Great staff and service.
Our first holiday abroad with children in this hotel and the adjacent spa was great. :)
PS: Please improve the quality of plain boiled potatoes and mashed potatoes. During our stay in August this year, these basic side dishes were not good.

I had an issue with air conditioning but the hotel attended the next day, food in breakfast is the same every day nevertheless there's a lot of options

The worst hotel with 4 stars that I ever see. We wait for maintence of air condition for 2 days, they have swimming pools and baths but the staff on this pools are horrible they DO NOT HELP, and don't interested what is going in pools, they are still looking in their mobile, of someone don't believe, I have Pictures where everybody can see how they work. Every where is dirty.
Housekeeping comes at 8 am and only ask in hungarian(here nobody never hears english or other normal language) about towels, they do not clean rooms, so you have always dirty room.
The only nice person is in hotel reception, but I think it is not enough for this price. Cheaper and better hotels you will find in Greece, Spain, Italy, Austria, everywhere I think. It is stronie especially this hotel is ParkInn by Radisson, I thought that guarantee good quality, I was wrong. At The end few words about food and waiters, you have no chance to find waiter when you need, also in all inclusive option, there are a long que for food

Absolutely amazing services. Whatever you ask they do anything what they can to solve that. The Hotel is clean, well equipped. The Spa is nex to the Hotel what ypu can achieve through a closed corridor. The Hotel's restaurant is brilliant day by day. Animators are available for children every day with different programs. We have been going there every year for 3 years so I can only recommend it.

Thank you for nice holiday with 2 small childerns. Very nice service, fenomenal Spa and great food. Mediterean food was good, but local cusine was best.
