I visited the Leonardo and was delighted by the hotel and atmosphere, the front desk was so helpful and Adi was so helpful, and gave me great tips, the Negev experience was better because of this hotel and I recommend people visiting in Israel and visiting the south to stay here

This hotel made my trip. I came from New York looking for a retreat in a different part of Israel because I've seen most of the country at this point. Highly recommned for those looking for relaxing, fresh take on the south. The staff is incredible and shout out to Adi from the front desk who made everything so much easier and gave us the best references.

MY STAY WAS GREAT, THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND ADI AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL ESPECIALLY, THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND HAS NICE ROOMS, WILL FOR SURE GO AGAIN, BEST HOTEL IN THE NEGEV, BEER SHEVA BEST AREA AND I LIKE THE SPA AT THE HOTEL AND FRONT DESK WORKERS

Very bad experience, try to look for other alternatives if you do not want big disappointment . blocked shower , not clean does not worth the money , very old hotel , need to wait long time for simple service keep yourself a way from that hotel of can be named like that l

The Israeli breakfast was included in the room fee, and was excellent. Indeed, I only needed one other meal for the rest of the day,
The servioce people were excellent. I used the laundry service which was prompt and efficient.

Disliked · 1. For the biggest 5 stars hotel in town the experience was very disappointing.
2.Upon check-in.there was no toothpaste, toothebrush and slippers in the room .. we had to ask for them
3.The A/C in the room stopped to work by itself several times .
4.The breakfast lack variety that is found in a 5 star hotel .
5.There is no Iron inside the room , and you have to search for Ironing rooms that are scattered on different floors .. which were closed or broken most of the times (and you need to go and find them yourself .. such a waste of time)
6.The water in the bathtub didn't drain proberly.(which means when you step in the shower, water from the previous tenant present).

Not great. Outdated, in dire need of renovation and a good cleaning. Some of the staff a very helpful and engaged but others are not at all. Throughout the week that we stayed the reception often only had 1 open counter although there were multiple employees there (and a couple of guests who needed something),
Many parties/celebrations with loud guests, no available parking on 3 out of 5 days. Breakfast was bad. Cannot recommend.

Rooms are very comfortable and pool is Ok.

The hotel is very clean. The people are very friendly. The price is higher than our hotel in Tel Aviv and much less luxurious. There should be a discount for the breakfast on Sabbath, because the options are much more limited.
