It was an excellent experience. Everything was very nice and clean. They have a beautiful garden and location is very close to the lake. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. Nevertheless stuff is very friendly. If you want to spend a few days and to relax , then don´t miss this place! For sure that I will come back next year

Absolutely first class hotel. Family run. Spotlessly clean. Spacious room. Gorgeous private gardens. This is how a hotel should be run and such hotels are hard to find. I think we will no longer stay in four star hotel chains but look for three star family run places. It's really good here.

Stayed with young children in August. Air conditioned room with balcony, nice big garden the kids could run around in, although not much play equipment for small ones. We spent 3 nights here, the place is absolutely fine! The pool is great, the breakfast was also absolutely good (several types of meats, cheese, vegetables, hot dogs, pastries). The room was small, but clean, and since we only went up to sleep, it was perfect! The staff is very kind and helpful, I can only recommend the hotel! Tesco, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance!

When you put it in context everything was ok. Decent, simple, amenities not too new. But good breakfast and close to the lake. Nice parking lot. The only thing that bothered us was a total lack of information in at least English tempting e-menu for dinner? Sure, if you speak Hungarian. But the place was good overall.

Location is fantastic. It is only few minutes away from train station on foot, few minutes away from the beach, few minutes away from the restaurants. It has its own restaurant as well. Breakfast was ok. Room was really clean.

Good place, close to Tihany on the South side of Balaton. Room ok with the frigde. Rich breakfast but everything was cold.

The stuff was very helpful and kind, it has great facilities, jakuzzi, table tennis and well equiped for children.

Nice place, with a really fine sauna and steam cabin. The rooms are big enough with nice cubboards. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, which can be problematic in summer. The walls are also very thin.If you get a room next to a family with little children you can only sleep when they do.

I was here for a mathematical psychology seminar, and we were very well taken care of at Jogar Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quite relaxed about having 35 students in the hotel, playing in the game room until late evening. We felt welcomed and treated well as guests. Everything was clean and the food was… memorable. I highly recommend

It's really close to the lake and also has a pool, table tennis, kicker etc. The breakfast isn't something special, but the service is great and as soon as something runs out, they bring new food.

We were here only one night but received only positive emotions. The biggest pluses from us: 1) for the location: not far from the highway (it is easy to find this place + gas station on your way) 2) amazing air as the hotel is close to the lake 3) playground with trampoline and children's room with different games (just necessary when you are traveling with 3 children:)) 4) restaurant is open 16....

You need to take couple minutes of walk to get to the leak shore. And when the it's off season restaurants are 5 min walk away. I think it's great place to come in the summer to enjoy the lake and the parties.

Great place. It's directly at the main promenade where there's serious nightlife. Who wants a quiet place should not choose this. Staff is helpful but no english spoken. The pool is great and everything very clean. The restaurant offers western food. Not for local food lovers. Oberall we were satisfied.

The hotel is ok with it's facilities, but the noise and lack of acces make it not a good fit for me. It is probably a good hotel for teenagers, but not anyone else. The breakfast is not bad but still mediocre and is held in the pizza bar that is at the ground floor.

It has been a few times that I stayed here. A very nice hotel in Siófok. It’s very close to the train station and minutes away from the main walking street and the beach. The hotel is quiet, clean, safe and well maintained. Breakfast is somewhat okay. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The price is reasonable and staff are very helpful. I totally recommend this hotel 100%!

Nice modern hotel. Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. There was a good working AC in the room, so the high temperature wasn’t a problem. There was a train station nearby, so sometimes there was some noise from passing trains and announcements, but with some earplugs this wasn’t a problem at all during the night.

Most of the employees speak English and are really corteous. The hotel is located quite close to the beach, the breakfast is delicious and you can choose between quite a few different things. We're young so it's really nice that right in front of it are some bars and a ferry wheel. In the evening it's a bit loud when you go to bed early but nevertheless you get a good night's sleep.

Great location in the town center near all the restaurants and bars. Hotel is located on the beach next to Lake Balaton. It has it's own beach, access through the main entrance for the guests. Sunbeds can be booked. Room was a bit basic, bathroom sink was very small. Mattress was ok,had a good sleep. Only complaint I would have, that it stunk a bit, like someone fried fish in the room,I think smell...

Older but renovated hotel with direct beach access. This is the major reason we stayed here. Location is also great as it's close to most major attractions and restaurant.

My husband was here business and I accompanied him.  The hotel was in an excellent location and I rented a bike on 2 occasions to see the sites:  Tihany Abbey and Church, pleasure boat trip on Lake Balaton and a tour of the city.  The food was good and I was able to select a healthy variety at breakfast and dinner.  The desserts were excellent!  I had a great massage and used the swimming pool regularly...

This hotel is going through a renovation floor by floor. If you get a new floor (floors 2 or 3) then you will be very happy. If you get an old floor then it ranges from adequate to very dated. Overall this location is fantastic being on the Tihany shore with a private beach and a lovely pool.
