No doubt about the five stars here. We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms on the third floor but it was lovely with tasteful colours and furniture. The lighting was pleasant and the bathroom met all our expectations. The only weakness was the bed: I found the two joint mattresses a bit uncomfortable as a double bed. The wellness part of the hotel is superb with first class facilities and beautiful...

A fantastic retreat for a family or for a couple. The wellness centre was very well laid out and had many options to choose from including a cold plunge, which was very refreshing and a massive hot tub and pool. The rooms are very clean and we’re very close to the spa. Highly recommend when staying in Sárospatak!

The place is luxurious. The stuff is extremely kind. The restaurant offers super healthy culinary courses. The terrace has comfortable seats, armchairs. Thanks a lot for the experience! We returned more times as everything was extra good

Delicious breakfast, especially eggs. Comfortable acces to wellness through the coridor from room. Wellness has all types of sauna, pool and fitness to enjoy and sport. Staff is kind. Thanks for nice time during holidays.

Lovely hotel, nice, clean rooms. The food was plentiful and decent quality. The wellness is small, but has a great, relaxing vibe, and new equipment. The service was exemplary, everyone was kind, helpful and professional. The location is outstanding, you can explore Sárospatak on foot from here. If you have a car, the opportunities multiply.

Nice hotel in the heart of Sarospatak. Rooms are clean and big. Helpful staff at the front desk. We enjoyed the spa. Although it would have been nice to have some water machine or flavoured water (cucumber water) available to rehydration after using many of the saunas.

We came in for dinner, but it was not a good choice .... The staff aren’t on top either, and the food doesn’t bring the standard you would pay for. To call a cow's cottage cheese nokedlit a sheep's cheese strap is quite an exaggeration ... Although Sárospatak is not a big place, there are not too many options, but I think you are looking for something else.

Good place, but decor a little eclectic and breakfasts could be improved. Hot dishes were not kept warm and were greasy & cold for latecomers. Reception did not speak any foreign language.

I spent a night here on my long distance hiking tour through Hungary. I had expected a rather lively place with a bar and a restaurant, but apparently both were close. I don't know why and for how long. When I first passed by around noon (I arrived early) noone was here at all. Later a young man welcomed me. The berg panzio it's amazing place, clean very nice rooms. Staff very friendly, i don't know they spoke English but very helpful and the drinks are good, food it's okay but small portions.
