I visited this hotel about a year ago, I was not disappointed, the standard offered was as highly as my first visit…the cleanliness of the hotel is noticeable, room,public areas and the wellness,service offered by staffs is excellent..thanks for 2 relaxing days after busy work.

This is an awesome hotel. Clean, welcoming, convenient to Hortobágy, Zemplén and other areas are within an hour or so. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice decor and new. The buffet breakfast is great - has gluten free and healthy options. The dinners buffets are similarly varied and there’s something for everyone. We can’t say enough about this place - what you see is what you get. Would come back...

very clean, comfortable room...I enjoyed the service all-round from the moment when we arrived until departure..I will return, as well as recommend to friends and colleagues...I only stayed one night, enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffet..

As usual everything was excellent. Friendly and helpfull staff (solved problem with reservetion and guest count verry quickly and without any doubts), comfy and clean rooms and excelent food. Everything you can expect from a stay was fulfilled... Will return back again

We had a great stay at this hotel, everything was great, the hotel and rooms are new, the breakfast and dinner is great, the staff is superfriendly and professional. Our daughter loved to spend a few hours in the pool / welness area to end each day. So to summarize we were very happy with our stay here.

Super place, super place! The service leaves nothing to be desired after mqga! As soon as I can try it several times, already in the accommodation hall, maybe I can form a 5 star opinion! Definitely an outstanding place to host the area!

Jacuzzi not working, room smelled like cigar, pingpong table in bad condition, sauna turned off, staff not so helpful. Basically, most of the interesting facilities, were not available.

The hotel, the personnel, the wellness area and the kitchen is very nice, but overall it has some unpleasant flaws. On the first night of our stay they hosted a wedding which made the service slow and the selection poor (one soup and one main course only). The second evening was fine, overall a good selection and nice service. The management could have compensated this (and the loud music until 6 AM...

It was a nice, very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. It is just a short walk into the town square or a hike up to the mast for a great view of the area. It was during the heatwave, but the hotel was a good temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful.

If you are introvert thn this ia the best hostel for you. as a international student E6 is dedicated to the international (scholarship holder) and Uni hotel for sekf paying and research scholars. As a traveller it's a very good hotek with a unique view just infront of the Stadium.

I really liked this place :) very simple, clean, it has 24h reception service, there is an affordable café right next to the hotel with a simple but delicious menu, even coffee is rather tolerable :) I can only recommend staying here.

The hotel is very well suited, near the university, but in a quite place. Miskolctapolca is easily approachable from here, by bus, or car. The hotel rooms are spacious, you can even cook in the apartments. You have possibilites for massage too. The bar have nice drinks too. You can even eat there, its not like a michelin star restaurant, but the dishes are tasty, and the prices arent in the sky neither...

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, however difficult access to internal parking in the backyard. Nice and rich breakfasts, good assistance from the front desk service. Restaurant offer was not that attractive so we chose a different option for a dinner nearby

We spent 3 nights in this modern 4stars wellness hotel. Our room was on the second floor but there’s lift. Everything was all right, clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly, the buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious and we had a great choice. We spent hours in the wellness section, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna. They were free and we got extra massage for resonable price...

I just spent two nights at Fortuna Hotel. My room was small but clean and I had everything that I needed. The staff was so nice. They assisted me in every way..bringing me my laundry..bringing me the most delicious meals. I sad to have to leave!

It is beyond expectations. It's not really only 3 stars, I've seen 4 star locations in the same city that were far below this location. Very kind and friendly staff. Attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend.

A very pleasant stay at Andrássy. The rooms are spacious and the facilities around the hotel excellent - especially the spa, which is definitely the highlight. The food provided as part of board at Talu was tremendous, well deserving of its Michelin recommendation. All interactions with staff were warm and friendly, but I want to pay special mention to Lilla at the reception who was tremendously helpful...

We had a pleasant stay, but it didn’t quite feel like the 5-star standard you would expect in Hungary. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the spa area is well designed, but some details were disappointing. For example, there was a coffee machine in the room, but no capsules provided. Stayed here for a friends wedding, the facilities are really good. The rooms are lovely and the different pools and saunas are really nice but, for them to claim that this is a 5 star hotel the service was definitely not there for me, and sadly it tainted the whole experience. At check in we never got a welcome debrief of where everything was what time breakfast and dinner service is what the spa offered...

The staff is very nice but they weren't really at the height of the situation .... It can be chosen from the breakfast menu (we would have been happier with a buffet breakfast if we had half board ....) and the amount is not enough to last us until dinner. Dinner .... I would rate it at all about 4.4 because we had to wait more than a hour. If I only rate the food only then it is 4.8. The cause of the 0.2 deduction is that the portions weren't that big(or maybe just mine, because others were ok with the size). The service was perfect. Prices start at 4400 HUF. A nice hotel with a good location. Very close to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Very little noise from the street/other guests. Breakfast was okay with a couple of different options. The sauna was nice too, although the floor was a bit dirty. Be aware that the sauna is not only for hotel guests, though. We had a great Family stay in this hotel. Location is fantastic, room furniture is bit older but clean. Wellness part needs some improvement but still we enjoyed it. The best here is the stuff which is always very nice and helpful and also tasty meel they serve for breakfast and dinner.

We chose the hotel for its location, 2 minutes from the bath cave, and we did not regret the decision. The staff was very friendly, the room was large and clean, the small June and the dinner were very varied. We did not manage to enjoy the hotel spa, given the fact that we only stayed one day, but we will definitely return.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms and kind staff. They have a great indoor wellness so you can try it even if the weather is cold outside. The thermal spa is a short walk from the hotel. We like the room but I missed my balcony. But let it be the biggest problem I recommend to stay here.

Nice place nearby to the cave bath. A little bit weird view from the window to the hill, but cozy place with comfortable bed and really good breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Worth its price. Especially if you're going to the cave bath.

The hotel itself is not very appealing not the rooms themselves, recommended only if you spend minimal amount of time inside. The staff was nice and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious in my opinion, so I'm giving 4 stars (but the room itself does not deserve more than 3).

The rooms are very dated in design and the furniture is clearly very well worn. My bedsheets were moist upon arrival and they felt very uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Not to mention the lack of AC was almost unbearable due to the ongoing heatwave during the time of my visit. Staff seemed nice, though I didn't run into them much. The food was good in my opinion. I don't regret buying the dinner...

Great value for money. Ask for Jozsi's scrambled eggs for breakfast :-P And Mád is the center point to all Tokaj region. Must see.
