Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

We had a room with a view of the bay which was spacious and comfortable. WiFi was good at all times. We had access to the business lounge. The food at breakfast and dinner was simply outstanding and was beautifully presented.The staff were polite and helpful. Altogether an unforgettable stay (7 days)

We stayed for three nights over the holiday weekend. Everything was perfect and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was really great. I could list everything, but it was all good. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide some type of evening musical entertainment in the lobby, even a piano player.

Amazing place. Great food. Well recommended. We stayed in a sea view room and had both bath and stand alone shower. As well we had a self operated TV in the bathroom, something that we never came across before. one of the best hotels I have personally stayed in Israel, worth a visit!

The hotel is going through a renovation with a group of young very helpful staff, super fast wifi installed and all new furnishings inside what at first appears to be an old hotel. They got all the important things right - great showers, comfy new beds, they upgrade for free when they can. And a great location too.

We were a family of 8 with 2 children. The dining room is modern and spacious. The food presentation is beautiful. The food selection was wide with great first portion and main courses. The deserts included great fresh fruits and parve cakes.

However, I paid extra for breakfast to discover when we got here they don't serve breakfast but give you a voucher to a restaurant nearby (too far in the pouring rain and not kosher). It is located two blocks from the main street in Haifa, it's a new hotel with comfortable beds, two terraces, breakfast, and nice staff. The pictures sometimes show an old hotel but that is just the reception, the hotel is brand new with state-of-the-art technology.

Amazing view from multiple sides of the hotel and from the Louis Promenade right outside the hotel. Very near to kosher restaurants and to the Carmelit furnicular to get downtown. The guest house is newly renovated, elegant and in a historic building. As it is a guesthouse, it is simply furnished but the bathrooms are nice and the beds comfortable. Recommended. This is a family owned hotel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have basically everything you need in a hotel room, including coffee and cookies:) there is also a terrace so you can sit outside enjoying evening's chill or have a breakfast. I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease.

This place is a quiet nice place to stay in the center of Haifa. It was very easy to find, and has public transportation to anywhere significant, so we could leave our car at the hotel and go exploring. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable when we asked about different things around the country. Always a nice stay there. They even have a bomb shelter when needed 🙂

Went on a 9 day pilgrimage to the Baha’i gardens in Haifa and this was a great place to be. Whilst I did not stay at the hotel I assume the rooms like the rest of the facilities to be at lvl 5. For car drivers there is a large free parking opposite the hotel. The hotel was hosting a number of weddings in one night. So those getting married can consider their venues.
