From the moment we entered the hotel grounds, we knew we had chosen the right place to relax.
The hotel offers beautiful houses with an amazing design, which are a real treat for the eyes. We were particularly charmed by the bathroom with a combination of golden elements that gave the space a luxurious touch. Our room was always perfectly cleaned, which significantly contributed to the overall well-being of our stay.
The food was great and we had a great time. In the morning, a perfect breakfast awaited us, which we enjoyed to our heart's content. The restaurant staff was nice and professional, which only added to the positive impression.
I must commend the entire hotel staff who were always helpful and helpful.
Like any hotel, this one has a little room for improvement. At night, we were disturbed by the lights on the switches, which disturbed our sleep a little. During the massage, we were surprised by techno music, which did not fit the very relaxing atmosphere. Quiet, relaxing music would be more appropriate. But it was great to go to the pool.
This hotel is proof that luxury, comfort and excellent service can go hand in hand to guarantee an unforgettable stay. Hats off to the hotel staff, I hope their work is well appreciated. Thank you

We loved this place! Stayed in a Forest Design room. This area is in a quiet location next to the forest. We had a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and cocktail bar all exclusive to the forest design area which consists of 15 rooms. The restaurants were great and the breakfasts had a fantastic choice. Staff were brilliant and everyone spoke very good English. I'm registered disabled, therefore, the parking garage was free of charge. We were totally relaxed here. We would definitely come back!

Perfect resort, they think about the smallest things and they perfect them.

So much to do. We had a great few days in the winter season. We'd love to come back in the summer when everything is fully functional. We missed out on the go-cart for 2 as it was too wet. The impressive outside playground also too wet. The tubing was closed. But all open facilities were brilliant. The log cabin was fantastic, spacious and beautiful. The main pool was closed probably because of the number of guests, it looked like they were opening it for the Christmas rush that was going to follow. Breakfast was fantastic. As were the dinners in the restaurants on site. The sauna experiences were great. I was surprised by the music choices during these sessions. Not the most relaxing tracks, but very fun. Kids are welcome everywhere in the resort and can be left with animators. There were crafting activities. Very family friendly... Would highly recommend. I'm not sure what it's like when it's busy though, it was very quiet when we were there, few days before Christmas.

Actually, I was thinking a lot about this review. We had a 3-day company event here for 20+ people. Beautiful environment, the resort itself is super stylish, modern and clean. The staff is just outstanding - everyone is so kind, polite, helpful, they pay attention to every detail, they solved every request immediately - so really, a thousand stars for the staff :) Maybe that is why I was a little disappointed regarding the food. For my taste, it was "medium level". Dry fish, pastas overcooked, not any particular taste etc. We had 5-6 people with lactose intolerance, we had the same dessert for 3 days for all the main courses, so I just don't understand how come they put so much effort and energy into every single detail, except for the food...

We had the chance to try the wellness and the restaurant. In general I think the wellness is overpriced for the equipment and layout but the environment compensates for it.
The restaurant offers a wide range of meal choices. We tried, pizza, pasta, steak, salad and all were exceptional. Probably the best pizza in town, the pasta is over sauced but good quality. Service is also decent.

We had very good food.
