I was one such guest, and I’m deeply disappointed. While some may argue that dinner is not the only aspect, for me, it’s important to expect a quality meal from a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, the pools were excellent

We were once recommended this hotel at the Kempinski Hotel Budapest and they did not disappoint me. I can only recommend because the services here are at the same or even higher level than where they recommended them

I would like to ask the hotel staff if the owner of the gold jewelry powder box that I found in the thermal pool area and handed over to the reception on the evening of May 7, 2024 has been found

Stayed for 5 nights after 1600 km drive from England. This was the perfect rest before embarking on our Hungarian holiday. Real 5 star luxury and a top quality hotel

The appearance of the entrance to the hotel is a bit shabby but this is only the entrance, the rooms, the main body is in good condition. Free entrance to the old arboretum

Very wide range of good food although limited cereals at breakfast They offer exceptional wellness packages and the hotel adjoins a beautiful forest which is perfect for evening walks Also the kids had a great time in the games room and playing giant chess

Dear staff, we truly enjoyed our 15 day stay at your hotel. We couldn't find any mistakes at all. We would especially thank Attila senior ,the waiter and Karoly, the cook for excellent service and unforgetable meals

One minor issue the plug did not work in the bath tub but the rooms were perfectly clean and the beds very comfortable Service was excellent at all times Although the drinks were an extra there was no pressure to buy, and tap water available

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401

Spa = entertaining, food = average, desserts = excellent, rooms = ok. compared to Austria great value for money

Our first holiday abroad with children in this hotel and the adjacent spa was great. :) PS: Please improve the quality of plain boiled potatoes and mashed potatoes

During our stay in August this year, these basic side dishes were not good

We absolutely loved it. The food, the play area for the kids, the spa. 5 star in my book, will be back for sure 😀

The wide range of dishes ensures that there's something for everyone, regardless of their preferred type of diet. Not only was the food exceptional, but the organization of work in the restaurant was also perfect

One of the most prominent aspects of our stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant offers both local and international cuisine, both of which were absolutely outstanding

We also had half-board and the breakfast was fine but the dinner was very bad - it was buffet and most of it was cold, not good (dry chicken, extremely salty fish, etc), and very little choice

All in all this is a good place, we had a good time; but does not capture the charming small town vibe it easily could

Very nice, apartment house built in 2017. They offer a private wellness ( sauna's and jacuzzi), private parking(free of charge), restaurant is also located in the building

Nice small hotel, relatively close to the baths. Rooms are available from 3pm, possible late check out. Car parking on the backyard (free) or in the basement (3€/night)

Hotel is smoking free, restaurant inside, allegedly wellness and fitness but I hadn't the opportunity to check it

The thermal spa is few hundred meters, easy walking distance

Excellent breakfast, luxurious dinner. Our room was close to the dining room, in the morning the noise made us. It's nice to go directly to the pool from the room. We will be glad to come again

On the day of departure, being disturbed again before 10 am just to be asked if you had consumed anything from the minibar is ridiculous. Also the service in the restaurant of the Park Inn could be greatly improved

The rooms are spatious, the bathroom clean (however, I was not able to turn down the heating, so there was Sauna climate in there) and the bed comfy. Breakfast buffet is small but nice, and it's all there you need

If you book half board with buffet dinner, it is in the adjacent Park Inn hotel. However, on the downside: Service was not quite what you would expect from a four star hotel

All in all it is a very nice hotel that I can recommend without hesitation for a nice wellness weekend. However, regarding the service, there really is room for improvement

Very nice wellness hotel with a direct connection to the thermals springs of Sárvár (quite nice: also on the day of departure, entry is included for the whole day)

I was pleased to find hand sanitizers on several sites that could be used during this period. The menu was very good, the food was delicious and very plentiful. I would single out the tiramisu which was very tasty

Very nice well kept garden. Super hotel, nice staff. Delicious food, good feeling. All were extremely satisfied. Thank you very much, we will be back.

Wellness, saunas and yakuzi are very good too! Also Covid-19 measurements are on very high level

Best restaurant in Sárvár, nice rooms, lot of possibilities for wellness

Location of the hotel is close to town center and also to thermal spas. Food is absolutely fantastic! Approach of the hotel staff is realy nice, friendly and professional. Rooms are well equipped and air conditioned

I liked the outdoor pool in the wellness center the most, it was very peaceful and provided a pleasant stay. The town was also cozy, I really wanted to come back here

The Neo restaurant has an arrangement with the hotel for dinner, it is a smart place and the food is good. The studio room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel in the centre of town

You can get a free ticket to the arboretum not far, also it is close to the castle. There is a square with a beautiful fountain next to it with cafes and restaurants

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend in Sárvár! The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful, saving food for us when we arrived late on the first night

The extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy and the a/c started leaking but the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly

We were skeptical at first because the label 'superior' didn't really match the price range in our head as we've dined for more in the city before in a fairly good but not exceptional restaurant

TL;DR version: Outstanding kitchen, good and friendly service. The price range is just a bit above the average but the price/value rating is more than excellent

This one was however one of the best restaurant experiences in a long time. Due to the holidays the place was really full but the waiters did a splendid job, especially the guy who was assigned to our table

I'm very picky if it comes to Halászlé but this one was one of the best non-bajai style soups I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Also, you can choose from several types of fish as a basis which is a plus

I have only been in the restaurant. Food is just great, really good quality for the price. Most of the food comes in a big amount, mine was quite mediumish. The service was extremely fast, 2 main dishes in 10!! Minutes

Nice rooms, comfy beds, breakfast included in the price. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was tasty and we had a good sleep. We only stayed one night, so nothing more we could have asked for.

The decor of the rooms looks as if time had stopped. The air conditioning was outdated and did not function well. Overall, this is a very good place for people who come to spend one day at the thermal baths

It was absolutely perfect for us for two days. Breakfast is a bit cheap, but the room was perfectly adequate, the bed was very comfortable.

Sice jsme toho moc nevyužili, ale vím, že až sem pojedu příště,tak zvolím ONYX

Amazing place for a day out with the kids. There are many animals, is an enjoyable and peaceful place and the best is that is for free to come and see them.

Very delicious food and very good selection. The staff were very kind and polite. The portion of the food was great.

It is most probably the best place for stay in Sarvar. The rooms are big, they have nice view. Parking for free and air conditioning is also available

Amazing vacation with WV.....kind personal and place, SPA servicies are like to be in paradise...I can totaly recomended this hotel for everybody who wanna feel like to be in paradise ???...dreamtrips are going ❤?

Rooms are cleaned daily - what a perfect service! The Hotel stuff is extremely nice and they are able to speak English and German and also some Czech. Hard to find a better accommodation in Sarvar

They are also able to recommend you some places to visit when you are getting bored from sarvar furdo and hot water. About breakfast, they are prepared always fresh
