nice hotel!
the food is tasty and diverse.
located in a quiet area, within walking distance of points of interest.
the staff is friendly and willing to help.
the spa area is well maintained but quite small, it gets crowded quickly.
many facilities for children, some of them for a fee.
however during the stay most of the tourists were elderly.

From the moment we were trying to find a place for a week end gateway, everything went well and we arrived to find a very nice hotel with swimming pools very clean, good and plenty food, maybe a little more expensive than expected, but all worthwhile!

Relaxing holiday, the hotel has all it needs but it needs better and newer appliances. TV is not Smart, furniture is quite old and the mixed area has even older things. The food was ok but not really diverse and you have to pay for whatever drink you want (even water, except breakfast).
The Spa area is nice but quite small.
The prices are really good and the overall experience was ok.

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

We went for all inclusive and we got great value for the money and very polite staff. Also food is great and various. Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job.

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. We've spend 4 nights in after our wedding as a pre-honeymoon, and we had a really good time. Loved the pool area, food was amazing, the bar had good cocktails and staffs were friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The communication was extraordinary prior to our arrival. I had booked the room online but wanted to make some amendments and I emailed them as I don't speak Hungarian. They were extremly helpful and responded to my emails almost instantly. During our stay thr hospitality was impeccable. The staff are so friendly and happy to assist you with anything. The wellness facilities are so well taken care of, very clean and pleasant and lots of options to spend your time. The room was beautiful, large and very clean. Food was also great and so much to choose from. Such a great experience overall, we'll definitely be visiting again and highly recommend! Thank you Wellness Hotel Gyula!

Very friendly, excellent, customer oriented staff. Suitable for families with small kids too. Own wellness department (access included), and garages (access paid separately). Quiet neighborhood, the big spa is 10 minutes walk. Downtown is in similar distance. Recommended.

Nice hotel, near the aquapark and center of town. Has own indoor spa area with an external deck for suntanning. Recommend booking of parking prior to trip. Personnel responsive to customer's needs. Hotel has facilities for families travelling with kids.
