Exceptional service! Only took one minute to check in. Everything was ready. Room was very spacious but no microwave nor kettle. Fridge was very small. When we arrive in our room, it was 28 degrees. (Hotter than outside). AC was very week so the receptionist came in to take a look, he said it will take 5 minutes to cool down. But it took 2hrs to reach 27 degree and after 6hrs, got to 25 degrees lol. But giving 4 stars because of their kindness and exceptional service. Oh their bedding was super clean and comfortable.

It's pity I can't get food from the restaurant to my room.
Else, it's clean, staff is friendly. Not much to complain about - although having no power socket near the bed is a pain in the ass...

Hotel with truly impeccable service and a reception that is one of the best in Italy, thanks to the staff who are always professional and precise in their operations, including billing. I noticed computerization and printing equipment at the best levels I've ever found in the various hotels, even the most starred. Owners in the old way, i.e. when the customer has a "personal" value and not exclusively a "work routine". The real strong point is the internal restaurant where you can taste the best Ciociarian dishes and more. Adequate prices. Highly recommended

It feels good, even for long periods. Family atmosphere, the rooms above the reception are very quiet and panoramic, you sleep well. Full Breakfast. At the restaurant they cook very well, both local and fish. Nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is located near the Anagni motorway exit. I appreciated first of all the incredible kindness, sunshine and courtesy of the director and his family. The room was spacious at the right point, essential but very nice, equipped with all the comforts we needed. Everything working and clean, especially the bathroom. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious (the desserts made by them are amazing!).
Congratulations indeed to go back!
