We felt very welcome and one of the servers (possibly the owner himself) offered us some great advice about the area and local sights to visit. They have a decently sized menu, offering a variety of local dishes

Here we asked the waiter whether they have something vegan and he said that what she wants to eat became they will prepare that. I never experienced this kind of customer service in a “normal” restaurant

We had a family meeting in the restaurant and were all very impressed. The place itself has a modern/rustic feel to it, very appropriate for the area. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean

There's a small shop at the entrance area offering local pottery, pálinka and other food products. Service was friendly and professional, even though we were a complicated crowd of 10 people

We went dining to the restaurant of Tornacos yesterday, had 3 courses each, all four of us different meals. The serving was professional and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious

The waiter accidentally charged for an extra beer but when realised it was immediately sorted out. All in all it was an excellent experience and we will surely visit again in the future

Very dignified retirement for the lost place where it is located.

The rooms were clean, the towels were replaced, etc. As a guest we could also use a set kitchen. The owner-run family of the guesthouse was fantastic and helpful

It was a very good, clean pension. Breakfast was good and the rooms very clean. The distance to Lake Neusiedl about 20 km. We definitely recommend the pension.

Pretty nice apartment where we (young parents with a child) spent a beautiful weekend. The hotel has its own wellness department which looks nice also, we loved it.

Although the daily menu only had one vegetarian main dish (and on a side note I strongly oppose goose liver which they offered), the pumpkin risotto I ordered was fantastic - as was the mushroom soup, even though the lemon ravioli in it were rather poor in taste

Room was perfctly clean and finally a hotel with not too soft beds!! Unfortunately could not try restaurant selection but breakfast was included in their fair price and had wide selection with their own bread and pastry which was again, amazing

Very nice restaurant with professional service. Food was very delicious and also wines with proper information about it. Also they are speak english, which is not common in Sopron at many restaurants.

All other dishes we had were equally fantastic. The Restaurant is nicely designed, although the room we were in was not as cozy as I would have wished. The waiters were quick, friendly and attentive!

My husband and I visited this hotel while on a cycle trip across Europe. The hotel is nicely situated on the main street through town. There are a few cafes/restaurants around. The hotel foyer and reception is very grand

Our room large but was quiet dated, but I suppose in keeping with the age of the hotel. Staff are very polite and friendly. They let us store our bikes in the hotel covered car park

Hotel run by a dental practice, that's a first for me. Finally made it to Sopron a nice relaxed town. The ham and eggs at breakfast had me puzzled for a moment but an interesting approach

If it had been photographed I would have chosen a different type of room. The balconies are connected and facing the courtyard. The air conditioning did not work properly and I found glass fragments at breakfast

We drive from Austria often to Sopron for medical reasons and we always look for the best options in terms of hotels in the center of the town with a parking place and specially with a place for the little one to play and have a bit of fun or a pool

We had an accident in the room and we required new bedsheets and new towels on which we were charged extra 20€,but to me is still unclear if one stays in the hotel 2 days why the extra charge for setting the beds and changing the towels but probably this is the way it goes

Reception was friendly ,maybe a bit more infos about the hotels policy on charging 20 € for new towels in the room would be appreciated,but overall not a big thing

Breakfast was more than enough,dinner was ok too with plenty of food,service from Zsolt was amazing,his collegue was nice too( maybe a bit of smiling wont hurt from time to time),the fact that outside is free parking is a good one too

Excellent small hotel set in an old patinated building in the city center. Due to its central location, the main attractions of Sopron can be easily reached on foot

We have juat visited this hotel with my family, 2 adults, 2 children; family room ! Okay, hotel, or at least the room we stayed is totaly retro, BUT, the food was great, superb, grandma style cooking, fresh, we had buffet dinner, not a single word of bad I can say, very friendly staaf; we even tried the lunch menu, it was great, plus child menu, served quickly and fresh, absolute value for money

Restful locations on the edge of town and on the edge of a lovely state forest hillside

We ate dinner and breakfast here and the food was good and the portions were big (we ordered something for 2 people and it was enough for one more person)

The wellness area is wonderful But unfortunately several saunas didn't work and the two pools are too few for so many guests. The price is too high for this service.

Booked a room with some colleagues on a business trip. Did not use any other services. The place has good cleanliness, the room was a bit small but it had an amazing terrace to access, great to relax or smoke

The massage was excellent, the staff very nice. However you cannot pay with credit card, and they don't give any heads up.

I am a returning guest because of the lovely atmosphere and good service; they have nice and clean rooms, good kitchen, great library in the attic and fantastic rooms for meditation and yoga (and wifi in case you went too calm :) )

Surrounding area is great for long walks, winery is within walking distance and it's close to city centre by car. You can even hear the gregoian singing from the temple while having your breakfast! Amazing

Hello, Overall it was our very pleasant stay in your Hotel. We were bit dissapointed regarding partialy not working airconditon and thermal pool out of order, despite that it was enjoyable vacation.

Particularly noteworthy - and thus a big compliment to the hotel management - is the outstanding condition and playability of the outdoor tennis courts this year (04/2024) compared to previous years

All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel! The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good

The spa was okay (the hotel also has its own inner pool), its convenient that the hotel is connected to the thermal bath of the town. The robes received for spa wear are changed in every 6 days

The hotel was clean, the food was simple, but every dinner was quite nice and well planned even within a seemingly tight budget-cudos to the chef for this, he is doing a marvelous job

As in other hotels, due to the pandemic, there were several breakfast "groups" to limit the number of people being in the same room, therefore in any group you have a 45 minute frame to consume your meals

Due to full capacity, room cleaning has to be requested either at reception or by door hanger. Rooms could do with a bit of restyling or renovation

To be honest we where two couples visiting for one night after the Volt Music Festival that was 40km away but we already talked about next year returning for a longer stay

Service was provided by the owners of the house, also living in the same building so there is always a friendly face able to help you with any and all needs and requests

Loved it! It's like a visiting your family. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. They even know how to greet us in our own language, wow! Food is regional and very good, rooms super cosy

House is 5min away by car from local spa center Bukfudor. The street is very quiet and they have a big garden. We had absolutely lovely stay!
