When you put it in context everything was ok. Decent, simple, amenities not too new. But good breakfast and close to the lake. Nice parking lot. The only thing that bothered us was a total lack of information in at least English tempting e-menu for dinner? Sure, if you speak Hungarian. But the place was good overall.

"I don't usually write reviews, but now I will..... 😁Because I am very satisfied with the staff, the accommodation😉!! The staff is young, flexible, helpful😘!! The room was good, modern but clean, the main advantage is that it is air-conditioned 👍!! The breakfast buffet was great, a few minutes walk from the beach, the port, and a Tesco express 😁😂!! I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND A MY LITTLE DAUGHTER LOVED IT TOO!!"

Location is fantastic. It is only few minutes away from train station on foot, few minutes away from the beach, few minutes away from the restaurants. It has its own restaurant as well. Breakfast was ok. Room was really clean.

Good place, close to Tihany on the South side of Balaton.

We could occupy the room first, in return they didn't even look at what they were handing over.
Mirror was missing from the bathroom, in one of the night lamps the burner was not burning, air conditioning was not working, just circulating, dripping air conditioning dripped down the balcony of the next room, which made it impossible to sleep, the lamp above the bathroom was half torn when we plugged in a cable. For breakfast, only a spreading knife was given, not a regular knife to cut a bun / croissant. Bonus: in the shower, the hose was disgustingly clean rust and the holder was removed, which is there in the photos when the accommodation is confirmed, but it's really just icing on the cake ...
Remedying some of our complaints with a slap in the face and speaking out from the receptionist - who is also the owner of the hotel - was very difficult, although they were lied to by the climate, it is good how much trouble we have already, what we imagine. Finally, the non-gentleman owner said, if there are so many problems, let us out. Instead of giving a frequent apology and possible compensation because we were annoyed by not doing our good thing in the course of 2 days, we would have been happy if everything was okay, but unfortunately it wasn’t, he wasn’t even willing to hand over the complaint book. I would have preferred not to have paid for the accommodation because we didn’t get what they confirmed, but a run-down room full of bugs, problems and a spoiled vacation! This happened 1 year ago, and it has been annoying ever since what attitude this individual has shown. If everything is beautiful and good, will we smile, if there is already a problem, will we become a jerk? Shame on you from here too! We didn't get what we paid for.

I don’t usually write opinions but I can’t go without a word for development! We were for the first time last year and we were so pleased that this year we chose this hotel as well. When we arrived again with our almost 2-year-old little girl, I was surprised that instead of last year’s small play corner, there was a larger playroom. There were new decorations in the yard that occupied the child perfectly well. The reception and dining area have also improved a lot. The staff was not unknown, most of them were familiar from last year and they brought the same maximum and kindness as when we first visited here. The breakfast was good, especially the cake was very delicious, not even beat to make up. Dinner was also delicious. I can filter mainly from the fact that my very picky child lived well every night. I think we will stay at this accommodation next year because I am curious about further development!

The stuff was very helpful and kind, it has great facilities, jakuzzi, table tennis and well equiped for children.

Everything was ok room bright wifi ok in room breakfast ok .spacious place down to play drink ect if raining except the bed too low and not enough large and need more comfortable mattress!.
