Very nice hotel, clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff and swimming pool opened when you want. We liked it very much. I really liked breakfast which was poor but very good, scrambled eggs actually was my best ever eaten in a hotel. Staff speaks english :)

Great value for money. Ask for Jozsi's scrambled eggs for breakfast :-P And Mád is the center point to all Tokaj region. Must see.

A very pleasant stay at Andrássy. The rooms are spacious and the facilities around the hotel excellent - especially the spa, which is definitely the highlight. The food provided as part of board at Talu was tremendous, well deserving of its Michelin recommendation. All interactions with staff were warm and friendly, but I want to pay special mention to Lilla at the reception who was tremendously helpful...

We had a pleasant stay, but it didn’t quite feel like the 5-star standard you would expect in Hungary. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the spa area is well designed, but some details were disappointing. For example, there was a coffee machine in the room, but no capsules provided. Also, the restaurant, although Michelin recommended, could offer better and more refined dishes to truly meet...

Stayed here for a friends wedding, the facilities are really good. The rooms are lovely and the different pools and saunas are really nice but, for them to claim that this is a 5 star hotel the service was definitely not there for me, and sadly it tainted the whole experience. At check in we never got a welcome debrief of where everything was what time breakfast and dinner service is what the spa offered...

It was the 4th or the fifth time in the hotel. The management of the hotel has changed, but the quality of service is still high. I hope it will not change with the time. Magnificent wellness area, helpful staff and very good restaurant.

This place isn't a hotel in the normal sense. Think more along the lines of a restaurant with bedrooms. Stayed here to attend a family wedding. Our room had three single beds, one of which collapsed on the first night so just as well there was a spare. Owner didn't seem particularly friendly. It took a lot of negotiation just to get access to an iron - kind of important to have a pressed shirt for...

Hit & miss.. Nice building, large room, everything clean. Some staff are very nice some just showed up to work. They advertised the double room with a description of the bed with one big mattess. In reality it's 2 beds pushed together - not couple friendly.. The shower gel in shower was so watery it flew through my fingers straight away - thankfully I had shampoo with me.. There was a loud mechanic...

Clean hotel rooms but low speed wifi. The wing at the street side offers a little bit more speed than the other wing. I tried both. But also the street side is far from what I'm used to get in hotels in that price range. No doubt about the five stars here. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms on the third floor but it was lovely with tasteful colours and furniture. The lighting was pleasant and the bathroom met all our expectations. The only weakness was the bed: I found the two joint mattresses a bit uncomfortable as a double bed. The wellness part of the hotel is superb with first class facilities and beautiful...

A fantastic retreat for a family or for a couple. The wellness centre was very well laid out and had many options to choose from including a cold plunge, which was very refreshing and a massive hot tub and pool. The rooms are very clean and we’re very close to the spa. Highly recommend when staying in Sárospatak!

The service was exemplary, everyone was kind, helpful and professional. The location is outstanding, you can explore Sárospatak on foot from here. If you have a car, the opportunities multiply.

Nice hotel in the heart of Sarospatak. Rooms are clean and big. Helpful staff at the front desk. We enjoyed the spa. Although it would have been nice to have some water machine or flavoured water (cucumber water) available to rehydration after using many of the saunas.

Well, this place was a totally unexpected surprise! The level of style, detail, level of service is far ahead many of the hotels around.

Location is fine, quite close to Košice far enough to feel like abroad. Hotel is nicely renovated - built, full of attractions with a nice outside pool which is unfortunately really small... (similarly wellness). Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, but I think a bit overpriced. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are perfect, but when you come just for lunch or "a la carte" dinner you can be dissatisfied...

I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. Everyone decides if that's much or not. But how the foods looked was gorgeous, as you can see on the pictures

A nice hotel with a good location. Very close to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Very little noise from the street/other guests. Breakfast was okay with a couple of different options. The sauna was nice too, although the floor was a bit dirty. Be aware that the sauna is not only for hotel guests, though. All in all a good experience

The hotel, the personnel, the wellness area and the kitchen is very nice, but overall it has some unpleasant flaws. On the first night of our stay they hosted a wedding which made the service slow and the selection poor (one soup and one main course only). The second evening was fine, overall a good selection and nice service. The management could have compensated this (and the loud music until 6 AM...

I visited this hotel about a year ago, I was not disappointed, the standard offered was as highly as my first visit…the cleanliness of the hotel is noticeable, room,public areas and the wellness,service offered by staffs is excellent..thanks for 2 relaxing days after busy work.

This is an awesome hotel. Clean, welcoming, convenient to Hortobágy, Zemplén and other areas are within an hour or so. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice decor and new. The buffet breakfast is great - has gluten free and healthy options. The dinners buffets are similarly varied and there’s something for everyone. We can’t say enough about this place - what you see is what you get. Would come back...

We had a great stay at this hotel, everything was great, the hotel and rooms are new, the breakfast and dinner is great, the staff is superfriendly and professional. Our daughter loved to spend a few hours in the pool / welness area to end each day. So to summarize we were very happy with our stay here.

Old hotel. Clean rooms. Service forgot to supplement shower gel the second day. Otherwise it's somewhat rusty 🏨 hotel longing for its past glory. Great value if you travel with family. The zoo is 10 - 15 min walk from the hotel. The lake and its park and Aqurius SPA just across the road.

The receptionist Greta is a real angel ,she helped us a lot . The breakfast ladies are super cool Zsusza and the other nice lady. The room is new ,very comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast is very delicious. Thank you guys for everything. Room 106

Everything is great about this place. The staff is really flexible, the rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. It is also close to 2 restaurants so you can walk to them. After all we had a great time here, and I recommend it to everyone! 🙂

Converted from the former "Tanacs udulo", a real treat in Sosto. The entrance from the main road is very bad (please try to ignore this); the rest is great

I was looking forward to this trip but unfortunately the hotel did not meet the expectations. The rooms were nice but the swimming pools were really dirty and full of dead skin. Everyday it smelled like urine around the bathrooms and there was a lot of water on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. The food was good but there was not much diversity. Once the fruits put out were done, there was no replacing...

I was there for a business trip and forgot my iPad in the room after I checked out. They delivered it to the office. That’s 5 star service! Everything else - rooms/ breakfast/ general service as well was perfect.

The hotel and the rooms are nicely renovated. The location is good. The elevators are unbelievably slow, but more importantly, the food is very average, definitely not 4* standard. Not strictly hotel issue, but we were expecting better spa facilities as well.

It's a very nice hotel placed in a quiet place. It's very closed to the Aquapark and the Zoo. We stayed at this hotel in March this year. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast was very good. I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at this little hotel in Nyiregyhaza. It's situated outside the city, but near te Aquarius aquapark and at a 5 minute walk from the Zoo. Also in walking distance there are some good restaurants you must try. Rooms are small but clean, staff ok, except that they speak poor English. Breakfast also fair for the money you pay.

The hotel is clean, nice, you have robes for the spa and towels. The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have more variety if you stay more than one night. The rooms are not very big, but they have a big and comfortable bed. Also, in the room price is included the entrance at the aqua park. The staff is very polite and you have parking space.

It was a nice, very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It is just a short walk into the town square or a hike up to the mast for a great view of the area. It was during the heatwave, but the hotel was a good temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Such a warm welcome on arrival and an absolutely gorgeous suite with huge bath. Very impressed with home style cooked breakfast eggs to order. Dora the hotel manager extremely knowledgable about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend for an authentic experience.

This hotel belongs to the same organization as the local zoo. They offer free entrance when you stay here. The hotel is very basic and a bit old but very well maintained. The room had a lot of space and was spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a forest which is great for a walk or run. The breakfast was also basic but correct and the service was super, we had a nice stay here!

The biggest room in the hotel was cluttered with heavy old furniture that gave off an old undesirable smell. A room for collectors perhaps, but not for 2020 customers. Overall good, we had a good time there. The room we had was a little outdated, didn't look like the photos, the furniture seemed older but in good shape and clean. The hair dryer was not working, but we called the reception, and they provided one. The bathroom walls are made of glass, so there is no privacy in the bathroom. The restaurant and the food were good. There is a small playroom near the restaurant...

The food in the restaurant was great (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms are cosy, the indoor pool was small but kids loved it. Horses around the property kind of surround you with tranquility; we got scared by one but it ended up just fine. Overall, a very nice atmosphere!

Very nice hotel with several activities available, including horse riding, swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, soccer and basketball fields. Also bikes are available. Very good breakfast with many options. We also had dinner at the restaurant and we had a traditional Hungarian dish that was very good!
