We had a room with a view of the bay which was spacious and comfortable. WiFi was good at all times. We had access to the business lounge. The food at breakfast and dinner was simply outstanding and was beautifully presented.The staff were polite and helpful. Altogether an unforgettable stay (7 days)

We stayed for three nights over the holiday weekend. Everything was perfect and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was really great. I could list everything, but it was all good. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide some type of evening musical entertainment in the lobby, even a piano player.

We were a family of 8 with 2 children. The dining room is modern and spacious. The food presentation is beautiful. The food selection was wide with great first portion and main courses. The deserts included great fresh fruits and parve cakes.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

The Bay Hotel resides in a beautiful historical building, fully renovated in a style that matches its origins. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from restaurants and bars, 3 minutes walk from the Karmelit subway, with easy parking right on the street. Highly Recommended :-)

I highly recommend everyone Bay Club Boutique Hotel, it's a gorgeous place, staff is very friendly and speak good English. They offer a free wonderful Happy Hour with wine tasting. We had a few issues but the msnger solved them in a professional way. Definitely it's a 5 stars place!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I defiantly would recommend this place. Added this boutique hotel to my list of favorite hotels among very few in Haifa. Loved its design, comfortable room and a really good bed in addition to a pleasant atmosphere.

All in all a decent stay. Rooms are a bit small but nice views of the bay. Breakfast is pretty awesome. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 4 star rather, 3 star at best. Room amenities were severely lacking—mini fridge is not stocked, no iron or ironing board. They do have off site laundry service which was helpful- but nearly $100 for a few articles to be washed.

I arrived with friend, Sept. 6-7, 2024. Shared single beds, (bed was for a child (I’m 5ft 11 inches) though hotel said it was adult. Could barely move, While sleeping fell from bed. Room very small for 2 adults. Bathroom, shower big enough for adults. Has parking, but no spaces if late. Bed & breakfast. No restaurant.

The property is charming and cool. The people are friendly. However, I paid extra for breakfast to discover when we got here they don't serve breakfast but give you a voucher to a restaurant nearby (too far in the pouring rain and not kosher). First time for me at this wonderful urban oasis, and I am deeply impressed. The attention to detail is incredible and everything about this place screams high quality and relaxation. It is located two blocks from the main street in Haifa, it's a new hotel with comfortable beds, two terraces, breakfast, and nice staff. The pictures sometimes show an old hotel but that is just the reception, the hotel is brand new with state-of-the-art technology.

Over all it’s a good hotel, rooms are lovely. The pool is a bit too small. Breakfast is very good during weekdays but not on Saturday due to kosher restrictions.

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good. As in our previous visits, from the moment we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel like long awaited guests. Yair greeted us with a smile and it felt like coming home. The Marom staff was wonderful, as always. Roy , the new manager is wonderful.

This hotel is just ok. Wifi is not consistent, very small rooms, only limited breakfast items only with egg, mainly they will charge in local currency with the exchange rate & don't accept USDs. But the behavior & support is very nice.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and the food is tasty. Especially the view is nice, especially in the mornings and evenings :). And not far away from the hotel is also a beach, stores and bus / train lines. I can only recommend it despite the standard rooms are a bit small, it's totally enough.

Whilst I did not stay at the hotel I assume the rooms like the rest of the facilities to be at lvl 5. For car drivers there is a large free parking opposite the hotel. The hotel was hosting a number of weddings in one night. So those getting married can consider their venues.

Ran down staff incredible called ambulance - came up with them - she just had a baby 4 weeks prior so I had to stay with him while she went to hospital. This hotel is far from being 4 stars. The photos on the booking website do not reflect reality. The standard room is tiny, unattractive, and in serious need of renovation. Best location, cleanest and worth value. This is not my first time in Templers but always have new experience better than previous. It’s at the best location in Haifa which you can do you business meetings around, take a tour at any spare time and eat best food around it.

Great mid price boutique hotel in the prime location, renovated, very helpful staff at front desk, and immediately next door to the best restaurant in Haifa - Fattoush.
