We spent one night in the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The value for money was completely adequate.

They allowed us to check in slightly earlier which was appreciated as we were in town for a wedding. She then accommodated a later breakfast as well as check out as the weddings end very early in the mornings.

There is no refrigerator in the room, they ask for air conditioning + money. The bathtub was dirty! Both windowsills were full of dead bugs! The bed mattress was brutally hard and thin! The bed linen was hard! The breakfast was poor. There was no fresh coffee for breakfast, only granules. I don't understand why they call themselves a thermal hotel?! The bed is very comfortable, the rooms are clean, but unfortunately all the limescale is in the bathroom. The food is delicious, the portions are good as it is a practical place, so the little waitress was absolutely not at the height of the situation.

They are very kind, finally a Hungarian place where I feel like a guest !! Keep it up

Modern and clean, nothing to complain about. Some of the staff were super-helpful and friendly too. Food is great and the portions are so huge (half-board) that we were unable to finish them. Kids loved it too.

All great - quiet location, plenty of space, kitchen, prepared breakfast even though just 3 guests including myself, central right opposite the spa and close to the river, clean, friendly owner happy to arrange a later arrival timer ...

We were maximally satisfied with everything. Clean, equipped room and bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful and very attentive to allergen guests. Szilvia and her team work completely with the needs of the guests in mind. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you for this last five days! We can only recommend it to everyone!
