A perfect hotel in a perfect location. Clean and tidy with great service, delicious breakfast, lots of character and one very special manager named Tamar who made our stay perfect. This is a very nice, solid mid-range hotel is a nice neighborhood. It's two blocks from the Old Harbor which is great. The room isn't huge but is well appointed and very comfortable- with nice bed and linens. Only issue was that the shower shelf is set up in a way that makes it difficult to move around. Located exactly where we wanted to stay, near "MEZIZIM" beach. Good service, helpful front desk. We stayed only one night but the overall experience was great! Hotel's parking was full (very small space), we parked nearby which was rather expensive. You can park in RIDING's parking at a very reasonable price, which is about 10 min walk

The towels and robes were very scratchy, and I am pretty confident that my masseuse has never received formal instruction for massage. Good hotel for business visits as there’s a shopping mall and a morning food market on Fridays. There’s a very nice gym as well with complimentary access for guests. I tried the Les Mills core. My stay was perfect. My son was in Ichilov and the Vital Hotel was next to the campus. The mall next door was such a convenience and I could easily get what my son and I needed. The hotel is nice clean and in an excellent location. There is coffe and snacks all day at level 12. And breakfast is rich and tasty. The only thing was we had a noise of drillings during the morning that came from next room that was really loud.. rather than that a very convenient hotel.

Miriam And Noah at from desk are wonderful. They should be paid well. And, they should both get bonus payments as they go above and beyond especially for new tourists like us.

Once again we had an incredible experience at Hilton Tel Aviv. Staff are all helpful and really nice. Gold status was recognised with a room upgrade and a gift in the room. This is the best hotel in the area.
