very nice place! the sea is right in front the building which is good for people with kids. the rooms are nice and cozy and the air cooler is a brilliant thing. disabled people/people in a wheelchair shouldn't come here tho since there are quite alot of stairs. the food is very tasty, vegetarian people could easily eat here without worrying about the next meal. what i like is that in between lunch...

Room decent, has AC, hotel food is good, with vegetarian options, lots of drinks choices, cleaning ladies ganking rooms every day, no mini fridge , need to walk 10 min for a good beach, no shops nearby, also there was a snake on the walkway near coast, but saw it only once, it went the way of the sun bathing people, further more, they have lots of cats around the place, super friendly, pettable. We visited pre season, staff was extremely nice and friendly to us, chef coming to ask what we want to eat. Hotel is great for family and to get some piece. Split, or even Šibenik are not so far away for some additional sightseeing

Clean rooms for really reasonable price. The view, facing the bay is stunning. Friendly staff. Food very meat orientated but vegetarians will find something to eat as well. Overall good value for money.

Stayed in 2022 with our 1 and a half yr old! The 1st room was across from the main hotel! It was ok, but not big enough for 3!! We then moved to another room facing the sea! Lovely room very well presented and furnished! This was excellent room for the money! I’d be really annoyed if we stayed in the first room for the entire time for the cost of the room! It has a family pool out the back! Nothing...

I had a great relaxed vacation, just what I needed. i came alone to run away from everyday life and i had a nice clean room view jacuzzi, great service. great staff and very kind. Nice small SPA. Airport is close and taxi cost 90kn. Be carful not to pay much more.

Although it was off season the Brown Beach ensured we had a fantastic stay. The service was excellent and our room was even better. The decor of this hotel is unrivaled. Would recommend it to anyone in the area.

We loved the place ! Our suite was perfect, the pool was great. The games at the beach were super nice for our 12-year old daughter. The service was nice and Esther the boss was super, she managed her teams like no one else.

Gorgeous hotel, beautifully decorated. Our room was upgraded for free to a sea view and it was perfect. Facilities are great for couples and families. There is a restaurant and stunning pool as well as parking available. Very close to split airport as well about a 7 minute drive, as well as walking distance to the old town. One thing is that breakfast can get busy and you may need to wait a little...

I was there one year ago and I'd like to go there again. Just one bad thing; bad internet connection (but I mean, you're on vacation, who needs a phone on vacation? Enjoy your time without Instagram or Twitter). The hotel staff was amazingly nice and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in a hotel for 3 days in mini bungalows. New clean bungalows was great, small but very comfortable whith nice view on sea. The sea is very close about 100 meters. For 3 nights we paid €155. I recommend it for those people who came to see beauty of nature and not to sit in hotel room.

I truly loved this hotel. My room was Junior Suite and it was as spacious as it was described on their website. The view from the room, see pic #3, was absolutely gorgeous.

Great hotel! If you are staying in Trogir, we enjoyed the location and room! Very nice! However, I do not recommend allowing the hotel to help you with anything. We had the hotel help book a tour/adventure for us and it was probably the worst tour/company I’ve ever been a part of! Then we asked for a shuttle to the airport and asked for their guidance on how early to be at the airport, they didn’t...

Really great room, no doubt. Breakfast outside at the nice harbor front, yet I'd have expected a hotel of this level to know how to serve a soft boiled egg and other finer points of breakfast. So if you care about the room, location and nothing else, go there.

The location of the hotel is great. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. They helped us with a lot of things e.g. arranging for pick-up transfer 4 hours away. I can highly recommend Vila Sikaa.

Rooms were very clean and showers very updated for the region! Staff is very friendly, and helpful. Staff also very willing to direct and inform about any and all the activities and sights you would like to get into. Bar/Caffe/ Hotel is at an amazing location of a beautiful old Croatian coastline city.

Wonderful hosts, comfortable and clean rooms. When the a/c didn't work in our deluxe room, they moved us to a superior room and charged us the lower rate. We recommend the Vila Sikaa highly.

The hotel is very quaint. In the room you can see some of the old masonry which looks good. Bathroom is modern and well furnished. Air conditioning and refrigerator is a bit noisy. Unfortunately, breakfast can only be ordered separately and is a bit small. Front desk only occupied from 7 a.m., a little later. Paid parking lot is approx. 400 m away. As a top holiday hotel, rather unsuitable for business...

It was just awesome. Located right in the middle of the old town, but equipped with all modern amenities.

Could not recommend this place highly enough. Great location and great staff. We had a room with an amazing balcony right in the centre of the old town. From the start to the end everything was exceptional.

If you are looking for a hotel with a view then this is not for you! However if you want to stay in a historic place then it is. The family run the hotel so smoothly, even in the two thunderstorms I had, one at Breakfast and another at lunch. My wife and I were met at the old town gate by Ester who showed us through the narrow streets to the hotel and then gave us as much information about the hotel...

This year I stayed at this beautiful, small and comfy hotel in the heart of Trogir old town. It is only half a minute walk to the main square and the cathedral. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by their young staff and offered cold beverage...

Charming family-run hotel in the center of Trogir. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Cannot beat the location in the heart of the gorgeous old town ! The restaurant is excellent and service very friendly. We returned after 15 years with our daughter - we were thrilled to find the place as lovely (even more) as our memories. This hotel is gorgeous! Staff are extremely friendly, and the room I am staying is just beautiful. I was supposed to stay for one night only, but I prolonged my stay. You can tell there is a lot of pride and dedication behind everything here. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Very cosy family hotel and wonderful people working there. The room was clean and tidy, very cute and had an amazing view from the balcony. Private parking is a great plus, so are the surroundings.

The sea view is amazing. The rooms are ok, same as the bathroom. Parking is not a problem. If you arrive with luggage, you will have a lot of stairs to climb down and up. Had no food, so I cannot tell you anything about the quality.

Great location in the middle of the old town only 10min away from the bus stop and 2min from the water front. The room was spacy, clean and had good AC. Beds we're really comfortable. The breakfest was nice including bred, cheese, ham, fruits, cereals, eggs... The staff was really excellent. A nice and well-preserved small town hotel in a great location. The general problem of all city hotels is that there is no city beach. The garden is great, but the service does not.

Nice, smaller Hotel in the middle of Trogir. Rooms and Service OK, for the Central location, even surprisingly quiet.

Great bar ,we found it the cheapest in Trogir 25k for a large beer ,it is cash only but most places are ,if you like Mowtown /60/70s music this is the bar for you ,lovely staff and just a great place to relax and watch the world go by ,enjoy .

2 star Hotel with perfect location in Trogir. Family run. Very nice service at reception and breakfast. Room and bathroom small but clean and comfortable for one person. Fair price as for Trogir. This was my second stay there. Recommended.

Good location, nice lunch experience.

From the point of view of the location it is ok, there is still a lot to do ...... the internet is almost non-existent and I give the 5 stars only for the bartender Damir. The only one that makes your stay there worthwhile.

Great small hotel in Trogir! We had a very clean and nice room with view of Trogir old town which was just a short walk away. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of choices, perfect scramble eggs, fresh fruit and yoghurt and nice spread of different hams and salami. Friendly and helpful staff!

The most I like about this hotel is it's location, just 10 mins easy walk to the old town bridge. Breakfast was just okay and I found a good parking spot on site. Nicely appointed room with good shower. Deco was kind of 80's though I didn't mind that much as long it's clean and tidy. A nice little balcony gave a partial view of Trogir Bay

Situated a bit outside the city centre but still close by. Our room has a beautiful view of the city. At night you are not bothered by noise outside. Parking is limited at the hotel. Sometimes a coach is at the hotel and immediately takes away 6 places. Breakfast is varied and well maintained. We do miss a swimming pool. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Suitable for short-term business trips, the location is very good, the city is very quiet, and it is a small seaport!

A hotel that is managed professionally, with always somebody around to help their guests out - moreover - with a smile and genuine hospitality; clean, well equipped, with a splendid breakfast (the breakfast room staff deserves praises as well), and - on a very good location, adequate for a stay of a group of tourists sightseeing in the region of Split.

Room was nice and clean but the smell there was awfull, when we open the Window it was very loudly because of the Road. Then we had to go on the other side of Street to the second building where u can use wellness area. Pool was a bit dirty and there were insects on the wall, sauna was switched off so basicilyy u cant use it. Staff was very very friendly and good breakfast

Excellent hotel. There is only breakfast and drinks available in the restaurant. For lunch and dinner, there is a nearby restaurant, restaurant Barba. Barba serves excellent food and drinks.

Great hotel We arrived at 10am with the aim of dropping our bags as it was not check in time yet. We were told the room was free so was able to check in and rest a while before we went out. The hotel room is pretty basic but perfect for what we needed. Beds are comfy. But only one pillow I’m sure if we had asked we could have had another. Air con is not great ( unless we were operating it wrong...

It's a beautiful hotel, with lovely beaches in the close proximity. The hotel has modern and very comfortable rooms. The food is very tasty. The hotel staff and the restaurant staff are some amazing, lovely, people. I enjoyed this place very much and would highly recommend it!

I love it. Very good location. Beach just across the road. Comfortable room and very good food. Fresh and tasty. Lots to do on the beach. Paddle boards, ski jets, boats. Small shop just on the corner and couple of beach shops around hotel. Everything in one place.

Best reccomedations for this hotel. Close to the beach with restaurant and beach bar, also very close to the Trogir pod city. Very pleased with staff and tidyness. Pretty sure we are coming next year also.

Hotel was really nice,food delicious and excellent staff, beach is just a minute from hotel and the sea is so clear. We will deffinetly come again, but next time with our kids. We recommend it!!!! ❤️❤️

Fine homey hotel with an excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Does not have lift, but then the families are kept on lower floors there by keeping higher floors quiet. Very happy with their staff.

Breakfast is tasty and offers local and international food. The restaurant is excellent and the prices are absolute reasonable. Bus stop and supermarket just 2 minutes walk. Only disadvantage is the road direct in front of the hotel. Sometimes traffic noice...

This was a great hotel to stay in. There is a small beach right outside the hotel and there is a little market close by for anything else you need. The food at the restaurant was delicious and so fresh! I want to thank the staff of the hotel for doing my boyfriend's laundry since there are no laundromats close by and for a relaxing stay.
