The staffs are all very nice and willing to help! The foods in its restaurant are very nice! As an Asian, I didn’t expect the food suits my taste so much! The quality of the meats and the way they cook are so nice!

The room was cozy and clean. Also it was very easy to communicate in English with the workers there (all of them were very nice and helpful :) ) Breakfast and Dinner were amazing too, you have a huge variety to choose from. 10/10 will definitely recommend!! :)

Amazing hotel. Masterpiece in a middle of nowhere. Usually you can expect such level of hotel only in a much bigger cities. Interior, materials, design, comfort, service - all top notch. Amazing breakfast with high grade food and huge list to choose from. The only disappointment was a shower. The receptionist was not friendly at check-in. The room was fine and clean. Only state-propaganda tv channels were available. The air conditioning controller had some electric problem, was not always working.

We visited Miskolc in August, it was a surprise trip. What not to say, I was surprised 🙂 There is simply nothing to say about it, just that it is a perfect hotel! Comfortable beds, very nice staff, breakfast was also very delicious. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

A very decent hotel in Miskolc, the newest in town. They have a restaurant downstairs, which on its own would with a visit. It's a bit outside of the immediate downtown area, but you could get there on foot in about 15 minutes.

The hotel is next to the tram route from Miskolc Tiszai station. The room was comfortable if somewhat old fashioned. There is a smoking balcony on the first floor. Breakfast was disappointing as many of the items had been eaten by the tome I got there

The only good thing was here is sparkling cleanness. The room was small and very very old stylish. I arrived in the night, and stayed just until morning, but i wouldn't stay there longer. You can hear a train in the room, and the old toilet is very loud.

Overall nice experience in cousy hotel. The small hotel is basic and nice for a short stay. Pros: Great breakfast and nice wellness area. Cons: No elevator, so we had to drag our heavy language to the upper floor by stairs.

The rooms are very dated in design and the furniture is clearly very well worn. My bedsheets were moist upon arrival and they felt very uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Rooms big sized designed in late 70's style. Overall alright. The breakfast however appeared quite poor to me. Alright for business trips, but not my first choice for vacation.

Very nice owner. Unfortunately, the quality is at a low level. A lot gives the owners' enthusiasm and empathy. Cool place despite the low quality of the rooms.

Liked the Jacuzzi, pool and sauna. Overall the hotel is good. There are a couple of drawbacks. Narrow corridors, poor soundproofing, Breakfast for us was not enough: the staff is not monitoring the replenishment of products on the table, a Cup of coffee and failed. The table in our room was served for Breakfast and was not cleaned after other guests.

We had a great Family stay in this hotel. Location is fantastic, room furniture is bit older but clean. Wellness part needs some improvement but still we enjoyed it. The best here is the stuff which is always very nice and helpful and also tasty meel they serve for breakfast and dinner.

First class hotel just opposite the famous cave baths in Miskolctapolca. The hotel has a fantastic wellness spa of its own which is included in the price of the room. Also a nice restaurant and bar.

We chose the hotel for its location, 2 minutes from the bath cave, and we did not regret the decision. The staff was very friendly, the room was large and clean, the small June and the dinner were very varied. The hotel is very well suited, near the university, but in a quite place. Miskolctapolca is easily approachable from here, by bus, or car. The hotel rooms are spacious, you can even cook in the apartments. You have possibilites for massage too. The bar have nice drinks too. You can even eat there, its not like a michelin star restaurant, but the dishes are tasty, and the prices arent in the sky neither...
