We stayed only one night with a friend. Got a spacious property with two separate bedrooms. Super clean and tidy. Everything is new. AC heating was working perfectly. Even though it is located not in the best neighbourhood the place itself was great.

We spent only two nights in the guesthouse after the season (October) so I can give an opinion mainly for the room and the views :) The pool and shared area is very spectacular and quite well organized. It's fantastic villa with beautiful sea view, quite place . 2 sleeping room with door out terrace . 1 sitting room with sofa , TV and kitchen and BBQ outside . a few parking different . Receptions are friendly and helpful

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and great restaurant with a lovely view and reasonable prices (eggplant rollups not to be missed!). Slightly far from the beach, renting a scooter or a car or totally worth it and not too expensive.

Excelent family run hotel. Perfect space to relax outside our apartment. The area is so peaceful and grounds so we'll kept. The food was biggest surprise, exquisite!! A great experience !!

The breakfast is awesome. The room was big an nicely decorated. We were Just disapointed about the supposed seaview from our room that we had booked on booking. The breakfast is served close to the swimming pool wich as a nice seaview so we enjoyed the place anyway.

I stayed in this hotel on the occasion of a guided tour, from here you can easily reach various places of interest. The view of the sunset is very impressive. My husband and I stayed in a coral room, the ones across the street so to speak. The room was very nice and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. For our tastes, perhaps an extra pillow would have been needed, but we slept well. Good and varied breakfast buffet. The wonderful view. I certainly recommend it.

Very nice location, reception and restaurant staff very kind and gentle. Nice sight of the arbour. Recommended for a relaxing week end thanks to a small but complete Spa.

It's OK. Poor room facilities but what was provided was very good. Staff very pleasant but did not go out of their way to be helpful. If you didn't ask you didn't find out. I stayed at Le Vele this summer, highly recommended place; near the beach and the center but also convenient for reaching the fantastic locations in the surrounding area. Clean and always attentive and courteous staff. The lady is very nice and Marco, at the reception, was always available. We had a great time.

Great location for exploring north west Sicily. Easy walk into the town. Rosa was an excellent host. We had a couple of minor gitches, which were sorted out within 15 minutes with no fuss at all. Enchanting place and breathtaking sea view. The beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes, crossing a tree-lined area. Quiet area, on the outskirts of the village of Balestrate, which can still be reached in a few minutes.

Very nice and cozy apartaments. Gianni was very helpfull during our stay. Home is quite close to the beach. It is also a good point when you want to travel and visit the north of the island.

We had a great time at Gianni's apartement. Gianni is a nicest host we have met! Very helpfull and frendly. And the welcome pizza and a bottle of local Limoncello made by Gianni's mom was a great touch. Flat is spaceous, very clean and comfortable. Definitely we'll come again!

I likely have never met a more gracious & host than Gianni. He was always quick with a reply to any question and immensely helpful in making arrangements for transportation, as I was in Balestrate without a car. The family that runs the place was very kind and accommodating before and during our stay! They arranged airport pick-up for us at lower cost than taxi and the same on the way back. They made sure everything was ok, gave us restaurant recommendations and we borrowed a beach umbrella which was nice. Spacious apartment, very clean, well furnished, nothing was missing. Equipped with air conditioning but we never used it because the apartment was still cool (on the ground floor). - original place with a great taste of design - casa was an open space, where you can feel the history - the host Giuseppe was always there to make sure, we are ok, we had everything, we need. - the breakfast is traditional italian (dolce) ; our group is more into bread, eggs, ham, cheese - the host Giuseppe was so kind, to arrange this kind of breakfast.

We stayed at this lovely property on an overnight trip to Balestrate. The host was engaging, friendly and helpful. The building is charming, with beautiful decorations from Sicilian carts. Having just spent 4 nights in Casa Ruffino - we were very sad to leave! Giuseppe & Paola are the perfect hosts. The B&B is spotless, our room was large with great air conditioning. Great location! They have a lift, a terrace and a spa. When i arrived there was a fresh bottle of water, towels and some toiletries like in a hotel. Great experience i would definitely recommend and come back.

Nice spot to get away from the city life. Few people speak English there but they are friendly. Hotel is clean with a little small pool close to the restaurant.

Fantastic stay here can't recommend enough. Friendly family who went out of the way to make sue we had a good stay, including picking us up from the local town and sorting out a good value transfer to our next destination . Absolutely delightful place to stay and eat in the countryside outside of Palermo, a working farm complete with friendly people and animals. We thoroughly enjoyed our hosts and this is a perfect place to launch into different nearby adventures or just stay on the farm. The meals were incredible, the service wonderful. Highly recommended.
