Nice location, lots of shops, the employees were so nice and helpful. The only thing I could complain about is that I couldn't figure out how to work the AC unit.

A very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Huge room with small balcony opening onto street. Bars and restaurants a few minutes walk.

Stuff at hotel very helpful,room clean always,massive problem with parking 4 bays only, didn't like area and Alcamo as whole, people just hear u speak English not even trying to help, town have massive problem with rubbish,no food can be found at midday, after 7pm if lucky, but I was there for sun and beach, as town Alcamo first and last time there.

Cozy stay! It was a very nice stay with family. Great breakfast, clean rooms, nice view from the roof to the city and church. Although, zacuzzi requires some update. Very pleasant staff!

Above and Beyone Our flights were delayed and we did not arrive check in until 2:00 am. The man at the front desk was very helpful. We did not expect to stay in a hotel as we were supposed to be on a cruise ship. We did not have a way to charge all of our mobile devices and he found a device that would plug into the 220 Volt system and we were able to get all of our very important mobile devices charged...

Best hotel in Alcamo and the most convenient, right in the heart of it all. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a real surprise to us. It had the nicest mattress and pillow set we've slept on in all of Sicily or Italy for that matter. It was clean and the the rooms were a nice size as was the bathroom and shower. The Shower had nice water pressure. Very, very comfortable. The spa was also an excellent experience . We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the magic hands of Stella!

I was in Alcamo for work, very clean hotel, welcoming and kind staff both at reception and in the breakfast room. Very fragrant environment. Too bad we couldn't use the spa due to lack of time! The only flaw is not having a TV in the bedroom, but it matters little in a one-night stay and, among other things, perfect. I highly recommend it. I'll be back.

Very modern hotel. All the staff show attention to ensure you have a peaceful stay. Even the owner Mr. Andrea immediately volunteered to resolve small technical problems. The Suite was perfect. With kitchen, coffee machine etc. The breakfast room was large and bright. The abundant breakfast and the girls at the bar fulfilled every culinary wish. Private parking is essential in a city like Alcamo.

The breakfast was good and being brought to our room . Could have been better if they didn’t give us the order we made on the first day for all the three mornings . But it was great as they brought it to our room

We came for an anniversary night away and we loved it. The couples massage by Giusy and Stella was beautiful (I loved the heated bed and sheet - though my boyfriend found it a bit too hot), and the atmosphere and decor of both the spa and the massage room was very serene. The perfect base to explore western Sicily. Not too far from the airport, Palermo, many of the best archeological sites, beaches, and nature preserves. Beautiful rooms and wonderful food. Even better are the perfect host and hostess, Roger and Stella.

Simple hotel in the countryside The room and restaurant were newly renovated but the rest of the hotel was worn. The pool was in need of love and renovation. Breakfast was lacking. The staff was nice and helpful.

Lovely. You must visit a thermal bath when in Sicily. Staff are crazy rude and cranky but I loved the water@

Value for money. I stayed overnight and the rooms where excellent value. I was not overly impressed with the public pool, however, the private bath followed by mud treatment and then a massage was amazing. Compared to any other place I have been, this was superb value for the money. Food also excellent if you would like to remain for dinner.

The hotel is very welcoming, clean, tidy, the rooms are spacious with in-room facilities, hair dryer, shower gel, mini bar, glasses, napkins, air conditioning, TV, breakfast ... with all the comforts you could wish for! The owner Mr. Ce C'is very helpful, kind, polite and always with a chat. Patrizia too! The hotel is located at 20 min! from the sea. My family and I are delighted with this vacation...

The house is amazing! I would give 11 out of 10! We are traveling a lot, and this house is so far the best one. Lovely decorated, with lots of details. Large and quiet private space including fantastic view, large pool and garden outside. Fridge full of food and fantastic welcome meal and wine prepared for us. Cara Bonifato was like a home from home. The owners are so generous with recommendations for the local area, restaurants, things to do etc. we followed many of these and had a great time. They also supplied some fantastic food for arrival and so much food and drink even catering for our young child. They went over and above!
