Why do u reply in Hebrew when I write in English? I don’t understand your response in Hebrew. Can u make an effort to accept different languages on your reply? It’s not productive or consumer friendly. Bad leadership and worse management.

What a lovely hotel! I stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed it from the Moment I stepped foot in the hotel! Staff were lovely especially Max the Receptionist who was very professional and suggested all the best spots that should be visited in the city. I am definitely looking forward to be staying at your hotel next time I visit Israel 😄
Great Location, Excellent Service, but Rooms Need Some Refreshing
The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around the city very convenient. While the building and rooms do feel a bit outdated and slightly neglected, the overall experience was very positive thanks to the attentive and professional staff. The facilities were well-maintained, and the food was excellent throughout our stay....
The rooms were quite good. Breakfast was lavish, the location and the ambiance were all amazing. Staffs were well trained and hospitable.
I visited the Leonardo and was delighted by the hotel and atmosphere, the front desk was so helpful and Adi was so helpful, and gave me great tips, the Negev experience was better because of this hotel and I recommend people visiting in Israel and visiting the south to stay here
