Is a really nice area. The hotel is Middle of the forest. The hotel have so nice modern rooms. You can find Jacuzi and sauna into the garden but lot of time is not available, because need check in, so when you want to come here you must need to ask the assistant about sauna and jacuzi are available or not. Great campsite, cute places and nice staff.

Really nice place for a holiday or even a day trip. The camping is right next to lake Sástó, where there is a path around the lake (suitable for buggies). There is loads of ducks, little islands in the lake to explore and a lookout tower in the woods. There is a restaruant and a café in the camping complex. There is no ATM machine around but most places take cards.

We spent holiday 23dec to 26dec 18. Nice resting, kind employers, but the roof made from metal so if you have upstairs room and its raining, you wont sleep. Doors are under upgrading to electronics, wich is a perfect feature, but at this time its not available on upstairs. The salt cave is usefull, you can have relax, and healthy. I've been visiting this place for 30 years now. Loving the atmosphere, taking excursions around the hills and like the services the Camping offers. Yet, one note: since the renewal of the camping, prices went too high for me, I preferred to travel there with backpacks, stay in a tent and pay less.

Nice looking hotel, room was spacey and clean, some places could use some touchups like the entertainment and the spa/pool areas. The bar/entertainment area closed pretty early, looked a bit messy and staff was not always attending it (we were there mid-week but hey - it's a resort). Overall we had a nice experience. This is the most stunning resort hotel I have stayed at in Hungary. It has an excellent location, perfect for skiing and hiking. The hotel offers comprehensive services and facilities, and the food is truly enjoyable.

We passed randomly while hiking, had lunch and a quick swim inside. The stuff were amazing and interactive, smiley, enthousiaste and helpful.

I've enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly, cooperative with any needs. I found the beds in the rooms a bit uncomfortable and the room design is a bit old, but the overall experience was great. The food was exceptionally good.

Comfortable place close to the center of Egerszalók

Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools. It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue....

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that the treadmill didn't function in the gym. I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good. Nice hotel, good service. The only negative I may mention that the hotel itself is a little garish with many artificial lamps, decorations, curtains and statues. I found this too artificial. I prefer natural materials, ornaments and simplicity in the outfit.

It's a great place to stay for a few days!

Nice hotel, rooms are lovely and clean. The only downside is that the staff just don't feel so friendly. We didn't get any help with exploring the local area and they didn't feel very approachable. We had two spa treatments. One was great the other was just okay. We would stay here again for sure it's just not a place that will 'amaze' you.

A friendly, family owned hotel within 7 min walking distance to the centre of Eger. WiFi throughout the hotel, spa, and… a Beatles museum! What is not to like? Under the hotel you find cosy win cellars where wine tasting is arranged. I recommend you exploring local red and white wine, not least the famous Egri bikavér!

Very nice and cozy hotel only a few minutes walk from beautiful Eger in a quite part far from any traffic noise. Rooms are nice, clean and comfy. Had a nice massage and swim in their wellness section. Big breakfast and had dinner a couple of times really good meals. The staff is really helpful.

With family we are regular visitors of this hotel, wich is very conveniently placed and the staff is extremely kind, helpful in all aspects. The room is comfortable, after the recent renovation it looks more fresh and AC has improved also. I would like to specially recommend the Hungharina cousins and wines, independently time of visit.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, English-speaking owners, extremely obliging and helpful.

This is one of my favorite location in Eger. It is a fantastic location right next to the castle wall in the middle of downtown. You can feel the history and the culture radiates from the walls of the building! Actually it is an interesting fact that they used some of the stones from the castle when the hotel was built. We stayed here for two nights while wine tasting in Eger. What a lovely spot. We had a nice little apartment (room 6 - although not so great for my husband who is 6’5” because we were on the top floor and the ceilings slanted. Glad he survived.). Perfect retro experience. Medium size wellnes, some sauna, big outside park with outdoor pools. At every evening at dinner there is a man playing on electric piano. This place's stuck in the 70s.

Hard to rate it because of the huge contrasts. Unbelievably abundant and delicious food but totally worn-out and old infra everywhere. They just can't keep it clean. So the catering is 5 the infra is 1, the cleanliness is 2. The staff friendliness and helpfulness are 4.

Nice hotel near the university, and the city center. The bathrooms are not very modern, but the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super helpful, and the wellness part of the hotel is also great.

Great for two-days city escape. Nice tradition, when baker leaves fresh bread at your doors at early morning. The only thing was that there were no coverage at the top of the staircase - seen very dangerous for families with small kids. And be aware - a bell from the nearby church will wake you up at 5am :)

During our time here, we had a wonderful time travel. We can live in an authentic cottage that is more than 100 years old. Entering the kitchen, we were always greeted by pleasant warmth, the built-in stove made us forget that there is actually central heating in the house. It was an island of peace and relaxation. Nice hotel at an excellent location with a lot of facilities!

This is a fantastic place, a resort in the beautiful Szilvásvárad. You can stay in houses with kitchenette, two bedrooms, living room. It has a fireplace and free wifi. The breakfast is excellent, great choice, and dinner containt 8-10 varieties of hot dishes. The resort has wellness facilities too.

We had New Years Eve, altogether 2 nights in this hotel. We had a great experience. We stayed at one of the apartment houses with cozy rooms, kitchenette, sitting room. The brekfast and dinner were fine. The New Years Eve party including the dinner, drinks and entertainment was awesome. I recommend to spend some days, as well as New Years Eve here.
