Wellness is a bit ridiculous - the sauna only switches on on request and you must wait at least 20 minutes for it to warm up, only two water beds

The best hotel ever .The room was well soundproof and had a small kitchenette.The staff was really nice.The meals tasteful.The spa area with the jacuzzi was relaxing.Walking distance to the thermal spa area and shops.

Very nice hotel in a nice setting. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with kitchenette. We could put our bicycles in a garage. Not inexpensive, but we had a great stay and thought it was a good value

Everything was of high level. The room, the location, the food. We had ot only breakfast but also a la cart dinner. It was one of the best experience we had. I would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in the walking distance from the thermal spa. I was impressed by the helpful staff. Whatever I asked for, they did their best to help. Food was excellent.

5m from the window, so you don't really enjoy the view. But then again, what's the point of a room when there are super thermal pools right next door, right? ;-)

The hotel is nice and has clean rooms with comfort items. The staff is very friendly . It's not far from the center. The check in and check out were professionally handled and easy. I highly recommend itthon!

Day 3 of our cycle tour to Budapest. Very friendly and welcoming staff. You get free entry to the Aquasol Thermal resort which was really nice, but be prepared to get stared at by the locals

It's not about the money, it's the principle: as guests staying in one of the city's most expensive hotels, parking at the side of the building (no cover) should be complimentary, as it has been in every other Hungarian resort we've stayed in

Free parking, free wifi, there are also a swimming pool, trampoline, table tennis, so if you have children, they can swim and play. The rooms are clean, the food is very delicious

Friendly atmosphere, clean and cozy. Breakfast was awesome with many choices. Spa is also amazing. We will be coming back in future for sure. Thanks a lot hotel Helena. ❤️

We stayed only for one night, and it was perfect stop to relax from our long trip. Great place for family and especially kids. There is a restaurant and a bar so you can have dinner and local beer in the evening

But the staff was very nice, attentive, and the hotel in all respects was very nice. Of four different night stays (Germany, Hungary, Italy and Liechtenstein) this was the best balance of cost and amenities

Not so much English spoken here (one person at reception did) but if you speak German, or even if not, you can get by. Definitely not where I'd expect it, I thought I'd gone the wrong way

Confort: Room big, clean, perfect bed, huge bed, silent area, Air condition, parking. Restaurant: good food & service for dinner. Breakfast very good generos offer off all kind of food

Nice and cozy hotel. The restaurant is with traditional Hungarian foods. I recommend Gulaș and duck with mushrooms. The breakfast was really good.

The little town nearby is fun too. Really liked the place, and I thank them for their hospitality!

The hotel has very good conditions and parking, cheap and 10 minutes from the main road! for 50 euros per night can accommodate two people and breakfast is only 12 euros in addition to the starting price!Extremely comfortable hotel, given the prices in neighboring Austria, and mostly because it is a short distance from a major international road in cases of international travel!

Everything was just great! Thanks to the staff who took care of our breakfast to go because we had to leave early, this was really nice and also tasty! There was some noise when light is ON in the bathroom from ventilator in the ceiling which was probably out of order, but this didn't disturb us as it switched off shortly after the light is turned OFF

We stayed there on the way from Hungary to Austria. Friendly and helpful staff, large and clean room, comfortable beds so we had a great dream

The place is clean, recently renovated but they didn’t put any thought on the design or the functionality. Really recommend the restaurant (chef specials).

The thermal baths are clean, excellently designed, everything is close. 2 restaurants, one fast food, the other classic food (you have to go to the back of the thermal baths). Very nice decoration, sculptures, paintings

Very modern Thermal & Spa, with many pools with water between 35 and 38 degrees. You have 2 restaurants and a bar inside. The price is cheap, 5250 Huf. Recommend it for weekend getaway with family of friends.

The atmosphere is good, the prices are moderate, but this place is really for a thermal bath or swimming not for waterslides and wave jumping or throwing a ball to each other in the water

Maybe it doesn't even have a fixed time and you have to look out for it. This is a big minus, but it does not spoil the overall impression. - they have thermal baths written until 8:00 p

In the warmest pool there is even a chess board and playing stones. great idea! Disadvantage: - I was surprised that they don't have a schedule of when they open the hot tubs and jets

If you want to relax your muscles, body aches from working hard, Thai massage is a good therapy for the body (all parts of the body's anatomy are connected). Thai massage can help.

( lack of remote control for tv, window shader cannot be removed, telephone and safe does not work) but after I reported the problems the crew was very kind and helpful. So overall it was a very good experience

Thats perfect choice for family with kids. Also for fress couple as well. Its located mostly in the end of the road. So its kind of isolated from everthing. The rooms are modern wooden style

Great little hotel offering all inclusive service with free parking, has its own indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, beautiful garden, food was excellent, would recommend.

I am not sure what would one do on a longer stay or with small kids, but it is relatively close to Gyor and the Danube part of the Ferto-Hansag National Park for some cultural landscape or walks in nature

We only had our breakfast here, but that was vedy good! Lots of different foods and drinks, even gluten free choices! The bakery was from the well known Lipóti. :)

A good hotel! The only thing is that some service was not available! The food was good. Good with children lot's of game for them. The backwater area is nice and can do a hiking.

There are 2 jakuzzies and one larger pool. The saunas are nice and clean. My only problem was that there is drinking water by the saunas but there are no glasses provided

We have stayed in a standard room and it was way above average for Hungary. The gym of this Hotel can compete with any standard Gym, but it's way better than most hotel gyms. The wellness part is small but very nice

Breakfast was good with healthy options and good quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are tidy and cozy, but the furniture and the style are a little old-school for my taste

Old and iconic place in Győr, which offers good value for money. It has sports and wellness amenities, which we haven't tried this time, but seemed like we had many great options

Meticulously clean, quiet and big room, with a bathtub, fridge, free bottle of water comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and as always friendly and highly professional staff at the Reception and in the Restaurant

The hotel looks completely different than the photos. The photos are actually the back side of the hotel. Not a huge fan of that marketing trick. Also the breakfast wasn't the greatest

The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are perfectly clean, food from the restaurant is pleasant. We had a wonderful view to the main road and the historical building

The rooms are OK but no carpet is available in the room as in the pictures. Service is really good. Location is perfect. Even disposable slippers would have been very useful. These are not available in this hotel.

The hotel has a pretty decent spa, with two saunas and a steam room. It’s located next to a shopping mall and more or less in the local stadium. It was a pleasant experience to have spent the night here

Very spacious room, very good for ar the restaurant and the breakfast was one of the best ones I had. The sauna wasn't crowded, the gym was empty, which was nice. Will return.

Really beautiful hotel. The room was big, very comfortable. I also had dinner at the internal restaurant and I can advise: there are several tasty dishes and the view directly on the football field. Free park available.

We felt very welcome and one of the servers (possibly the owner himself) offered us some great advice about the area and local sights to visit. They have a decently sized menu, offering a variety of local dishes

Here we asked the waiter whether they have something vegan and he said that what she wants to eat became they will prepare that. I never experienced this kind of customer service in a “normal” restaurant

We had a family meeting in the restaurant and were all very impressed. The place itself has a modern/rustic feel to it, very appropriate for the area. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean

There's a small shop at the entrance area offering local pottery, pálinka and other food products. Service was friendly and professional, even though we were a complicated crowd of 10 people

We went dining to the restaurant of Tornacos yesterday, had 3 courses each, all four of us different meals. The serving was professional and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious

The waiter accidentally charged for an extra beer but when realised it was immediately sorted out. All in all it was an excellent experience and we will surely visit again in the future
