

Quite good hotel. Rooms in the hotel are not very large but you have everything you need. Hotel has also new part called Olympia sky with bigger rooms, great view, modern furniture and big balconies. Free wi fi is all over the hotel. Food is ok. I like the big choice of sea or continental food but have been in hotels with better food for the same price. Hotel is just few meters from the beach location...

This resort is a great choice. Very kind staff, huge suites, partially equipped with some kitchen pots and pants. If you plan on preparing a family dinner, forget it - go dine out. There are great restaurants near by. The beds/mattresses are somewhat hard (positive) and very comfortable. The breakfast has a great variety of foods, sweets, fruits and juices. Arancini Residence is one of the best holiday accommodations I've had the pleasure of staying in. Don't be put off by the fact this is a new complex. Beautiful and perfect hotel for real dream vacation. Everything brand new, clean and tastefully decorated, big swiilmmingpool is 24h open so you can go for a swim whenever you want. Barbara is a great house owner. She is very helpful and kind person. We loved the accommodation!!

We were staying in Oliva for the second time and, similar to last year, everything was great. This is a good value for money accommodation with a lot of space, good equipment, very good location (3 minutes to the center and 10 minutes to the beach) and turtles (which my daughter appreciated a lot). Barbara was there to help us as needed.

Kind staff, beautiful facilities, nice food, walking distance from city center. 100% recommended.

The room was a bit small, but the bed and mini bar were good. The hotel was clean. Except the view from my room on a abandoned building and roof wasnt nice. The balcony had a empty bottle on it (not mine). There was no wellness available and the pool was in a nearby hotel. The breakfast was perfect, dinner I was missing the 'standard' food, like fries, baked potatoes. Was not really my kind of food...

The room was replaced, so we had a wonderful view of the whole resort. beach 3 minutes, also to the center. the food was average. The coffee tasted terrible. the surroundings of the hotel are unimproved, but the place where the pool is wonderful and the sea view is amazing.

The hotel is clean, staff are lovely and polite, food was great. Had all inclusive deal and absolutely enjoyed every meal and really enjoyed our stay. It was a very relaxing , very important specially as we had a small child with us. We would defitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Good location in town, by the sea side, good food, pleasant and hard working staff. They follow covid-19 safety protocols, masks on and hand desinfect all around. Room on the 1st floor is OK in size, beds are comfortable and are being kept clean, toalet is clean and has enough space. Air ventilation is working. You can see rooms have been patched up, they should at least paint them. TV is oddly small...

Beach is okay

Nice 4* hotel at the beach. Hotel is located about 20-30m from the beach, has its own swimming pool (10-12m), depth 1,5m + small one for little children. We had paid for breakfast and dinner (dinner is chosen during the breakfast from 3 meals). Drinks for the dinners are not included in dinner's price, so you need to pay for it separately. We quite liked the stay here.

Family lokal with great location

This family owned hotel is lovely, its totally in the coast! The lady on the reception was really kind and nice, and also the waiter in the restaurant! The food was faboulus, breakfast is also fine! Thank you once more!

Had a great time here just before the busy season. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool (it's not heated but that's fine when you need to cool off). Better suited to families and those looking for quieter holiday. Close to the main centre but not so close that any noise will disturb. Great location thoroughly recommend.

Very nice aparthotel near the beach and with own pool. Several food shops and hypermarkets nearby, with a nice walking distance to the city centre. Nice views from the balcony to the pool area and to the sea. Still quiet and peaceful in May 2018.

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, clean. We had a balcony overlooking the courtyard with the pool. The pool adds value to the apartment, it was great for us as we were traveling with a small child. The owner was very kind, she accommodated all our wishes.

Wasn't a great start to our holiday as we were transferred to Imperial Park Hotel by our agent. The hotel manager was especially good as he came out on a Sunday (his day off) to sort out our issue. Thank you to all at Imperial Park Hotel for making our holiday a great one.

One of the best hotels i ever stayed in. The rooms are clean and luxury. There's enough room for everything. The food was delicious and the staff is great.

Food is great. There isnt much variety through out the week, but the meals served are great. Rooms are newly renovated, except the bathroom which shows signs of old. Housekeeping services are great. Great value for money.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a tv, a mini fridge and the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer (if you have thick hair, bring your own as it's not very strong). Food is very tasty, there's good variety and staff is very fast, easily approachable and kind. It's overall one of the best three star hotels I've been to.

This is not what I expected. The room was ugly, toilet was not completly clean and there was almost-all-night party in the neighborhood. On the other hand - the food was really tasty and the restaurant looks really good. Another positive is that hotel is close to the sea.
