We had a room with a view of the bay which was spacious and comfortable. WiFi was good at all times. We had access to the business lounge. The food at breakfast and dinner was simply outstanding and was beautifully presented.The staff were polite and helpful. Altogether an unforgettable stay (7 days)

We stayed for three nights over the holiday weekend. Everything was perfect and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was really great. I could list everything, but it was all good. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide some type of evening musical entertainment in the lobby, even a piano player.

Amazing place. Great food. Well recommended. We stayed in a sea view room and had both bath and stand alone shower. As well we had a self operated TV in the bathroom, something that we never came across before. one of the best hotels I have personally stayed in Israel, worth a visit!

We were a family of 8 with 2 children. The dining room is modern and spacious. The food presentation is beautiful. The food selection was wide with great first portion and main courses. The deserts included great fresh fruits and parve cakes.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

Amazing view from multiple sides of the hotel and from the Louis Promenade right outside the hotel. Very near to kosher restaurants and to the Carmelit furnicular to get downtown. Brilliant breakfast and the hotel also offers dinner for an extra, very reasonable amount. Would come back to stay again.

Hotel has no parking, parking is based on availability around, therefore finding space is challenging.

The Bay Hotel resides in a beautiful historical building, fully renovated in a style that matches its origins. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from restaurants and bars, 3 minutes walk from the Karmelit subway, with easy parking right on the street. Highly Recommended :-)

I highly recommend everyone Bay Club Boutique Hotel, it's a gorgeous place, staff is very friendly and speak good English. They offer a free wonderful Happy Hour with wine tasting. We had a few issues but the msnger solved them in a professional way. Definitely it's a 5 stars place!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I defiantly would recommend this place. Added this boutique hotel to my list of favorite hotels among very few in Haifa. Loved its design, comfortable room and a really good bed in addition to a pleasant atmosphere.

All in all a decent stay. Rooms are a bit small but nice views of the bay. Breakfast is pretty awesome. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 4 star rather, 3 star at best. Room amenities were severely lacking—mini fridge is not stocked, no iron or ironing board. They do have off site laundry service which was helpful- but nearly $100 for a few articles to be washed.

Our room was of a long shape and had an additional pull-out sofa. There was ample tea and coffee although the room lacked a coffee or work table and chair which there was room for. The bed was very comfortable. It was a corner room with two windows in different directions so we had plenty of air. WE enjoy our vacation at the domus hotel very much, the service was great especially YULIA, the manager also the rest of the stuff, we got a very special atmosphere and they did the best with a smile to make us feel at home. This hotel is far from being 4 stars. The photos on the booking website do not reflect reality. The standard room is tiny, unattractive, and in serious need of renovation. The bathroom is terrible (as shown in the photos I posted in my review) its door doesn’t even close properly. The only two positive aspects are the location and the helpful, friendly receptionist.

Not a typical hotel. Not what we expected. We only spent one night before a cruise. The set up is more like a guest house. It is spread between 2 buildings. The bargan rate hotel is next to one of the best value restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Best location, cleanest and worth value. This is not my first time in Templers but always have new experience better than previous. It’s at the best location in Haifa which you can do you business meetings around, take a tour at any spare time and eat best food around it.

Marom hotel is not a new hotel, but it's well maintained, and the service in the hotel is great. As a guest, I felt the extra mile done by the staff, and that the service was really good. I had some problems with the wifi during my stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good and quiet place to stay in Haifa

As in our previous visits, from the moment we walked into the hotel, we were made to feel like long awaited guests. Yair greeted us with a smile and it felt like coming home. The Marom staff was wonderful, as always. Roy , the new manager is wonderful.

This hotel is just ok. Wifi is not consistent, very small rooms, only limited breakfast items only with egg, mainly they will charge in local currency with the exchange rate & don't accept USDs. But the behavior & support is very nice.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and the food is tasty. Especially the view is nice, especially in the mornings and evenings :). And not far away from the hotel is also a beach, stores and bus / train lines. I can only recommend it despite the standard rooms are a bit small, it's totally enough.

Whilst I did not stay at the hotel I assume the rooms like the rest of the facilities to be at lvl 5. For car drivers there is a large free parking opposite the hotel. The hotel was hosting a number of weddings in one night. So those getting married can consider their venues.

I’ve stayed here a few years ago and was happy with the service. Booked it again needing a place for 1night. In the middle of night my daughter woke up screaming severe pain in the abdomen. Ran down staff incredible called ambulance - came up with them - she just had a baby 4 weeks prior so I had to stay with him while she went to hospital. I had to book another night so I can stay in the room with...

Everything thing is fine except WiFi issue. While I visited there I faced lot of WiFi issue and finally compromised without WiFi. Apart from that this is nice place to stay.

We have rarely visited Haifa, and this was only a one- night stay, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The location was fabulous, near the tayelet (promenade) and lots of kosher restaurants and coffee shops. The room was large and comfortable and clean, and I would be delighted to stay here again

The hotel is in a great location and has a charming boutique vibe. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight, and the massage by Dudu was absolutely amazing. However, there was a short delay at check-in, with no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes, leaving guests waiting confused. Once the receptionist arrived, she was friendly and helpful.
