Corvina Hotel-Restaurant

On January 4th, we made a reservation through Booking for 5 people for one single and two double rooms. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 PM. We paid at the reception in cash, after we settled in we saw that in the two double rooms there was one and a half person beds, we were traveling on business, 5 men each 100 kilos, we went down to the reception and politely asked me to change rooms because our reservation was for double rooms with separate beds, the receptionist did not speak English, a waiter from the restaurant came, he told us that there were no other rooms and they did not have extra beds to put in the available rooms, we asked for our money back so we could look for another hotel, the waiter said that they could not refund our money and would call the owner, a man came in a visibly drunk state, who told us that these were our rooms, there were no others, we either stay or leave, but he would not return the money, I explained again that our reservation was for double rooms with separate beds, they opened the computer and we also saw that the reservation was accepted by them, the owner said that the problem was with Booking and again refused to refund our money, threatened us with the police , we contacted Booking, they tried to contact the hotel, they refused to talk to them, after an hour and a half of arguing they gave us our money back. Very bad ATTITUDE.

The restaurant was old and dirty😩The quality of the food was very poor...everything was fried in oil...disgusting.
The breakfast...was very poor and low quality food.
2stars it's only because the room.

The hotel and restaurant is good, but never pay in Euro as the conversion rate they use is scandalous. I confronterend the staff with this but nobody was interested to offer a solution.

clean, parking space and great breakfast but in the rooms the smell is horrible, it smells very strong like food.
