It would be a beautiful and amazing castle hotel, highly exclusive! But needs serious care and maintenance. The garden and lake area is very uncared for. Sunbeds have bird poo on them. The inner garden has lots of weeds between the rose bushes and others, bushes are not cut properly, the grass is not well-maintained. The inside of the hotel needs renovation, the once white doors are yellowish and old...

Well the room was a bit shabby but all the rest is just amazing! Stunning huge french-style garden and stylish interior design which took everything! Dinners are awesome, in and outdoor pools + saunas also great. And amazingly friendly and kind staff. Thank you for the few days we had great time!

It was a very good, clean pension. Breakfast was good and the rooms very clean. The distance to Lake Neusiedl about 20 km. We definitely recommend the pension.

To be honest I’m speechless. My girlfriend is vegan and sometimes very difficult to find a restaurant where she can I eat real vegan meal. Here we asked the waiter whether they have something vegan and he said that what she wants to eat became they will prepare that . I was really impressed . Nice place, the food is great (both breakfast and lunch/dinner) and the spa is awesome. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were uncomfortable but the rooms are spacious. The offered servicer are mediocre: the thai massage was ok but nothing special, the pedicure I got was also fine, altough i only got 25 minutes altough paid for 50min. Overall a great wellness hotel for relaxing.

Very well managed hotel, nice, quiet atmosphere with no rush and push yo guests. Very good place for rest, excelent cooking, wide choice of all meals, great coffee. We have been using the accommodation for several years and we are completely satisfied. The owners are very nice people who always communicate well. The house is in perfect condition. I wish them to cope with the current complex COVID situation.

The apartment is easily accessible, in a quiet location. The size of the accommodation is good, clean, the equipment is modern, demanding, well equipped, everything works. The bed is really comfortable. The garden is clean, the terrace is clean. The flexibility, kindness and attentiveness of the hotel owners are outstanding! There are several restaurants, a spa and a shop within 2-5 minutes.

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

This is our second time staying at the Janza Apartment. We were with a larger company for a week now. Comfortable, clean and demanding accommodation. The apartments and common areas are also well equipped !! The owner is helpful and kind. I'm glad we found this super accommodation we're sure to go back!
