Got a room upgrade and this room had a lovely balcony with a lake view. Staff friendly and efficient. Alleghe is not too big but also not too small - has couple of restaurants, a bank, cable car and a supermarket.

The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are quite big but not very clean. Breakfast was very basic and the coffee terrible (in Italy, no idea how this can happen ☺️). Spa area is OK but nothing special, also very basic. Staff was very helpful and friendly. In my opinion, hotel was a little too expensive for what you get but still OK.

During the summer, I stayed in Garni Chiara while cycling around the area. The location is perfect for epic routes like as the Sella Ronda and other iconic passes in the area. They make really good homemade crossants, the only flaw is that you can only eat one a day for breakfast and they don't sell them to the public. For the rest, the hotel is easily accessible with very comfortable private parking spaces and has a truly fantastic view of Mount Civetta even if it is not raised enough to have a view of the lake.

This place was great. The curator was amazing. We were not supposed to stay there but the hotel we had reserved was closed. This lady came and picked us up and took us to her establishment. They provide all 3 meals, we only had 2 but they were amazing. My only complaints are that the Wi-Fi was sketchy at best and the bed was very hard.

We stayed here for four nights while biking around the Dolomites and the Pineta Pastry Hotel has been fantastic. Large apartment, clean and equipped with everything, bathroom with tub and washing machine, very nice and helpful owner. The apartment is in a great location and close to all amenities. In the kitchen the only useful thing I missed was the microwave oven, and I would also recommend changing the light points because the apartment remained quite dark when the sun went down. There is good breakfast, and the location is good, however it is close to the road, and therefore the room is a bit noisy. The staff was very kind, and helpful, we had a locked garage to store the road bikes.

Staff was really great, obliging and warm. Food was excellent, especially dinners where you can choose between 3 starters and 3 main courses. Skibus from hotel is for free with special card. And view from the room was amazing, exactly how promised on Booking.com.

I ate here for lunch. They have two options to choose from, food quality is excellent with some local recipes too. Very good location, with accessible park near the main road.

The place is nice and the staff are lovely. I really liked that you could choose from two options for every dinner and the quality of the food was excellent. My only problem was the bad quality Internet. I really hope they will upgrade it so more people can use it without any hiccups.

A wonderful family hotel. Family rooms are quite spacious, we had 2 connecting. Each has a little couch area, balcony and bathroom (with Versace tiles). Food is homemade and very fresh. The bar is wonderful with great hot chocolate!! For skiers, you have a ski room and bus to the slopes nearby. You are also right next to the cross country ski track.

Great view from the room. Clean an quiet. Unfortunately, the good things end there. Staff spoke almost no English, which is absurd for such a popular tourist area. The breakfast was just ok, and coffee was made from a horrible nescafe machine. In Italy! You could ask for an espresso at the bar, but some days they were too busy, and others they were out of coffee for the machine... Dinner was horrible...

Booked my room through booking and when I arrived they didn’t have the reservation and were full. But, they did a little shuffling and found a room for me at a reduced rate. Not the nicest place but I slept well and the food was decent for half pension. The owners spoke English with me and I enjoyed my time meeting them. Great location for skiing.

Old rooms with hard mattresses and very noisy in the first floor. That was the bad part. The staff is very nice and the location is perfect for skiing. Food is good and the area for games works perfectly when you have children.

I have experience with this hotel for 5years and this time it is seems to be changed a little. Staff not experienced, problems with ordering during dinner, hotel equipment sometimes broken. But on the other hand still this is lovely place and pleasure to stay for a couple of days.
