Very nice guys Dima and Zhenya. The room is clean, but there is no hair dryer, at night it is very noisy from the visitors of the cafe downstairs and from street transport.

I like the simplicity of the room and property generally. The staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly.

The owner was very nice and called in advance to ask us when we would arrive! Prepare your room in advance! Turn on the air conditioner in advance! We lost our transportation card, and with the help of the shop owner, we successfully found a place to get a replacement! I am very grateful to have met many helpful people along the way! more blessing!

A hotel for people looking for a homely and family atmosphere. Hotel from 1930, very friendly staff. Was given a choice of room upon check in. The room was clean. The room has towels and shampoo. The hotel was centrally located and a great location for the cruise port. We arrived a little early and the staff was very accommodating with getting us a room with an extra bed. When we go back we will definitely be staying there again. Had an espresso maker in the lobby which was a plus!

A new lovely hotel located at Stela Maris st. In Haifa at the foot of the Bahai gardens. The location is perfect and so is everything about this hotel: comfy rooms, clean and spacious. Lovely atmosphere and testy food.

I didn't have high expectations, and was eventually surporised for the better- nice early 20th century decorated, very nice rooms- don't expect sea view. the room is equipped with a minibar, coffee corner, dafe deposit box, air-conditioning (of course...). The bathroom is equiped with hair dryer, amenities and the shower has rain head and regular hosed-head. Breakfast is rich and nice- the only setback...

A superb all around service and a very stylishe interior design. I can only recommend. The breakfast is also very good with a broad selection of international and local dishes. Will go there this summer again. cant wait :)

The Bay Hotel resides in a beautiful historical building, fully renovated in a style that matches its origins. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from restaurants and bars, 3 minutes walk from the Karmelit subway, with easy parking right on the street. Highly Recommended :-)

I highly recommend everyone Bay Club Boutique Hotel, it's a gorgeous place, staff is very friendly and speak good English. They offer a free wonderful Happy Hour with wine tasting. We had a few issues but the msnger solved them in a professional way. Definitely it's a 5 stars place!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I defiantly would recommend this place. Added this boutique hotel to my list of favorite hotels among very few in Haifa. Loved its design, comfortable room and a really good bed in addition to a pleasant atmosphere.

We loved the hotel. The attendant was very nice, the room was large and very clean and the building has a traditional feel. It's well located and the employee doesn't stay overnight, but you have access to the electronic key. There is also space to park your car in front of the hotel.

Charming little hotel. Excellent location in a safe walkable neighborhood. A lot of cafes and restaurants around as well as small parks. The room are spacious, clean, many nice touches like a bath robe. My fourth time here. Surely will be back

Big room with a big bathroom. Very good service. Coffee machine in the room and in the lobby all free. Free wine and oranges in the lobby. Side access to the nearby gardens and zoo. Very clean rooms and good maintenance. Comfortable beds. Recommend for couples.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a memorable stay in Haifa. it is very confidently located. It actually has private parking onsite and they do not charge you for it!!! Which is just amazing. It is really boutique as it only has 16 rooms. We were in a couple different rooms. Room #16 is a large room on the top floor. Loved it. Quiet. Roomy. Our room was comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was terrific. There was so much to eat and it was all delicious. Of all the hotels in Haifa, this was a really great choice.

When I called the villa Wednesday night at 9:30 the phone transferred to the hotel manager Isaac at his home . When he understood ai had no where to sleep he guided me through the security system into the drawer in Réception where the master key was “ hidden “ to room 13 . This hotel is far from being 4 stars. The photos on the booking website do not reflect reality. The standard room is tiny, unattractive, and in serious need of renovation. The bathroom is terrible (as shown in the photos I posted in my review) its door doesn’t even close properly. The only two positive aspects are the location and the helpful, friendly receptionist.

Not a typical hotel. Not what we expected. We only spent one night before a cruise. The set up is more like a guest house. It is spread between 2 buildings. Will caution that You must be able to climb stairs with luggage for rooms in the second building. Not certain if there's an elevator. The buildings are old with renovated rooms. Rooms are clean. Hot water works. Slept poorly due to noise and music...

Friendly and helpful staff helped make this a pleasant stay. The location is in a nice walkable area with a bus stop right outside of the hotel. The bargan rate hotel is next to one of the best value restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Our room was up one and a half flights of stairs so not good for handicap people or anyone who has heavy luggage....

Best location, cleanest and worth value. This is not my first time in Templers but always have new experience better than previous. It’s at the best location in Haifa which you can do you business meetings around, take a tour at any spare time and eat best food around it.

Great mid price boutique hotel in the prime location, renovated, very helpful staff at front desk, and immediately next door to the best restaurant in Haifa - Fattoush. It doesnt have a pool but we wanted just to sleep and shower and enjoy the city. Will def be back if we need to stay in Haifa again. Located in the German colony with many restaurants close by and a 10 minute stroll from the Central station this is an ideal hotel to stay at when exploring Haifa. While the photo shoot of the hotel have been cleverly framed the hotel is convenient, the staff were friendly and informative and the room was very clean, spacious and quiet considering proximity to bars and restaurants. Welcoming and Wonderful George here at Tamer Guest House was as helpful and welcoming as we could have wished for. When he found out our luggage was delayed, he went out of his way to drive us into town to go shopping for any needs we might have and provide anything that we could need. Hospitality, at its finest!

the view is very great and the host is nice. near the highway so it is a bit noisy but I am fine with that after a long day trip.

Bit of a challenge to find the hotel on GPS. The hotel blends in with all the building adjunct and the location is located facing a side street. My Google maps and Apple went haywire into Haifa so drivers beware. Service was very friendly and the staff is only available till 3pm. Great place to stay in Haifa. Restaurants close by and free parking in lot across from hotel. Breakfast selection small but tasty. Hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful.

the problem is that the stuff smoking all the time, even inside the lobby. and if you order a room - DO NOT order it with breakfast.

The room was quite large but, in comparison, the bathroom was very small and cramped. It is ideally located in the downtown area of Haifa with excellent dining options around. The hotel did not have double glazing and there was quite a bit of road noise even though we were on the 6th floor.

We have rarely visited Haifa, and this was only a one- night stay, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The location was fabulous, near the tayelet (promenade) and lots of kosher restaurants and coffee shops. The room was large and comfortable and clean, and I would be delighted to stay here again

the way hospitality should be the hosting experiene was perfect , pleasnat crew , prime location with access to main location easily , short drive to the excuisite local market with its great restaurant. the room was large clean and very well maintained . we had a greta time .

The hotel is in a great location and has a charming boutique vibe. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight, and the massage by Dudu was absolutely amazing. However, there was a short delay at check-in, with no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes, leaving guests waiting confused. Once the receptionist arrived, she was friendly and helpful.

Moshe is a gentle man of high character most welcoming and helpful; accomdating as my 79yr old brother was sick while visiting here. I had many delightful conversations with him....May Hashem continue to bless and prosper Moshe

Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. There is nothing about “Designed” about this property, is just a ran down building converted in small rooms. No elevators and hallway are extremely hot. Room does not have any closed or any furniture to put clothes on. No soap, Kleenex, coffee, only the bare minimum.

Ok for a short stay Apartment was in a proper condition. It would be good if it had a closet though. Also, for some reason (never explained) our room wasn’t made after the first night. We stayed there for three nights.

I've been there once before, it only has 4 rooms and each of the rooms is different. The rooms are nice. The location is excellent right in the middle of the German colony. The place is purely for accommodation and sleeping. Fair price although it could be cheaper.
