Hotel complex on the Croatian coast. A small promenade and a pebbly beach. The sea is clean, rocky, sea urchins. 90% of families with children (local, Czech Republic, Slovakia, poles)

I was pleasantly surprised with lots of sports facilities in and out hotel like tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, soccer playground and fitness studio inside the hotel

Great hotel and apartments, nice beach and food offers, but beach is always windy and cold. Not a problem for northern people though.

And one big plus is closeness to the beach, perfect for refresh yourself after sporting activities

The hotel is located on a very exotic location but it isn't that luxurious. Its a great place to stay if you aren't spending much time at the hotel. The hotel staff is a bit lousy but they have a beautiful beach

They also provide local bikes on rent and you can go for some water sports as well by booking them on the counters at beach

There are tons of parking places and there is direct access to the beach. It's a little hard to get there and the whole complex is on a hillside, but it's still nice

Together with the hotel consists of a small tourist oasis rich on features, oriented to the middle category yet suitable for recreation of different generations of tourists

The all-you-can-eat breakfast gets boring after a while and the evening meals are not too good

Noisy. Old furniture. No wifi at all. They misuse credit card numbers but after reporting the case to the bank, they reversed the transaction. They kept calling me for two weeks in order to delete my review.

This is one of the more rare hotels that provide the possibility of sea views and views to the mountain but given that it is a renovation of the old hotel this can not be considered greater defect

very nice place! the sea is right in front the building which is good for people with kids. the rooms are nice and cozy and the air cooler is a brilliant thing

Room decent, has AC, hotel food is good, with vegetarian options, lots of drinks choices, cleaning ladies ganking rooms every day, no mini fridge , need to walk 10 min for a good beach, no shops nearby, also there was a snake on the walkway near coast, but saw it only once, it went the way of the sun bathing people, further more, they have lots of cats around the place, super friendly, pettable

Clean rooms for really reasonable price. The view, facing the bay is stunning. Friendly staff. Food very meat orientated but vegetarians will find something to eat as well. Overall good value for money.

what i like is that in between lunch and dinner is a snack time. you eat a bit before waiting 1-2h till dinner. breakfast is very delicious too! kids can choose between eating a healthy and a bit more sweet breakfast

Room has view to watch sunset. Hotel has a supermarket with good choice of grocery. Hair dryer is provided whereas kettle is not. Will be good if bathroom has hanger/hook and space to place our toiletries.

I truly loved this hotel. My room was Junior Suite and it was as spacious as it was described on their website. The view from the room, see pic #3, was absolutely gorgeous.

Breakfast outside at the nice harbor front, yet I'd have expected a hotel of this level to know how to serve a soft boiled egg and other finer points of breakfast

So if you care about the room, location and nothing else, go there

We had the hotel help book a tour/adventure for us and it was probably the worst tour/company I’ve ever been a part of! Then we asked for a shuttle to the airport and asked for their guidance on how early to be at the airport, they didn’t offer any, and then let us get to the airport and hour and a half before employees even started arriving! Great hotel! If you are staying in Trogir, we enjoyed the location and room! Very nice! However, I do not recommend allowing the hotel to help you with anything

We stayed in a hotel for 3 days in mini bungalows. New clean bungalows was great, small but very comfortable whith nice view on sea. The sea is very close about 100 meters

I was there one year ago and I'd like to go there again. Just one bad thing; bad internet connection (but I mean, you're on vacation, who needs a phone on vacation? Enjoy your time without Instagram or Twitter)

Location is superb, as all you need to do is cross an wooden bridge across the street to walk along the narrow roads. They offer full breakfast that is really delicious

It's been by far the best hotel we've stayed on our trip from zagreb to dubrovnik. Good location, with parking, nice rooms and and breakfast

My favourite was Nutella crepes and the grill to make toasted ham and cheese croissant. Staff provided great tips for beaches and restaurants and made us feel safe and welcomed

Stayed in 2022 with our 1 and a half yr old! The 1st room was across from the main hotel! It was ok, but not big enough for 3!! We then moved to another room facing the sea! Lovely room very well presented and furnished! This was excellent room for the money! I’d be really annoyed if we stayed in the first room for the entire time for the cost of the room! It has a family pool out the back! Nothing...

Gorgeous hotel, beautifully decorated. Our room was upgraded for free to a sea view and it was perfect. Facilities are great for couples and families. There is a restaurant and stunning pool as well as parking available

Although it was off season the Brown Beach ensured we had a fantastic stay. The service was excellent and our room was even better. The decor of this hotel is unrivaled. Would recommend it to anyone in the area.

We loved the place ! Our suite was perfect, the pool was great. The games at the beach were super nice for our 12-year old daughter

One thing is that breakfast can get busy and you may need to wait a little while for a table however service is fast once seated

What a hosptitality!!! My flight got delayed and she was so understanding about it. My room was spacious (#5) and well suited. In the room she has kettle, utensils, coffee and tea. The patio was pleasant to use

Anyone who decides to spend their vacation at Klaudija's house or just spend the night as an intermediate stop will not regret it. The price is very reasonable considering the offer of Klaudija's house!

Very nice location in the old part of the city. The apartments are neat and clean. Klaudija is very friendly and hospitable. I have been with them several times and I really have the best feelings

Instead of occupying the room, I left my luggage with her and explored the town all day. However, she let me keep the key to enter the buildlng to use the shared bathroom in case if I need it

Access to Klaudija's house is very easy, and they also offer the possibility of parking in the house's garage. The city center of Trogir is also very close, a few minutes' walk

These apartments were good value for Money. The receptionists/owners/hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. They did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable

Rooms were very clean and showers very updated for the region! Staff is very friendly, and helpful. Staff also very willing to direct and inform about any and all the activities and sights you would like to get into

The location of the hotel is great. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. They helped us with a lot of things e.g. arranging for pick-up transfer 4 hours away. I can highly recommend Vila Sikaa.

Wonderful hosts, comfortable and clean rooms. When the a/c didn't work in our deluxe room, they moved us to a superior room and charged us the lower rate. We recommend the Vila Sikaa highly.

The location of the Hotel couldn’t be better - within 30 meters there are: - a clean beach with an aquapark for kids - a supermarket working all day - a free parking place - a boat dock for a 25min boat trip to Trogir every hour - a catholic Church/Monastery Sv

Friendly staff, mid range hotel, rooms and food good. The pool is a bit on the small side but nice and cool. WiFi available only really if you sit in a specific corner!

I have only visited the beach bar and I think it is really good: beautiful view, good price and nice beach, with infleatable water toys for kids and adults

A little hard to find, but not a big issue. We stayed in the back onsite AirBNB. Host was great and the place was basically new and comfortable for our 2 teenage daughters, myself and my wife.

We are visiting with 4 children under 7 years and didn’t have to take an additional apartment. Considering everything you get the price is very affordable

Absolutely lovely, and unique, rooms. The breakfast was quite small but still managed to fit a lot of different stuff. The coffee machine can be used any time of day, free of charge. Lovely view from the roof terrace

Since I was heading out on a yacht for the week, this was in an optimal location - the actual marina itself. The staff was incredibly helpful, and sweet. The actual rooms were immaculately clean and very spacious

The lounge is spacious with a wall mounted flat screen TV and a stunning balcony, where you can sit and watch the world go by. This is a must if visiting the area, but for most, it's at the top end of the budget

I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this location if you’re heading out on boat for a week or so. Other wise it’s quite far from Split. But the property was again immaculate - clean and very updated!

I had the best lunch in ages. The staff is available for all requests and questions and they are always near by, yet they are not pushy nor intrusive. Everything was amazing and i would recommend this place to everyone!

This is a rating for the restaurant. Food was very nice, simple yet tasty. We tried various dishes throughout our stay and we always enjoyed ourselves. Special mention for our waiter who was very friendly and helpful!

We wanted to go to ribar next to it, however that. Was fully overbooked, by coincidence we ended up here. That was our luck because this restaurant ws amazing. Good service,good food ,nice waitresses

Breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of choices, perfect scramble eggs, fresh fruit and yoghurt and nice spread of different hams and salami
