We were once recommended this hotel at the Kempinski Hotel Budapest and they did not disappoint me. I can only recommend because the services here are at the same or even higher level than where they recommended them. Just replace the soft mattresses with harder ones and you are the number 1 hotel in Hungary for me.

Stayed for 5 nights after 1600 km drive from England. This was the perfect rest before embarking on our Hungarian holiday. Real 5 star luxury and a top quality hotel. So far, the best in Europe that I've stayed in! There's been many. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff at Spirit Hotel.

Lovely hotel, the amenities are fantastic. We got a room with double beds.. we just found the individual beds narrow and small and did not match the luxurious feel of the room. .Otherwise we were very happy with everything and will return.

I would like to ask the hotel staff if the owner of the gold jewelry powder box that I found in the thermal pool area and handed over to the reception on the evening of May 7, 2024 has been found. As a frequent guest, I must say that this hotel is declining. The room designs have been changed, and to be honest, I don’t like the new version. Moreover, the quality of dinner at this hotel has declined. Every time we visit, it seems to be getting worse. It’s disappointing because, after spending hours beside the pool, guests expect to have a fantastic dinner at a 5-star hotel, but end up disappointed...

Great staff and service. Our first holiday abroad with children in this hotel and the adjacent spa was great. :) PS: Please improve the quality of plain boiled potatoes and mashed potatoes. During our stay in August this year, these basic side dishes were not good.

We absolutely loved it. The food, the play area for the kids, the spa. 5 star in my book, will be back for sure 😀

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

A nice hotel On the whole we had a terrific stay. One minor issue the plug did not work in the bath tub but the rooms were perfectly clean and the beds very comfortable Service was excellent at all times Although the drinks were an extra there was no pressure to buy, and tap water available. Great location, helpfull staff, nice selection and taste of evening dinner. Shame the parking is at extra fee and not included in the room rate. When you travel to Sarvar be prepared for lots of mosquitos. But there is Lidl just opposite hotel and near other shops like Rossmann where you can get sprays againts theese.

Absolutely fantastic, apartment was amazing and superb value for money.

Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable.

The room is awesome, also the bathroom, restourant is very good nice quality of foods, park is a paying park so my car is safe, staff is really kindly especially Evelin that gave me some good advice for visiting Sarvar and Szombathely. One of best hotel of my Life (i am a travel engineer)

Below average service and cleanliness, erroneous billing, tiny fitness room, no spa just saunas in the basemen. Expected more for the price.

The room was very nice - we had a suite with jacuzzi and it was awesome! The location is great too. The service, however, was very disappointing. When you’re booking a „premium“ room you don’t expect to be charged for extra parking. The spa in the hotel was also for extra fee. Gorgeous food, top service, adequate prices, makes you not look for a different place in the city.

Breakfast ok. The decor of the rooms looks as if time had stopped. The air conditioning was outdated and did not function well. Overall, this is a very good place for people who come to spend one day at the thermal baths.

It was absolutely perfect for us for two days. Breakfast is a bit cheap, but the room was perfectly adequate, the bed was very comfortable.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy and the a/c started leaking but the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can get a free ticket to the arboretum not far, also it is close to the castle. There is a square with a beautiful fountain next to it with cafes and restaurants.

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend in Sárvár! The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful, saving food for us when we arrived late on the first night. The Neo restaurant has an arrangement with the hotel for dinner, it is a smart place and the food is good. The studio room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel in the centre of town. Rooms are clean, prices are ok, food is very tasty.

I have only been in the restaurant. Food is just great, really good quality for the price. Most of the food comes in a big amount, mine was quite mediumish. The service was extremely fast, 2 main dishes in 10!! Minutes. Waiters and waitresses are kind but don't seem too happy. Overall... I have been in better places but this is a good restaurant, indeed.

We've only tried the restaurant but it surpassed all our expectations. Amazing place for a day out with the kids. There are many animals, is an enjoyable and peaceful place and the best is that is for free to come and see them.

On vacation without the kids this was the perfect small homey hotel in Sárvár. A small spa area with saunas, gym, an indoor hottub and an outdoor pool. Due to the hotel's small size we usually had the pool to our selves, once there were two more in the pool. A bonus was that the hotel was next to the botanic garden and had its own (free) entrance to it so in practice they have a huge beautiful garden...

Location of the hotel is close to town center and also to thermal spas. Food is absolutely fantastic! Approach of the hotel staff is realy nice, friendly and professional. Rooms are well equipped and air conditioned. Wellness, saunas and yakuzi are very good too! Also Covid-19 measurements are on very high level. Highly recommended!

Located in a very beautiful, peaceful environment, a real rest for the soul. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and well equipped. I was pleased to find hand sanitizers on several sites that could be used during this period. The menu was very good, the food was delicious and very plentiful. It is most probably the best place for stay in Sarvar. The rooms are big, they have nice view. Parking for free and air conditioning is also available. Rooms are cleaned daily - what a perfect service! The Hotel stuff is extremely nice and they are able to speak English and German and also some Czech. Hard to find a better accommodation in Sarvar. They are also able to recommend you some places to...

If you like to get a bit unattached from the vibe of the 21st century, this is the place for you. Close enough to Sárvár or Szombathely to have a dinner, but far enough to suffer from the disturbance. It's on the edge of a forest with the nicest host to be found and some super home-like rooms.

The accommodation is run by a very nice family, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the garden is nicely arranged. It is located in the center of the city, yet the neighborhood is quiet. In the morning, the bell is often rung somewhere nearby, but the children do not wake up.

It's a nice place to stay. The prices are very good not too high and it has everything what you need. The Rooms are big enough and looks really pretty. The Apartment has everything what you need and it is at a very good price. We will come back soon, for sure!

We loved this place. Everything is quite basic, but not in a cheap way just reduced to the essence. The location does not have a lot of traffic but you can reach everything on foot easily. It took us 15 min to walk to the thermal bath, everything else is closer than that. The breakfast consists of bread, freshly prepared eggs and ham, just vegans may find it a bit lacking.

Den před odjezdem byla zrušena rezervace, s tím, že nám ji zabukovali v rezidenci Onyx,tím pádem hodnocení se vztahuje na ONYX,vše super,postele pohodlné, vybavení apartmánu 1*, konvice, toustovač, příbory, nádobí. Sice jsme toho moc nevyužili, ale vím, že až sem pojedu příště,tak zvolím ONYX.

Nice clean accommodation, with a very kind and informative receptionist, good location close to the spa. You have to leave the accommodation at 11:00, which is a positive, but you can only have breakfast until 9:30. What we noticed was that the heating was operating quite sparingly, but it wasn't a problem for us yet.

Nice, clean rooms, small balcony, refrigerator, air conditioning, nice staff! My husband and I spent 2 nights here, we were satisfied with everything.

Breakfast is cramped and cold, dry (e.g. scrambled eggs). You have to pay extra for coffee. We were not informed that the gate works with a code. The horrible Sárvár radio (which fools the people) is blaring at breakfast!

At the time of our visit, the place had just been renovated, unfortunetly no warning was given when we have booked. The restaurant was closed, the building had to be locked by self, there was no reception (this is 4 star hotel?). The street front rooms are very noisy. The spa is a short walk away and there are many restaurants nearby. The next time we go to Sárvár, we will only book here. :)

Beautiful place. We stay at Eva panzio for one week. Our accommodations was very clean, quite and absolutely excellent breakfast with no limitations. Sarvar spa are located right across the street. Thank you Eva for your great hospitality. We will see you next year again. Tatiana

The lady was nice to wait for us 45 min after check in time. The place is old fashioned but furniture includes everything you need, very clean, plus fridge inside the room though kitchen is available in the common area. No cooking facilities in the room. Our room was small, right at the main road, noisy even at night. 42 EUR for 1 night stay included breakfast for 2 ( was ok), parking spot, wifi. Close...
