Very convenient location, great staff, great breakfast, good room.

Hotel for those who have to work nearby. The simple rooms need some light maintenance/attention (in my room the air conditioner fan was constantly ticking and I had to sleep without it, luckily it wasn't summer). Breakfast quite well provided.

Exceptional service! Only took one minute to check in. Everything was ready. Room was very spacious but no microwave nor kettle. Fridge was very small. When we arrive in our room, it was 28 degrees. (Hotter than outside). AC was very week so the receptionist came in to take a look, he said it will take 5 minutes to cool down. But it took 2hrs to reach 27 degree and after 6hrs, got to 25 degrees lol...

New structure but no longer very modern furnishings even if clean.

We stopped for work a couple of days: the rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bathrooms are ok, the showers a bit old. You sleep well and the service is punctual. Friendly and helpful staff, reception open all night and internal parking.

We only stayed for a few hours for a rest on a long journey. Very convenient for the location close to the motorway exit. The people at the reception were very nice. Overall it fully met our expectations with excellent value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with the playground package. The managers are nice, the rooms are large, clean and with toilets. We did not have a chance to try the pizza restaurant because we only had the breakfast included, the latter of good quality but not too abundant. Comfortable rooms, great food and drink and service. Only drawback was the noise from other rooms. Many people seem to leave between 04:00 and 05:00 and despite warning in English and Chinese to be quiet during nighttime hours, unfortunately it’s the Italian guests who don’t know how to behave. Not the hotel’s fault so 5/5 from me.

Its good for European standards. Don't expect too many extras. Swimming pool was amazing. Do your best in Italian at front desk to ask to adjust the central air conditioning. When checking in your push the red button and take a photo of the wifi.

I travel a lot throughout US and Europe. This hotel is meticulously maintained. Beds have very high quality linens and very, very comfortable. I rarely write reviews. They earned it. Trim work and flooring done right.

Stopped for dinner quite large parking possible to take a shower (very clean like the services). Among the various first courses there was the really good minestrone with pasta and then a varied choice of second courses. The place is a little dated but really clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice, clean, well cared for. All anti-covid-19 regulations are observed. It has a beautiful park and a beautiful swimming pool. Large rooms. Aesthetically very pleasant. Owner absolutely helpful, nice and kind as well as all the staff. In the restaurant with fixed menu you can eat very well! Compliments!

I'm leaving tomorrow ..but two days in this hotel are fantastic Dear staff. Quiet room a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic green and well cared for. Abundant breakfast even if only sweet .. a stone's throw from the center .. Experience with nothing else to redo!

Lovely place in the city but in the woods. Full service pool professional owner but attentive to every detail. I recommend full board. The breakfast is plentiful and the pool is surrounded by a fantastic green corner. In reality the hotel is in the woods adjacent to the entrance to the spa. Fantastic reality. Reasonable price Clean and kind staff There is no laundry service or coin laundry but you can use coin laundry in downtown of Fiuggi which is placed next to supermarket "SIGMA Fuiggi".

It was just one night and I haven't been there long, so what I can say: clean, friendly stuff, good breakfast, great location, very good value for money. I think I will consider this place next year!!

The whole place could do with a deep clean, the lift smells dusty and damp. Staff are helpful enough, and efficient But i would not wish to return. Breakfast could be so much better, with fresh fruit more choice.

After a summer of work, we allowed ourselves a weekend of complete rest and we chose the right place: the welcome was excellent, the room, small but beautiful and original, and then what we were looking for, the relaxing SPA, with qualified personnel. In short, we can't wait to go back !!!

We stayed at the hotel for the second time as part of a school trip. As in our memories, we were particularly well received by attentive and very pleasant staff in a clean hotel. The whole team was very patient and caring with the students (birthday cakes, loans of keys when they were forgotten in the room, etc.). We will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay!

Very good came as a group for two nights the rooms are very functional the staff very pleasant I recommend. The location is pretty good, we spent the day in Rome and the next day we were going to Naples, which didn't take much transport time between the hotel and Naples.

We stayed here on our one week trip to the region and had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in the most gorgeous setting with pituresque views from the roof, wonderful for an evening glass of wine. The hotel staff were amazing; so accommodating with nothing too much trouble, they were able to recommend the best places to eat and made us feel like part of the family.

The hotel has too few parking place and the room was too small, that a person can't open the door if near the bed and there is no space for the luggage. The personnel is very gentle and helpful and the hotel itself was recently renovated, but the price is too high for the room dimension and services (without air condicioning).

Just a wonderful stay with great amenities and at a reasonable price. Many hotels in Fiuggi are charging astronomical amounts and pricing out most people. Silva is focused on customer service and we had an amazing experience, will definitely be back.

Great hotel, but has an awfully unstable wifi. Ultra annoying if there for work.

After a long day of traveling this was an easy stop to book on the internet & came w/ a good price. Touted as a wellness hotel, but I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. I had an excellent stay here. With a guided mountainbike ride, comfortable bed and bath, and amazing spa services. The location is a walk away from the bus, and lots of local eateries and cafes.

Overall a wonderful place. Very clean, comfortable bed, fast Internet, decent breakfast with plenty of coffee choices if that's your thing. Activities and spa services as well. It was a beautiful and classy hotel. The service of the staff who were as refined as the history of the hotel was also good. I was so sad that I had to take a day off from traveling from Tuscany to Sorrento. Spa is famous city. Next year, my family decided to come back with a relaxed schedule.

The food is passable. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were some issues like the Wi-Fi not getting to our room and that the wall plugs made out chargers boiling hot. The staff were nice to us and very professional but they only spoke Italian.

Main part of Hotel and amineties were OK...Kleen and well kept with good out door seating area. Bar prices were good. Evening meal was very good... However the room wasn't over generous in size and the bathroom was very very small... When using the toilet part of you was in the shower. Non of the air conditioning worked we opened the balcony doors in our room to let some cool air in and unfortunately...

Apparently modest location, room with bathroom without particular elegance, but spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, very kind owners indeed. We only had breakfast and the cakes and cappuccino were superb. We will be back in the spring to taste the cuisine too
