Dear staff, we truly enjoyed our 15 day stay at your hotel. We couldn't find any mistakes at all. We would especially thank Attila senior ,the waiter and Karoly, the cook for excellent service and unforgetable meals

One minor issue the plug did not work in the bath tub but the rooms were perfectly clean and the beds very comfortable Service was excellent at all times Although the drinks were an extra there was no pressure to buy, and tap water available

Very wide range of good food although limited cereals at breakfast They offer exceptional wellness packages and the hotel adjoins a beautiful forest which is perfect for evening walks Also the kids had a great time in the games room and playing giant chess

Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

We hope to come back repeatebly every summer. Thank you very much for making us satisfied and happy! Respectfully, Marta and Milan

All in all this is a good place, we had a good time; but does not capture the charming small town vibe it easily could

Very nice, apartment house built in 2017. They offer a private wellness ( sauna's and jacuzzi), private parking(free of charge), restaurant is also located in the building

Nice small hotel, relatively close to the baths. Rooms are available from 3pm, possible late check out. Car parking on the backyard (free) or in the basement (3€/night)

Hotel is smoking free, restaurant inside, allegedly wellness and fitness but I hadn't the opportunity to check it

The thermal spa is few hundred meters, easy walking distance

The room was very nice - we had a suite with jacuzzi and it was awesome! The location is great too. The service, however, was very disappointing

Oh, the best ever birthday with Mother and dogo: thermal, healing bath in Sárvát, Romanic church from St.Steven era in Csempeszkopácsi and nature, nature, nature!

Amazing place for a day out with the kids. There are many animals, is an enjoyable and peaceful place and the best is that is for free to come and see them.

Very delicious food and very good selection. The staff were very kind and polite. The portion of the food was great.

Super place, clean, big rooms, just 5 min to go to the Therme. In front is the restaurant with very good kitchen. People who are staying overnight in the hotel also receive 10% discount in the restaurant

Perfectly fine! Large portions, high quality and gorgeous Hungarian food. Apartments are large, clean and modern. I like it very mach. Really nice place for holyday weekend.

Fantastic food, buffet permanently fulfilled. Beverages the whole day, good beer, nice red vine, some shots in the evening, and champagne in the morning. Excellent connection with spa meeting all expectations

Considering that breakfast, dinner, parking and spa day entry was included in the price of our room, this hotel has a good price/offer ratio

As in other hotels, due to the pandemic, there were several breakfast "groups" to limit the number of people being in the same room, therefore in any group you have a 45 minute frame to consume your meals

The spa was okay (the hotel also has its own inner pool), its convenient that the hotel is connected to the thermal bath of the town. The robes received for spa wear are changed in every 6 days

The hotel was clean, the food was simple, but every dinner was quite nice and well planned even within a seemingly tight budget-cudos to the chef for this, he is doing a marvelous job

We had 5 nights in a newly renowated apartman. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, AC and everything for comfortable stay. Good location, nice personal, everything fine.

The rooms were great, very comfortable beds and a small, but enough kitchen. The room and everything else was clean.

Tastes are average but the portion is big so you will be satiated. However the chicken with salad was not so good it was a little disappointing

Breakfast seems to be modest, but there is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was a small coffee machine. Cold coffee from a jug is somehow frivolous. But the freshly ripened ham rolls were very tasty

Absolutely great and cosy accomodation. Owner Attila is very nice persone gave us wellcome cooled beer. Rooms are clean and spacy. I can just recommend this great house of high standart...

They have a small swimming pool and two saunas (infra and finnish one). The breakfast was in the price. I really enjoyed this time in here. Totally recommended if you would like to rest

I've been staying in this pansion for 4 days. The room was very clean and comfortable. The recepcionist was really kind and freindly. I've got many discount in restaurants nearby

Great hotel, wonderful saunas and pools. Food out of this world, high quality and plenty of choice even for vegetarians like us. Buffet constantly replenished, no risk of anything running out

Superior rooms, bed is a bit on the soft side but ok, staff entertaining and polite, has thermal water access so the spa is quite fine. Ideal for adult couples or friends.

Great meal, nice staff, perfect hotel thermal baths... Our room was a little older, there were some technical issues, which were solved by the staff promptly. I will be happy to come back again 👍

The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good, I wouldn’t recommend their dessert since they are full of margarine and during dinner there is no option to get water for free, you had to order it from the waiter and pay for it extra and it took some time for them to notice us

All the equipment has seen good and prosperous years (including the wallpaper that is falling off the walls). The attitude of the hotel management is good

It's a renovated hotel with a lot of potential, great wellness centre, good food and service. This has been my third time and I've always enjoyed it

UPDATE September 2023 5/5 We came back, decided to give it one more go after last stay which wasnt very good. I am glad to see some improvements

the rooms are amazing and the light there is really thought trough! Surruoundings of the hotel are beautiful! Selection of pools is big enough and you won't be bored there! If you aren't a pool person, theres more fun activities downstairs such as bowling, pinpong and many others

Particularly noteworthy - and thus a big compliment to the hotel management - is the outstanding condition and playability of the outdoor tennis courts this year (04/2024) compared to previous years

This feeling I however don't have from the part of the hotel restaurant for public guests, so this could be a tip what about you can maybe more think, to get more restaurant guests from the people without accommodation in the hotel

The first class thing in the hotel is sure its wellness and the accessibility of the wellness for free. Again, it is very nice designed, and I want say that I cannot imagine what could there work differently or better

The energies for wellness are sure high, but I think this is really the thing which will carry more guests in the future for the hotel

The solution of the breakfast and dinner is, as we think, also opimal, because the people can on the place easy see and choose, what they preffer to eat. As example - in my case I say this as a vegetarian

I spend nice weekend at hotel pirozska and found it fantastic. My family was tun. Nicely pool, sauna... etc. Good breakfast and dinner. Surely I will come back :-)

Bük is still more a village than a town, so I feel very important that the hotel has really nice and decent architecture

The offered servicer are mediocre: the thai massage was ok but nothing special, the pedicure I got was also fine, altough i only got 25 minutes altough paid for 50min. Overall a great wellness hotel for relaxing

Nice place, the food is great (both breakfast and lunch/dinner) and the spa is awesome. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were uncomfortable but the rooms are spacious

There is also plenty of parking. The food is quite good, if not excellent. You are wise to come early to breakfast since the buffet eggs are no longer hot if you come later

Three star quality under a four star sign. The location is excellent, the building is beautiful, the staff is nice, but the management shall strongly consider spending some the keep the whole place from declining

However you can also order a la carte for breakfast as well as dinner. An ordinary rain resulted in our room being flooded and they gave no repair person on over the weekend. Lovel young staff inexperienced with no backup

This hotel was once a children's hospital but it has been renovated and turned into a 4 star hotel. It is elegant looking, with a lovely bar and restaurant enclosed in a greenhouse=like side building

The rooms are okay, for a reasonable price. The wellness facility also ok, there's like 2 pools and a few saunas. The massage is a must try here.

Average business hotel, with fairly large room and bathroom. Breakfast variety drops after 9 AM. Pool and sauna are nice.

It's a good hotel in the middle of the town with a super convenient parking. I booked the breakfast which by choice turned to be scrambled eggs. Simple as tasty however I do not understand why I got 5 (five!) eggs

The hotel is considered to be "The best in town". Rooms are bit of a compromise although they are well equipped and pretty clean. Accomodation there is best for one night stop and go

We only stayed one night but it was absolutely great! The location is very convenient, right next to the main square, it's possible to walk or take a bus from the train station

I highly suggest Artis Hotel for a long weekend or their Daniel & Frére Restaurant! If you are in transit the localization is very good. Room was nice and quiet. Receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was served from menu. Parking spot free of charge

Fantastic accommodations! Excellent service and really, really beautiful grounds and garden. Did not get a chance to enjoy the spa but hope to do so next visit (and there will be a next visit for certain!)

Well the room was a bit shabby but all the rest is just amazing! Stunning huge french-style garden and stylish interior design which took everything! Dinners are awesome, in and outdoor pools + saunas also great

A beautiful garden with squirrels, owls and even seen a wild fawn, there is an indoor and outdoor pool. On the territory there is a maple tree, which looks like 300 years old, just gorgeous, see the photo

A great place for a romantic wellness weekend, to relax and breath. Noble setting surrounded with 100+ year old trees and English park. The personal was extemly friendly

But I would like to stay longer. The atmosphere of an old estate. There is a lot of preserved old interior. Library, reading room, piano corner, facades furniture

If you want to plunge into the atmosphere of authentic Hungary and have a great rest, then I recommend it !!!

We enjoyed this older but still contemporary hotel located right on the main square. Private parking on site for extra cost. The inside area is very unique and spacious. Some souvenirs also available for purchase

We are very pleased with the hotel and place where it is located. The room is very clean, enaugh large, the towels and sheets are snow white. The receptionist is very kind lady

My daughter and I are staying in this hotel now in the room 205. This is not a new hotel but it's charm is just in his age. The reception hall is very large and spaced

We spent Christmas at the Hotel Irottkő and they hosted an amazing Christmas Eve dinner and Chritmas Day breakfast. They put together a little entertainment with a singer and a pianist

I had a quiet quiet room, you can’t hear anything from the rooms next door, you can really relax. Beautiful sophisticated modern furnishings and decor. Extra high ceiling height which is my special personal favorite

Nice new hotel with spacious rooms right next to the castle. The staff is very kind. Limited parking is available in the hotel courtyard at an additional cost. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful.

Great water pressure in the shower. There is also a closed guarded private car park (which is worth booking because there are only a limited number due to the size of the building’s courtyard)

Infinitely kind staff. Beautiful room with power bathroom (209). Delicious breakfast, wide selection. If I go to Kőszeg, I will definitely stay here.

Bedroom is nice and cosy (medium sized) with én-suite. Breakfast is buffet system, so all as you can eat. The sitting area interior design is so homely. There are the bar too to have your relaxing drink if you wish

Nice hotel with very cosy and well equipped rooms and spa. There is also good restaurant nearby (around 100m). Very nice for the price. Only thing I could imagine to be improved are better English speaking receptionists.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a standard buffet. The room was nothing extra, although I liked that the one we got was double. In the back, at the parking lot, the pergola is very cozy.
