The 2 most exceptional things in Tornacos were: staff and food. Really really perfect.
All other things: room, facilities, comfort, location, etc are however also on very good level. Everything, what you need for a good relaxing stay.

The restaurant offers high quality dishes, amazing and fantasztikus!! If you visit, Must have a crispy coated túrógombóc!! Out of this world, like a fairy tale ❤️

There was no hot water in the morning and the walls are really thin - there were a lot of noise from restaurant in the room

We had a family meeting in the restaurant and were all very impressed.
The place itself has a modern/rustic feel to it, very appropriate for the area. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. There's a small shop at the entrance area offering local pottery, pálinka and other food products.
Service was friendly and professional, even though we were a complicated crowd of 10 people. We felt very welcome and one of the servers (possibly the owner himself) offered us some great advice about the area and local sights to visit.
They have a decently sized menu, offering a variety of local dishes. We didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive and we were all very satisfied. A selection of local wines is also available. Afterwards we went for a coffee and dessert, delicious!
Clear recommendation, if you're in the area. I strongly advise to make a reservation beforehand, though, as it can get busy!

To be honest I’m speechless. My girlfriend is vegan and sometimes very difficult to find a restaurant where she can I eat real vegan meal. Here we asked the waiter whether they have something vegan and he said that what she wants to eat became they will prepare that . I was really impressed . I never experienced this kind of customer service in a “normal” restaurant. We definitely will come back here. Keep it up guys and stay on this level of customer service .

We went dining to the restaurant of Tornacos yesterday, had 3 courses each, all four of us different meals. The serving was professional and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. They mostly do traditional local meals with a hint of mixing more modern flavours and from the starters to the dessert all was amazing. The waiter accidentally charged for an extra beer but when realised it was immediately sorted out. All in all it was an excellent experience and we will surely visit again in the future. Koszonjuk!
