From the point of view of the location it is ok, there is still a lot to do ...... the internet is almost non-existent and I give the 5 stars only for the bartender Damir. The only one that makes your stay there worthwhile.

To many people at one time on dinner. Only 1.5h for all to have dinner. Everything is clean and stuff is f frendly. Food is OK. No charge station for EV.

The hotel is located on a very exotic location but it isn't that luxurious. Its a great place to stay if you aren't spending much time at the hotel. The hotel staff is a bit lousy but they have a beautiful beach. The pool wasn't functional at the time of my visit. You can exchange currency as well at the hotel. They also provide local bikes on rent and you can go for some water sports as well by booking...

Great hotel and apartments, nice beach and food offers, but beach is always windy and cold. Not a problem for northern people though.

Hotel is a little too big for my taste and it needs to be renovated.. However, the food in the restaurant is very decent and so is the nearby beach.

Hotel complex on the Croatian coast. A small promenade and a pebbly beach. The sea is clean, rocky, sea urchins. 90% of families with children (local, Czech Republic, Slovakia, poles). The food at the complex - both in dining at the resorts. Evening on the promenade there are many cafes. To eat without the frills is quite real. Catamarans, buns and bananas - not seen.

Good value for a budget hotel. Great location. Unfussy food. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with very comfy beds and powerful shower.

very nice place! the sea is right in front the building which is good for people with kids. the rooms are nice and cozy and the air cooler is a brilliant thing. disabled people/people in a wheelchair shouldn't come here tho since there are quite alot of stairs. the food is very tasty, vegetarian people could easily eat here without worrying about the next meal. what i like is that in between lunch...

Room decent, has AC, hotel food is good, with vegetarian options, lots of drinks choices, cleaning ladies ganking rooms every day, no mini fridge , need to walk 10 min for a good beach, no shops nearby, also there was a snake on the walkway near coast, but saw it only once, it went the way of the sun bathing people, further more, they have lots of cats around the place, super friendly, pettable. We visited pre season, staff was extremely nice and friendly to us, chef coming to ask what we want to eat. Hotel is great for family and to get some piece. Split, or even Šibenik are not so far away for some additional sightseeing

Clean rooms for really reasonable price. The view, facing the bay is stunning. Friendly staff. Food very meat orientated but vegetarians will find something to eat as well. Overall good value for money.

Room has view to watch sunset. Hotel has a supermarket with good choice of grocery. Hair dryer is provided whereas kettle is not. Will be good if bathroom has hanger/hook and space to place our toiletries.

I truly loved this hotel. My room was Junior Suite and it was as spacious as it was described on their website. The view from the room, see pic #3, was absolutely gorgeous.

Great hotel! If you are staying in Trogir, we enjoyed the location and room! Very nice! However, I do not recommend allowing the hotel to help you with anything. We had the hotel help book a tour/adventure for us and it was probably the worst tour/company I’ve ever been a part of! Then we asked for a shuttle to the airport and asked for their guidance on how early to be at the airport, they didn’t...

Really great room, no doubt. Breakfast outside at the nice harbor front, yet I'd have expected a hotel of this level to know how to serve a soft boiled egg and other finer points of breakfast. So if you care about the room, location and nothing else, go there.

I was there one year ago and I'd like to go there again. Just one bad thing; bad internet connection (but I mean, you're on vacation, who needs a phone on vacation? Enjoy your time without Instagram or Twitter). The hotel staff was amazingly nice and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in a hotel for 3 days in mini bungalows. New clean bungalows was great, small but very comfortable whith nice view on sea. The sea is very close about 100 meters. For 3 nights we paid €155. I recommend it for those people who came to see beauty of nature and not to sit in hotel room.

It's been by far the best hotel we've stayed on our trip from zagreb to dubrovnik. Good location, with parking, nice rooms and and breakfast. Above all this, we felt taken care of since we checked in with many unexpected and pleasant details. Thanks to Marina and rest of the staff.

Excellent location, just outside the walls of the old City. Parking provided. Amazing hospitality from the staff. Very clean and modern rooms with dedicated and controllable air conditioning. Great buffet breakfast. My favourite was Nutella crepes and the grill to make toasted ham and cheese croissant. Staff provided great tips for beaches and restaurants and made us feel safe and welcomed.

This hotel, but especially the ladies who worked there, made our stay a great experience. This is probably the most friendly and welcoming hotel we have been to on Croatia. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The room was clean and well equipped as you would expect but what makes this place an absolute gem is the staff and the breakfast. Stayed in 2022 with our 1 and a half yr old! The 1st room was across from the main hotel! It was ok, but not big enough for 3!! We then moved to another room facing the sea! Lovely room very well presented and furnished! This was excellent room for the money! I’d be really annoyed if we stayed in the first room for the entire time for the cost of the room! I had a great relaxed vacation, just what I needed. i came alone to run away from everyday life and i had a nice clean room view jacuzzi, great service. great staff and very kind. Nice small SPA. Airport is close and taxi cost 90kn. Be carful not to pay much more.

Although it was off season the Brown Beach ensured we had a fantastic stay. The service was excellent and our room was even better. The decor of this hotel is unrivaled. Would recommend it to anyone in the area.

We loved the place ! Our suite was perfect, the pool was great. The games at the beach were super nice for our 12-year old daughter. The service was nice and Esther the boss was super, she managed her teams like no one else.

Gorgeous hotel, beautifully decorated. Our room was upgraded for free to a sea view and it was perfect. Facilities are great for couples and families. There is a restaurant and stunning pool as well as parking available. Very close to split airport as well about a 7 minute drive, as well as walking distance to the old town. If you are looking for a hotel with a view then this is not for you! However if you want to stay in a historic place then it is. The family run the hotel so smoothly, even in the two thunderstorms I had, one at Breakfast and another at lunch. This hotel is gorgeous! Staff are extremely friendly, and the room I am staying is just beautiful. I was supposed to stay for one night only, but I prolonged my stay. You can tell there is a lot of pride and dedication behind everything here. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

We only ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the variety of food. They use produce from their own gardens. The waitress had a great sense of honour. Watch out when they present the bill as they add the 3% for credit cards even when paying cash.

What a hosptitality!!! My flight got delayed and she was so understanding about it. My room was spacious (#5) and well suited. In the room she has kettle, utensils, coffee and tea. These apartments were good value for Money. The receptionists/owners/hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. They did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had ordered breakfast, and they prepared a solid breakfast considering the price we paid!

Wonderful hosts, comfortable and clean rooms. When the a/c didn't work in our deluxe room, they moved us to a superior room and charged us the lower rate. We recommend the Vila Sikaa highly.

A little hard to find, but not a big issue. We stayed in the back onsite AirBNB. Host was great and the place was basically new and comfortable for our 2 teenage daughters, myself and my wife.

Friendly staff, mid range hotel, rooms and food good. The pool is a bit on the small side but nice and cool. WiFi available only really if you sit in a specific corner!

Room was nice and clean but the smell there was awfull, when we open the Window it was very loudly because of the Road. Then we had to go on the other side of Street to the second building where u can use wellness area. We choose this Ola becouse I found on booking as they have charging stations for electric cars - but here is no mention about - so I called them. Nothing other to say, it was PERFECT. Everything were clean, the staff were cute and the hotel is in the heart of the city. Even the bed was comfortable, and the mirrors - aww, those mirrors! The free coffee is the diamond in the crown of absolute perfection! ❤️

Absolutely lovely, and unique, rooms. The breakfast was quite small but still managed to fit a lot of different stuff. The coffee machine can be used any time of day, free of charge. Lovely view from the roof terrace. The staff were very helpful when our flight was cancelled and let us extend our stay. All in all, best B&B I’ve ever visited.

Amazingly quiet for being right above a super busy road - even on the night that Croatia beat Denmark in the World Cup. The facilities are beyond clean. Everything practically gleams. The staff was very helpful and attentive. No complaints at all.

Very nice, clean and tidy marina with all needed infrastructure. The only issue is that if you have a parking outside the marina, they dont allow you to unpack the car near the boats. There are some small trollies available, but not enough.
