The wellness area was small but everything was in good working order (pool and sauna). The personnel at the reception were accommodating and kind

perfect for business trip , nice for trip in free time , good location in center , parking , good and quality food in restaurant , nice welness and fitness room , personal in reception and in the facility kindly and at disposal

We have not tried the restaurant as we had a rate without breakfast: there are plenty of breakfast and lunch places around the hotel. The only unpleasant surprise was that we had to pay extra for the parking

Really nice air conditioning in the room. The receptionist helped us with microwave when we bought popcorn. All the best. We didn't use the SPA at all, no comments about that.

The air-conditioning worked well too and sound-proofing was impeccable: we could barely hear neighbours or the central bus station - just outside our window (we were on the 4th floor)

Charming hotel, nice staff, close to food places and tourist spots. It has 2 baths with 27° and 37° temperature, the bath is a bit crowded in the weekend

I have stayed in this hotel many times and you receive the quality you would expect from a marriott. For sure you could find a room half the price in Central kecskemet but you will get a far reduced level of quality

I love the person from stuff also from restaurant and also from the reception was very friendly nice and always smiling and very happy to help with any request

The reception is friendly and helpful, though a bus with Russians (why does the hotel and Hungary accept them during the invasion of Ukraine? This was quite traumatic to experience for me, and maybe also for other guests) arrived who asked millions of questions without waiting for their turn making the check-in process annoying and amusing at the same time

Spacious room and nice staff ! There are sufficient parking lots for cars and there are no parking fees.

Nothing spectacular, except really good coffee, but it did the job. Hotel is easy to find and reach along one of the main streets in town

It is beautiful and very comfortable! The service was amazing,the food,which serves both hungarian and international cuisine, were tasty and beautifully served. The food was self-served, I really recommend the desserts

The grounds were amazing, spa, saunas, and pool were refreshing. Lots of outdoor areas and helpful staff. However, nights I stayed they had a wedding that went from 6 pm -6am

We find out this hotel on the from Türkiye to Hamburg/Germany. We enjoyed a very friendly personal in the whole hotel. The room and the restaurant inclusive personal wert very good

Huge, modern, first class resturant, bar and we'll priced accommodation. But above all are the most open and friendly staff where the ladies on recepton set a relaxing tone

Told my SatNav to take me to the nearest hotel; I get an "OK, diverting to The Granada". The route taken convinced me this would prove to be a BIG mistake, but not at all

The room had no plugs, so I had to disconect the TV to not charge my phone in the bathroom. Even the bed was confortable, they don't make the bed, they just pleat the quilt, and the bedsheet was smaller than the mattress

Price and quality ratio. The reception that works at night, we had a very late arrival. We got free parking. Extremely friendly staff. Clean room and very comfortable beds

I think this hotel is not a 4 stars hotel, as I had worked in a real 4 stars hotel and I can't compare. The rooms are small and the some furniture is worn out

The Gokart Hotel is great to stay for one Week or longer. The rooms are clean and the Breakfast is good. The coffeemaschine is not the best but ok

Awesome experience, the room had view of the Gokart track, nice clean with air conditioning, the breakfast was nice and fresh with a lot of options. The personal was very warm and welcoming

The hotel is located in quite area 4 km away from the centre of the main city Kecskemét. Safe parking area free of charge next to the hotel

I highly recommend to buy at least the 3x8minute of the gokart package (if you get the one 8 minute round you will want more trust me😁)

It is really close to the motorway and rooms are reasonably clean and quiet.Would recommend if travelling through Hungary for a night stop over.

Small, modest, clean hotel, ok breakfast. For the transit it was convenient, we succeeded on the road to Austria. Near the highway.

At breakfast, there was just one person trying to fill up the food station and drinks but it was a big struggle and we had to wait for things. My big problem was, that the frige în the room was working but it was empty

Not such a big parking, maybe you should ask a parking space if you want to have for sure. In side the hotel is awesome, very fancy, clean and No strange smells. Room size is good and the room is very comfy
