Definitely the best hotel in Haifa. Everything was great including the service, facilities, room, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. I stayed here, while on a Israel tour, with the Sar-El tour company. What a beautiful room. Great Shower and towels, view, closet space, coffee counter, table with mirror, room size. Dinner and breakfast buffets were wonderful. Dining staff were polite. Interesting, efficient elevator system. Very welcoming staff, and help with luggage. Free wi-fi was satisfactory. 👍

Decent rooms but need an upgrade. Furniture is old and the mattresses are hard. Location is excellent right next to the beach. Indoor pool and quite clean and safe. Restaurant is decent but the food selection is minimal. Biggest issue is price. Quite expensive for what it is.

The location is good but i wish it had direct access to the beach, Our room had a spectacular view over the beach and a corner balcony. The lobby employees provided great, and breakfast was excellent. My room was nice size, we had a great time here during my first visit to Haifa, part business part vacation. higly recommend.

The Bay Hotel resides in a beautiful historical building, fully renovated in a style that matches its origins. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from restaurants and bars, 3 minutes walk from the Karmelit subway, with easy parking right on the street. Highly Recommended :-)

I highly recommend everyone Bay Club Boutique Hotel, it's a gorgeous place, staff is very friendly and speak good English. They offer a free wonderful Happy Hour with wine tasting. We had a few issues but the msnger solved them in a professional way. Definitely it's a 5 stars place!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I defiantly would recommend this place. Added this boutique hotel to my list of favorite hotels among very few in Haifa. Loved its design, comfortable room and a really good bed in addition to a pleasant atmosphere.

All in all a decent stay. Rooms are a bit small but nice views of the bay. Breakfast is pretty awesome. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 4 star rather, 3 star at best. Room amenities were severely lacking—mini fridge is not stocked, no iron or ironing board. They do have off site laundry service which was helpful- but nearly $100 for a few articles to be washed.

Basic hotel, nothing to write home about. Location is very central; convenient for guests arriving by train. Efficient service. Room cleanliness could be improved slightly, and my single-bed guestroom could have been a bit bigger. Stayed in early October 2016, single room,no breakfast.

Beautiful view from our room! Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. Clean. Bountiful breakfast spread, juicer for making fresh orange juice, cheeses of all varieties, pastries, desserts, meats, salads, yogurts, eggs and they make eggs to order - right by the promenade and above the Baha’i gardens. Close to restaurants and groceries.

The location is close to public transportation and walkable distance to an area with pubs and restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and make sure to immediately take care of your needs. The rooms offer a nice view of Haifa bay. Location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room are clean but water pressure in the bathroom is kind of weak. Great location, German Colony has a large number of restaurants and bars. The view of the gardens just up the beulavard and mountain is amazing. The hotel is nice. Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good. I had some problems with the wifi during my stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good and quiet place to stay in Haifa

As in our previous visits, from the moment we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel like long awaited guests. Yair greeted us with a smile and it felt like coming home. The Marom staff was wonderful, as always. Roy , the new manager is wonderful.

This hotel is just ok. Wifi is not consistent, very small rooms, only limited breakfast items only with egg, mainly they will charge in local currency with the exchange rate & don't accept USDs. But the behavior & support is very nice.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and the food is tasty. Especially the view is nice, especially in the mornings and evenings :). And not far away from the hotel is also a beach, stores and bus / train lines. I can only recommend it despite the standard rooms are a bit small, it's totally enough.

Whilst I did not stay at the hotel I assume the rooms like the rest of the facilities to be at lvl 5. For car drivers there is a large free parking opposite the hotel. The hotel was hosting a number of weddings in one night. So those getting married can consider their venues.

I’ve stayed here a few years ago and was happy with the service. Booked it again needing a place for 1night. In the middle of night my daughter woke up screaming severe pain in the abdomen. Ran down staff incredible called ambulance - came up with them - she just had a baby 4 weeks prior so I had to stay with him while she went to hospital. Everything thing is fine except WiFi issue. While I visited there I faced lot of WiFi issue and finally compromised without WiFi. Apart from that this is nice place to stay.

Over all it’s a good hotel, rooms are lovely. The pool is a bit too small. Breakfast is very good during weekdays but not on Saturday due to kosher restrictions.
