While the location was nice the room was very dirty. Only after I complained twice, the second time very loudly, my room was cleaned. After that it was kept clean for the rest of my stay. This is certainly one of the nicest hotels in Herzliya. The food was our favorite part. The breakfast and dinners there were absolutely delicious. The one thing about the hotel is that there is quite a range of rooms - some being brand new and others being very out-dated. Just be aware of this when booking because the differences are quite large.

I stayed here for 2 nights in July 2017. This is located right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. It is also located close to some good restaurants. The rooms are nice and tidy and the breakfast served as a buffet is very good. The staff are helpful and customer friendly. It was a good stay.

In winter time you have to pay to use the SPA (inc the indoor swimming pool and gym) that is inside the shizen wing. Recommend that you'll check in advance that you do not have to pay for it.

In comparison with the alternatives it is a better hotel. Clean, calm and a great breakfast. The rooms are small though.

I gave such a low rating because this hotel is dirty! It's dusty, hairs in the sheets, finger prints everywhere. I am staying in a suite and paying alot of money for it yet it's nasty dirty . Breakfast wasn't bad until I saw a bug crawling on the plates . If you are okay with a dirty place this is your place . Otherwise it " looks great" they really need a good cleaning staff

If you're traveling with a pet, NYX is a great choice. The location in Herzliya is absolutely unbeatable. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with a considerable number of options. The restaurants that are nearby are simply stellar, and the proximity to the beach allows for a comfortable walk. We would definitely return.

Herzliya beach is a place where you would like to spend sometime with youself, friends and the nature. It is well maintained one. Fresh water showers to take bath after playing with the waves. Do take towel, a mat, shower gel with you. Lot of restaurants serving veg food.

We stayed at this hotel 3 times as a family of 4 people. We love it as the rooms are decent for a family, the breakfast is tasty, the pool is great and the location works for us. No problem with parking, you can walk to the beach and have guest come over. Staff on site were always nice and helpful.

Great hotel, great price, and great location This is a very nice and convenient hotel in Tel Aviv, but outside the super busy center. Lots of great food options, convenient to buses, and also to the airport. The only thing is that there is only one place for services if you're looking for a synagogue and it's in the medical center.

Let's start with the one and only con thing. Israelis need to pay vat unlike tourists from other place, mentioning that, the rest is positive, care for the small details as shoe brush, knitting kit, in the room, huge tv channel list, very comfy bed, nice view, gym, meeting room with refreshments, office facilities, , tv, couches. Location is suburb of Tel aviv. Parking is 80 for the duration...

Nice hotel, polite staff and very tasty breakfast

The hotel itself is very nice and the reception staff are pleasant. The breakfast is good. But the housekeeping is shocking. My room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon/early evening every day, and then only after I complained that it hadn’t been cleaned and asked for someone to come. When they did come, the cleaning was totally unacceptable. I won’t list all the things that were not done....

Room was filthy. Carpets were not vacuumed. Rubber floor felt tacky. Dirty slippers left in the room. At check in they had given my room to someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes till they. Straightened that out. Parking is outrageously expensive. My reservation confirmed the price included all taxes yet they added tax to my bill. Not a good experience.

Not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are ok but no minibar of fridge to keep water cold. It seems as the hotel has known better times. No atmosphere at rooftop bar with the small swimming pool. Great breakfast at small tables.

The staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying. The rooms are a bit tiny (the classic ones) but it’s totally fine and no complaints about that. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rate the swimming pool because it was rainy, but even without that it was great and I’ll definitely visit here again in the future.

The room was clean but very noisy. The breakfast area looks very nice, but many tables were blocked due to leaks on the roof and the water dropped down. The staff were friendly and some are able to speak German.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They want to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Unfortunately the rooms are tiny and the “sea view” is from afar. For the price, there are other hotels that give you a better location and view with much more space. That said, the staff here are so friendly that it can make your stay worthwhile.

Good hotel for business visits as there’s a shopping mall and a morning food market on Fridays. There’s a very nice gym as well with complimentary access for guests. I tried the Les Mills core. My stay was perfect. My son was in Ichilov and the Vital Hotel was next to the campus. The mall next door was such a convenience and I could easily get what my son and I needed. The hotel is nice clean and in an excellent location. There is coffe and snacks all day at level 12. And breakfast is rich and tasty. The only thing was we had a noise of drillings during the morning that came from next room that was really loud.. rather than that a very convenient hotel.

The room was clean, and they gave us chocolate and water. There is a shopping mall below, with supermarkets and other places to eat. On Fridays, there are many carts selling various local foods in the mall. It is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to get to the beach by taxi.
