Great location, sea view. Reception is open 24 hours, excellent administrators will tell you everything, help you. Of the minuses there is no kettle, and audibility between the rooms.
excellent location, rooms are clean and well facilitated
Location is excellent near the Tel Aviv port. Hotel us old and run down. Service at the front desk is mediocre
Excellent service by Liza and Yuval. Very helpful and friendly customer service!
very nice hotel great location and great breakfast
The room was clean but very noisy. The breakfast area looks very nice, but many tables were blocked due to leaks on the roof and the water dropped down.
The staff were friendly and some are able to speak German.

While this hotel is in a great location, the room itself isn't so great. * Noise: - A very small room, you can hear everything on your floor- from loud doors closing to 7AM music from your neighbors' rooms. - You can also hear the water from the floor above. - From the street itself you can hear the main road, but it's not too bad as the windows are quite good. * Bathroom: - The toilets weren...
I love this hotel, but the last 2 times we visited there was construction and we couldn’t sleep or enjoy the balcony. The staff is amazing, and they have a nice breakfast, but the rooms are so small and crowded.
Amazing stay , great staff very close to port area.
Magical stay by the sea - highly recommended! We had a truly magical stay at Hotel Yam from the Atlas chain. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and Tel Aviv Port, with all the best cafes and vibes around. The hotel itself is small and intimate, which made the whole experience feel very personal and warm - like a home away from home. The front desk staff was especially kind and...
Great boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv, old port district. We spent four days the rooms are great, but best of all are the staff- friendly, helpful, and going out of their way to make your stay in Tel Aviv a great one!
A perfect hotel in a perfect location. Clean and tidy with great service, delicious breakfast, lots of character and one very special manager named Tamar who made our stay perfect. This is without a doubt the beginning of a wonderful friendship and we will undoubtedly return to stay again and again.

Very nice hotel! It has a great concept and beautiful design. The staff are very kind, and the breakfast is excellent. The pool is small but very comfortable to relax in. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach. However, the walls between the rooms are not soundproof.
Love this hotel. Same great service and cleanliness every time. Always a great stay when im there
Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is super with attentive staff. Right near the Port with lots of stores, dining and the amaOng Yel As biv beach scene.
*Writing this on top of my previous post for readers' convenience:
As promised, returned (late August). Stay was as pleasant as in early June (received slight upgrade to room reserved, which was nice). Breakfast seemed to be better than last time. Only complaint, which I mention only because it recurred: the shower gel ran out after two showers; pretty basic to make sure it's topped up between guests...
Perfect hotel. It was perfectly located , air conditioning worked great, room was perfect and breakfast was delicious!
Another great hotel of Isrotel. Good service fresh food and good location. But very small room and very close to cellular antenna

clean, good service, best location. excellent value for money
A very decent and good hotel near the tel aviv port.. nice , clean rooms and the staff is awesome.. I forgot the names but the front desk manager from Germany, the guy who holds 4 passports , Michael and their finance manager, all of them are so good and welcoming.. would like stay again for sure !!
Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and the boardwalk. Highly recommend!
Great staff first and foremost. Contemporary and well appointed rooms. No spa or pool. This is a great hotel to be close to parks, the beach and great restaurants.
Great location. Just few minutes from the beach, tel aviv port and dizinguff st.

Stayed there for one night great price and got the job done
Two streets away from the sea and very convenient to reach the Old Port area.
The hotel is very good. Only public parking is available.
Great area, a block from a beautiful park and from the beach. Staff was very helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel! This is a nice small hotel with 24 rooms, well located on a main road, HaYarkon Street. It is about an 8-10 minute walk to the busy ‘Old Tel Aviv Port’ which has been converted to shops and restaurants. The old port is located North and West of the Hotel, about 3-4 blocks away. The rooms are not huge but very comfortable and adequate. The hotel lobby and guest rooms...

The staff is wonderful! Helpful in all ways. The food was delicious and plentiful and the hotel has many spaces for relaxing - especially loved the roof deck
Clean and well equipped rooms, very helpful staff, great location, good food in the hotel dining room. The only down side is the sound deadening from outside which needs to be improved.
We had a great family weekend in this hotel. Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Pleasant dining room with delicious food and a wide selection for both dinner and breakfast. Welcoming staff. Amazing location right on the
This is a very nice, solid mid-range hotel is a nice neighborhood. It's two blocks from the Old Harbor which is great. The room isn't huge but is well appointed and very comfortable- with nice bed and linens. Only issue was that the shower shelf is set up in a way that makes it difficult to move around. Water pressure was good. The roof deck has a beautiful view and I spent time in Shabbat reading...
Located exactly where we wanted to stay, near "MEZIZIM" beach. Good service, helpful front desk. We stayed only one night but the overall experience was great! Hotel's parking was full (very small space), we parked nearby which was rather expensive. You can park in RIDING's parking at a very reasonable price, which is about 10 min walk
Adequate.

Very good hotel to stay at.
Great location near beach and port.
Good breakfasts. Extremely helpful staff- Yael, was the most helpful and extremely nice! It was a absolute pleasure to work with her! Looking forward to coming back next time.
This hotel has been our go-to the past few times. The breakfast on the roof has been great. Great location, and extremely comfortable and convenient.
Hotel room was enjoyable, but we had a not so great experience with the spa. The towels and robes were very scratchy, and I am pretty confident that my masseuse has never received formal instruction for massage. I was so physically uncomfortable the entire time, I was debating whether to tell her to just stop the massage. However she did not speak English and I didn’t want it to turn into a whole ordeal...
As always, the staff at the Alexander made us feel at home. Front desk/check hosts are very accommodating and the process is seamless. Moshe the manager is awesome. Standard room is roomy! It’s a mini suite with a full kitchenette and a view of the beach. Quiet, cool (working a c is a big deal sometimes!) with modern decor. Continental breakfast with fresh salads on the rooftop every day :). Small...

Perfect location close to a very good beach
Great pool on the rooftop
Very good breakfast I even found parking for a reasonable price. There are many restaurants nearby so you don't have to trouble yourself far.
What a delightful evening.....everyone was so accommodating, so very helpful and friendly! The view from our room was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious!
We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the room that we had, had been refurbished.
It is a very nice hotel, clean, well located, friendly and the breafast is delicious!!

Thank you so much
Due to medical treatment ןמ Ichilov Hospital we stayed at Vital Hotel for about two weeks. The proximity to the hospital was a big plus for us. 1. The best feature of the hotel is the cleanliness. Breakfast is ok, there is variety, although...
Good hotel for business visits as there’s a shopping mall and a morning food market on Fridays. There’s a very nice gym as well with complimentary access for guests. I tried the Les Mills core. I only wish they had USB or international sockets by the bed as I forgot...
My stay was perfect. My son was in Ichilov and the Vital Hotel was next to the campus. The mall next door was such a convenience and I could easily get what my son and I needed. Everything in the hotel was immaculately clean and efficient, the bed was comfortable, the whole room was comfortable - and the breakfast was amazing. I really couldn't have been happier. Thank you
The hotel is nice clean and in an excellent location. There is coffe and snacks all day at level 12. And breakfast is rich and tasty. The only thing was we had a noise of drillings during the morning that came from next room that was really loud.. rather than that a very convenient hotel.
Not bad, but too expensive... Tel Aviv is really expensive
Food is really good and diverse. Awesome breakfast selection, local wine in the lounge daytime and happy hour with wine and cheese & sandwiches at 5 o’clock. Bed is super comfy; robes are available. Very clean hotel and room The staff is polite and speak different languages

The room facilities are pretty good, the hygiene is very comfortable, and the location is really great. You can go to the beach every day to enjoy the sea breeze and appreciate the blue sky and white clouds that are different from those in China! Breakfast is also very rich

Great hotel close to Azrieli & the train station. Was in Israel for work, and the centrality of Play Midtown made my commute really easy. Staff was nice, and the hotel is surrounded by multiple restaurants and cafes. Also, great location for lots of kosher food options.
Such a lovely experience at Play Midtown. The hotel is located in a 4-5 building complex of office towers, condos, restaurants & Play Hotel units surrounded by a beautiful courtyard. Staff was very friendly & accommodating (especially Maria & Bilal). Restaurants in the complex had a huge variety of food options. And the complex is located less than 5 minutes from Azrieli Centre & HaShalom Train Station...
The Play Hotel is fine. Located in the center of Tel Aviv. I have no bad words to say or complaints, but I took the time to write this review to say thank you to Maria at the reception. She was so welcoming and polite and nice, both at check in and check out. So we came with a smile and left smiling thanks to her. THANK YOU MARIA .

And Noah at from desk are wonderful. They should be paid well. And, they should both get bonus payments as they go above and beyond especially for new tourists like us.
Noah and Miriam (the front desk staff) were really helpful. Both spoke great English so communication was easy and both went out of their way to advise and guide a first time visitor to Isreal. Hopefully they are paid at the top of the pay range!!
